Nakakainis! panira talaga ang timawa nayun!
Dibale magkikita naman kami mamaya. Andito kami ngayon sa cooking room dahil tapos na nga ang break time.
At ang pagaaral namin ngayon ay paano mag bake although marunong naman ako dahil nga mahilig ako magluto.
"Okay class, bago tayo mag simula gusto ko muna sabihin sainyo ang 10 na basic rules sa pag babake" Ani ni Miss Istel.
Read your recipe. Before you even start adding things to your mixer, read your recipe all the way through. There have been countless times when I will get half way through a recipe and realize that I should have saved the egg whites or the sugar was separated. The extra few minutes to read the whole recipe will save you some trouble!
Do the research. This is especially important for recipes in the internet. Read a few recipes and their reviews before settling. The reviews often save me from trying a not so great recipe or they offer good tips that the recipe forgot to mention. Also, if you don't know a certain method or phrase, look it up. I guarantee you there is a YouTube video for it.
Avoid distractions. When you are distracted it is easy to over mix the batter or burn your cookies. Better to be safe than sorry.
Check your ingredients. It's a real bummer when you start a recipe and then realize you don't have enough sugar. It's also best if you have the right ingredients. Avoid substitutions, especially if this is your first time trying the recipe.
Check your utensils. Take all your utensils out before starting that way you know you have them. Standard measuring cups and spoons are a must.
Follow the instructions. Unless you have tried this recipe before or are an experienced baker, follow the recipe step by step. There's a reason why you sift the confectioner's sugar or line the baking pan. It is much easier to experiment/improve a recipe after you have already tried it.
Preheat the oven. I cannot emphasize how important this is. Don't put something in the oven if it isn't preheated. Your food will most likely not bake properly. For instance, the bottoms may burn, but the inside may not be cooked at all. This is especially important for recipes with high temperatures and short baking times.
Make accurate measurements. Ever heard of measure twice, cut once? Same goes for baking-it is truly a science. If you want a moist decadent cake, don't guess how much a teaspoon of baking powder is, get the measuring spoons.
Confidence is key. I've heard so many people say "Oh, I can't bake." Well, not with that attitude. March into your kitchen and show the mixer who is boss. The more recipes you try, the better you will get.

Flour: All-purpose flour is what I used to develop the recipe.
Leavening: Baking powder is my choice of leavening for this muffin base.
Salt: Because no recipe is edible without a pinch or two of salt.
Butter: I prefer unsalted sweet cream butter when making muffins.
Sugar: Only a little sugar is used.
Eggs: You need 2 large eggs.
Milk: I used whole milk for the muffins but you can also use buttermilk. Pagsasalita ni Miss.

Important note: Make sure you properly measure the flour before you begin. Don't scoop the flour out of the container with the measuring cup. Flour compacts and you'll end up with too much flour this way.
Instead, fluff the flour with a fork and lightly spoon it into the measuring cup. Use the back of a knife to level off the cup.

In a large bowl, add the melted and cooled butter, eggs, and milk. Use the whisk to stir until everything is well combined.
Step 3: Combine The Wet And Dry Ingredients
Dump the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Use a silicone spatula to fold the two mixtures together just until all the flour is moistened.
You want to be extra careful here because over mixing will result in a tough, chewy muffin. Once you see no visible streaks of dry flour, stop stirring!
It's okay if the batter is lumpy. That's completely normal for muffins.
Step 4: Bake
Line a muffin pan with paper liners or you can lightly grease the muffin cups.
Divide the batter evenly between 12 muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes. The muffins are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs attached.
Variations To Try
You can mix in different extract flavors, your favorite fruit, nuts, even savory options. The possibilities are endless with this base recipe, but here are a few to get you started:
Blueberry Muffins - Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir in ยพ cup to 1 cup of fresh blueberries. Raspberries and diced strawberries also work well.
Cranberry Orange Muffins - Replace ยผ cup of the milk with orange juice. Stir in 1 tablespoon of orange zest. And fold in ยพ cup to 1 cup of fresh cranberries.
Apple Cinnamon Muffins - Use brown sugar instead of white sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Fold in ยพ cup to 1 cup of diced apples. Any tart baking apple works great!
Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins - Replace ยผ cup of the milk with fresh lemon juice. Stir in the zest of 1 lemon. And stir in 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds.
Chocolate Chip Muffins - Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir in ยพ cup to 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Coarsely chopped baking chocolate will work great also.

Nilibot ko yung buong cooking room at halos karamihan nasa oven na gawa nila.
After a minute natapos narin ako at inilagay na sa oven gawa ko at waiting nalang maluto ehe.
After 35 minutes luto narin yung chocolate chip muffins ko.

"Okay class mukhang tapos na kayo let me taste all your cake or cupcake muffins you make" Ani ni Miss Istel.
Nagtawag na siya ng pangalan at nagsimula na siyang tinikman ang mga ginawa ng mga classmate namin.
Ako ang huling tinawag "Hmm nice ikaw lang ang pumili sa Chocolate Chip flavor" Ani ni Miss Istel at kumuha ng isang piraso ng chocolate chip cupcake na gawa ko.
Nang kinagat na ni Miss Istel yung cupcake titig na titig ako sakanya at sinundad ko ng tingin yung pagnguya at paglunok niya.
Kinabahan ako dahil wala siya expression ng tumingin siya sa akin.
"Miss Fortoza" Pagtawag ni Miss.
"Yes Miss" Kinakabahang sagot ko.
Nagulat ako ng ngumiti siya "Excellent" maikling sabi niya.
Hindi ko napigilan na hindi rin ngumiti "Thank you Miss" Ani ko.
"Good job Miss Fortoza pareho kayong talented ng Kuya mo keep it up!" Nakangiting ani ni Miss Istel.
"Yes Miss" Maikling sagot ko at umalis na dahil si Jian naman ang tinawag.
"Uyy, ani sabi ni Miss?" tanong ni Kizzy.
"Excellent daw bakla!" Tuwang-tuwa kong sabi.
"Congrats" ani ni Kizzy niya na nakangiti.
Tumikhim si Miss "Okay Class, Congratulations sa mga nakahuwa ng tamang lasa at sa mga hindi goodluck kaya niyo yan! Yung mga ni bake niyo pwede niyo ng iuwe o ipagbigay, Okay Class you May now go" Pagsasalita ni Miss.
Natapos ang baking hours at nagsimula na silang lumabas nauna na akong nag paalam kina Kizzy,Amber at Jian dahil nga makikipag kita ako kay Xeon my loves.
Andito ako ngayon sa labas ng department nila at hinihintay na lumabas siya.
Ilang segundo lumabas narin siya at nakita ko nanaman ang maamo at gwapo niyang pagmumukha.
Lumapit siya sa akin ng makita niya ako.
"Hi,kanina kapaba naghihintay?" Tanong ni Xeon. willing ako mag wait kong ikaw naman yun ehe.
"Hindi naman kararating ko lang din" Ani ko at ngumiti siya shemay anghel...
"May gusto lang akong sabihin sayo pwede kabang sumama sakin?" Tanong ni Xeon.
"Sure! sige ba" mabilis na pagsagot ko at ngumiti nanaman siya.
"Ipinagpaalam na kita sa kuya mo kaya hindi mo kailangan magalala" Ani ni Xeon.
"S-alamat" Nauutal na ani ko at tumawa siya.
"A-nong n-akakatawa?" Utal na tanong ko.
"Nothing" maikling sagot niya.
Naglakad kami patungo parking lot dahil sabi niya may puputahan kami.
Nasa tapat na kami ng kotse niya, Pinag bukasan niya ako ng pinto.
Papasok na sana ako sa loob ng my nakita akong timawa sa loob ng kotse ni Xeon.
Mukhang nagulat siya dahil ang lapit ng mukha ko sa pagmumukha niya.
Tinulak niya ako at buti nalang nasalo ako ni Xeon.
"Okay kalang?" Tanong ni Xeon.
"Oo okay lang" sagot ko.
Ilang saglit lumabas ang timawa sa kotse ni Xeon.
Tinignan ko siya ng masama at inirapan lang ako. hmpp!!
