Personality: Kiano is quite the bright mind. As shown by his powers and his spell book, he is a huge bookworm and knows his way around things. He can be very quiet, since he always has his mind in difficult places, mainly on how to make his powers better. He can be very tactful with plans, as when push comes to shove, he will sacrifice himself to keep other people safe rather than keeping himself alive. While most people assume that he wouldn't even care about people, it's actually the complete opposite. He has a moral compass, and while it is a bit wonky from time to time depending on the situation, he has always had this slight urge to want to help people as much as he can. He has this high protection over people, as it concerns him to see people in turmoil. Another thing about Kiano is that he is very...mysterious—to say the least. He doesn't quite reveal a whole lot of stuff about himself until he gets close to someone. With his more mysterious personality, it makes it hard for people to trust him completely. His uneasy/split feelings about heroes and villains tends to lead people not trusting him, as he will question a moral compass before being dealt out a task. Morals and values are something that he holds dear, since he wants to make sure that what he is told to do has some type of good to it. With this boy, he is very very stubborn, as if he is set on a choice, he won't change it for nothing. This stubborn attitude tends to cause harm with his relationship with people, since he refuses quite quickly when it comes to changing his mind. He hates having his opinion being just deemed as less than or not a good idea. Even if it isn't used, he still wants the idea to be an idea. While a lot of people can chalk him up to be just a villian, most of the chaos he causes it due to the fact that he thinks it good and will restore some type of good into the world, but at the same time, he has a few skeletons in the closet, so he really isn't a hero, but, another thing is that, he doesn't do a whole lot of things that would be considered horrible, so he isn't a villian either; he's just in that neutral stand ground. 

Background: Kiano was left in the woods by his biological parents due to the fear they had for him being born with "dark powers", in their words. He was found by an older witch named Selene Elspeth, who lived in a palace that was hidden deep into the woods by the trees. She took him in as her own and trained him as a witch. Most people were terrified of her due to her witchcraft and she was constantly met with threats against her life. She tried to keep Kiano from falling victim to the citizens. Kiano was constantly taught about how to do his magic and when to use them. When he was 13, he learned how horrible travelers were and where his fear came to be now. An older traveler came to the palace, trying to find somewhere to sleep for a while. Selene had granted him that wish, but was even more overprotective of Kiano, telling the boy to stay in his room for as long as he could. Only after a few hours, the man had dragged Selene out to where the townspeople had set up a stake for her to burn at. Kiano wasn't aware, until he had gone down to the ground level of the palace and noticed she wasn't there anymore. He immediately went out to find her but ducked behind a tree, seeing the townspeople and trying to keep himself hidden. They then lit Selene at the stake, and Kiano watched in horror and fear—seeing his caregiver burning. He kept hiding, unable to bring himself to do anything. Once it was over and saw the people running away from the corpse, Kiano ran towards it and stayed there, unable to process the situation and was only able to cry. He had found that two of her items were salvaged from it; her tarot cards and crow necklace. He picked them up and made sure to keep them close to himself, treasuring her memory and legacy. He has now always stayed in the palace unless it was absolutely needed, and he would only go with his fox. This had also sparked his fear of townspeople and fire. 

Skills/Abilities: A Crow's Songs: This power can be quite difficult to explain, since the name gives away a few bits and pieces of it, and it is broken up into 4 main sectors for powers. The user is granted powers to make themselves into different animals with a pink aura to them to use as a defense mechanism when trying to get into places secretly. This is referred to as 'Widows Aura'. The second sector of this power is a way to make illusions. They can use these illusions to represent a distraction or as an attack weapon. How so? Well, the user can manipulate the illusions to their liking, which when in a tough spot, they can use the illusions to attack the opponent, but this is used very sparingly. This is called 'Raven Lights'. The third sector of this power is more of a healing based ability. The user can regenerate different parts of their body with the powers of, well, magic. This is called 'Midnight Dazzle'. The last sector of this power is having the ability to read people's minds and thought process.
