The Girl who Lost Everything
She dashed her memories,
And striked out her name.
Hoping to remove her seemingly pitiful existence,
But instead she created a void.
But within the blackness,
Anger and sorrow developed,
All conflicting,
With who she chose to be.
As from one end to another,
Seeking balance,
Seeking peace,
But only finding suffocating misery.
Vision of altered perceptions,
A million fragments,
All collide into one,
Even the void of misery.
The girl who suppressed everything,
Collapsing in,
Falling apart,
As she slowly corrodes away.
Darkness slowly seeping in,
As when her pores accept,
But in that instance,
Is when she crumbles down.
Walls slowly peeling in,
As her resolve chips off her face,
Her blood and tears pouring down,
With a weight upon her back.
Her anxiety is taunting,
For she will never forget,
Even past and present,
For her third eye is blind.
Downward spiral,
Everlasting fear,
No escape,
From the voices she hears.
So she dashed her memories,
With a fateful blow,
But in it's wake,
A void awaits.
