Personality: Kio is quite the manipulative and cunning girl for her age. She has a way with her words, since she uses her smarts as an equal to her weapons—as weapons also rely heavily on smarts. She loves the adrenaline rush of seeing people in peril. She is a very determined girl, as when she has her mind set on something, she'll chase after it, no matter what's in her way. She is also very flirty, and will use her more seductive personality as a way to manipulate people into her bidding. She loved the sound of suffering, since she wants people to know what she feels. Torture is something else she can inflict, and her favorite way to do so is…showing people their loved ones being in pain. If she does ever get close to a person, she can be very very very overprotective of them, since she doesn't want to lose anyone in her life again, so for the most part, she's a bit of a loner. She has been that way for a while, but she is aware that it's a pretty bad idea to work alone with the status she has around her for being a villian and the parents she had. She likes to tempt people into her traps, since people love to fall in love with her charms and looks. With that, she uses that to her advantage and murders anyone who falls for it. Even if her charms help, her weapons also bring her support, since she is a very trained girl in knives and guns. Once you break her over this personality, she can be a very caring and calm girl. By a whole lot of people's standards—and, people who knew her family well—she takes heavily after her mother, a very calculating girl, headstrong, but has a sweet spot for people around her. She takes on a slightly motherly role once she gets close enough to somebody, since even if she tortures people, she does it out of fear and trauma. The fear she harbors and what she does that comes from that fear makes people immediately say that she does her killing out of pleasure, but she doesn't want to. She's just scared, and with that façade broken, she's quite motherly and comforting.

Strengths: Quite agile, giving her an upper hand at escaping away from different situations. Very skilled with fighting and weapons—specifically guns and knives.
