Personality: Maxi is a sweetheart with a very intelligent mind. She thinks quite ahead with things, since she tends to overthink things. With her sweet and "naive" personality, most people chalk her up to being a ditz, but once inside her lab, she can switch that thought around like whiplash. She uses her intelligence to help in stressful situations, as she has made quite a lot of weapons and gadgets in her lab. She tends to let her mind wander a bit when she isn't working, since having her mind on different things can bring her quite a lot of joy. Some people use her high intelligence as a way to get her to do things for her, but she knows what to do. She rarely ever uses violence, since she thinks that it leads nowhere other than more blood and trauma. Another thing about her is her calm but intimidating aura that surrounds her, which depending on the situation, can change in heartbeat. When she's in her zone (making gadgets and building), she can be a tiny bit closed off to keep herself focused while she works. Outside of that, she is quite calm and sweet, as her mother has always told her to do. She is also quite hyper, since she tries to get some of her energy out from building stuff by doing a few activities other than building things. Something else about her loyalty to others. She knows that loyalty is something that is very important to her, since she knows she would want the same thing in her own life. She can be quite blunt with a few of her words, but this is mainly caused by the way her emphasis on words can be misconstrued to sound more blunt and sharp-tongued. She never means for it to sound mean, but she also can't really control it that well. Maxi can also be very motherly, as when she gets attached to someone, she can become heavily overprotective of people around her. This can also be a bit much, since she doesn't understand her limits of knowing what to do and not do—basically being quite smothering. 

Background: Maxi was raised by both of her parents in New York. While both of her parents had powers—her mother adorning puppetry magic and her father having more of a water based magic—her powers surprised both of her parents, since it was quite the confusion how their daughter had powers that didn't link. Maxi, at age 2, figured out her powers by accident. This occurred during a day with her mother. She had accidentally short-circuited her doll, making it basically into static. It surprised and scared them, since it didn't connect. She was kept in isolation for a while, trying to conceal her powers to keep her safe. This lasted about 9 years, since they thought it would be enough time to have her focus in her powers. After years of isolation, she was let go, since they had faith in her. She found her passion for tech building and mechanics when she was 12, making a robot, which then turned from one to many. Both her parents were very prominent heroes amongst the city, which, with the price of fame, it came with trouble from villains. On a mission out, both of her parents perished in the crossfire. Maxi wasn't aware of this, since she has stayed with her older cousin. After the news broke, she felt utterly devastated about it. She stayed with her cousin, but still worked on her gadgets to keep herself centered. She had many gadgets, as she wanted to make sure that she had something to do with her life.

Skills/Abilities (Powers): Neon Clouds: While she was mainly known for her gadgets, her powers can come quite in handy when she isn't using her weapons. The user has the ability to make static electricity from their hands, which can be used as a distraction. This is referred to as 'Electric Stance'. Another part of this power is having the ability to use the static electricity to control phones, and anything else under that category. This is normally used as a way to deactivate anything around them—basically causing a distraction. This is called 'Glowing Ovation'. The last part of this power is more of a combat move. The user can make a blast of electricity from their hands, which might sound like it would have a similar idea to 'Electric Stance', but what sets them apart is the amount of energy it produces and how it is used. With this, the user can send a wave of energy towards the victim to immobilize them enough or kill them, depending on how much energy they blast. This is called 'Luminous Days'.Playlist:
