A few days passed by, and Y/n settled in the hostel with Jimin as her roommate. They all became pretty close. From Jungkook's point of view, he felt close to Y/n like he knew her for a long time. He felt he had some hope. Some hope to get the affections he wished to have from his childhood. And In Y/n's point of view, she felt like

She fell for him

Again...

Until the day came when Jungkook didn't attend the classes. She messaged him whether he was okay or not. But he never saw that...

3 days passed again, He didn't show up. Both Jimin & Taehyung were worried too. This time instead of spamming him with messages, which he is of course going to ignore, She decides to call him.

"The person you're calling is busy, try calling later."

She didn't give up until Jungkook himself cut the call. She knew it, He was trying to ignore all of them. She called him many times until he picked up

"What!" He yelled

"Why the fuck are you ignoring my calls!" She yelled

"Why do you fucking care!"

"Yes! I fucking care! I was so worried about you!" She tried calming herself

"STOP IT! STOP PRETENDING AS IF YOU CARE FOR ME!"

"I do, Taehyung & Jimin both do too." She calmly said

"STOP BRINGING MY FRIENDS INSIDE THE CONVERSATION. WHO ARE YOU? HUH? WHO ARE YOU TO ME?"

"Jungkook-"

"YOU'RE SO FUCKING ANNOYING! AND STOP THIS DRAMA OF YOURS, ALL THE GIRLS SAY THE SAME AND ALL THEY DO IS EITHER WANT ME TO BE THEIR BOYFRIEND OR JUST WANT TO GET CLOSE TO MY BROTHER! STOP AS IF YOU CARE ABOUT ME! " he unknowingly yelled those words that broke her heart.

"I FUCKING DO! I FUCKING CARE ABOUT YOU! I FUCKING GET WORRIED WHEN YOU DON'T PICK UP MY CALLS! AND YOU WILL REGRET COMPARING ME WITH THOSE BITCHES, WHO YOU JUST MENTIONED, ALL I WANT IS TO HELP YOU, BECAUSE I FUCKING LOVE YOU" She burst out her emotions. Jungkook was shocked on the other hand and unknowingly the call got cut.

Y/n fell to the ground as she sobbed. The fact that hurt her was he compared her with some random girls. She cried the whole evening as her head hurt. She believed

'don't cry for somebody who doesn't care for you'

But that was not the case. She knew if she didn't make him fall in love with her, She will never be able to see the world again. 

Maybe her love just got wasted. Maybe all those Love stories were just fake. 

He was just not somebody, He was more than that for her, And worse was that she knew she will die in her real life. She can't imagine the crying faces of her brother and her parents.

Especially Taehyung's

She can't hear him crying, calling out his Noona who is no more...

From Jungkook's point of view, he regretted his words as Y/n said. But he had to so that his love vanished with hatred. He thought he is succeeding in making her hate him but, the last words of her just didn't make it.

He threw his phone in frustration.

He knew he should not have told that, but he knew it will just bring pain to him.

And to put an end to his pain he took the step to hurt someone else.

The next day, As he went to his class, he expected Y/n to come and sit next to him, ignoring him, but to his surprise, she never came.

"Hey bro? You good?" Jimin asked

"Let me answer that for you, Mr. Park" The teacher spoke as she entered the class.

"Your classmate Jeon Jungkook is soon gonna leave us soon" Gasps were heard all around, but there was one particular voice he wanted to hear.

"He is going to transfer soon to Seoul, We will miss you dearly," the teacher said as he bowed to her in respect. As soon as the class ended, Taehyung rushed to him

"Bro, Why didn't you tell us about your leaving? Oh how will you, you never picked up our calls" Taehyung acted like he is angry at him

"Oh, I'm sorry, I myself was not able to accept it." He smiled sadly

"We will miss you a lot, Y/n will be so sad to hear about it." His breath hitched as Jimin mentioned her name, He knew he would regret it, but acting a coward, he couldn't accept it.

"What happened to her? She never misses classes, Is she okay?" Taehyung worriedly asked

"I don't know how to answer that, Yesterday I went out to groceries while she just decided to call Jungkook and ask how things are going on. But when I returned the living room was a mess and she had locked herself in her room. I knew something was wrong but couldn't figure it out. And today morning that I knocked on her room, It was open and she was nowhere." Jimin explained

"What!" We both unisons yelled. Y/n just went away somewhere without informing.

"Let's find her guys" They both nodded as Jungkook stood still.

"Common, We need to find her, Maybe she is facing something, and we promised each other to stay by each other's side," Taehyung said, He looked down not replying making Jimin angry,

"Why the fuck are you being so selfish Jungkook! FUCK YOU!" Jimin angrily went away as Taehyung tried to calm him down. Everyone around us was shocked, they never expected Jimin to be angry like this. They're 3 best buddies, and suddenly for a girl he shouted? That's not what everyone ever expected. Jungkook slowly walked away towards his house.

"Omg son, You still have 4 more classes, What are you doing here?" As soon as Jungkook's mom opened the door to him, she worriedly inquired

"Mom, I don't wanna talk about it" He threw his bag on the sofa and plopped himself on it. She sighed, as she took his coat and brushed it.

"By the way, Today, A girl came, She asked whether she could talk to you. I told her that you went to school." he looked at mom with interest,

"Who is that girl?" he asked,

"I did ask her name... Uhh, What was it... Ah! Y/n... Kim Y/n."

Jungkook stood up aggressively,

"Mom, I'm going somewhere, I will be back by night"

"By night? But, Son where are you going-" Before she could complete he had already gone out.

"I wish could tell him,

The person he was looking for years has finally showed up"

On the other hand, Jungkook took his bike and rode back to the hostel. 

As soon as he parked his bike he ran to the doorman, asking for Jimin's room no.

Room no. 707

He took the lift to the 7th floor as he searched for the room.

"Gotcha!" He knocked as Taehyung opened the door

" Yes- Wait- Jungkook what are you doing here," He noticed Jungkook's panting

"What's wrong, Bring him inside" Jimin came from behind as they made him sit on the sofa

"Have you guys searched for her?" Jimin smiled at his concern for Y/n.

"We looked around the neighborhood area, but no trace of her" Taehyung sighed

"Well, Mom told me Y/n came to my house so that she could talk to me, but I was with you both."

"According to the map, we went in the southeast direction, we should check the rest," Jimin said pointing to the direction on the map as they both nodded.

As soon as they discussed the direction, they all ran to their respective bikes and went in the direction as planned. 

The evening was crisp already, the last of the sunset just a fading pale stripe in the western sky.

Jungkook stopped by the Han river, looking at the setting sun

"Where are you? I wish I could tell you the truth" He murmured as he got glimpses of him and Y/n playing piano, singing, and playing video games. He chuckled sadly, 

"I know I shouldn't have done that but, I was scared to bring you closer to my heart... I was scared to leave you behind... Just like she did.... I promised myself not to fall for someone else except for her but you just made me.... I will find you no matter what, " He took the ambition as he looked upon the blue sky. 

He looked back but noticed someone walking on the other side of the street

Y/N!

"Y/n!" He yelled, Y/n looked in the direction where her name was called and found Jungkook. He signaled her to wait there as went towards the signal impatiently waiting to cross the road. Y/n too walked towards the signal. 

She looked at him, crossing the road....

but he was never able to cross the road

She witnessed that is most likely to happen in all those stories she heard, 

His lifeless body was laying on the ground, as some of his blood splashed on her face. Her eyes widen as ran toward him.

"Jungkook! Jungkook, Open your eyes!!!" She checked his pulse which was low.

"'T-Taehyung" She immediately called him as both Jimin & Taehyung arrived

"Jungkook" Jimin cried, Taehyung immediately called the ambulance as the road started to become rushed. People looked at them in pity and prayed for the boy.

"WHY ARE YOU ALL LOOKING! WHY CAN'T YOU FUCKING HELP US!" Jimin yelled as they stepped back

This is what society is...

They will just watch and pray...

But they will never take the chance to help & realize the need unless they face it themselves.

Y/n cried as she hold his hands tightly...Ambulance sirens were heard but suddenly everything became silent. She looked up to find everything frozen.

Taehyung was frozen while he was bringing out the ambulance stretcher along with a man.

Jimin was frozen as he was shouting at all the people.

She looked somewhere else, where water was falling from the glass and was frozen.

As suddenly a bright light came from the top. One by one everyone was cracking 

"Ahh!" Y/n closed her ears as she fell down, she looked up a lil to find Taehyung's face cracks, flying up at the sky

"T-taehyung-ah! J-jimin-sshi" Nothing worked, they were all frozen

"Y-y/n" Y/n looked back at Jungkook who was not frozen like the rest

"J-jungkook-ah" She cried

"I wanna know, Was I the wrong person at the right time? At the time when I should have confessed my feelings to you, I spoke something that I never wanted to" Y/n cried hearing his words

"We will meet again, maybe in the next life? And that time I will share my feeling for you" He spoke as his eyes started to close

''Ya! Don't you dare close your eyes'' Frightened, Y/n urged him not to close his eyes.

''Y/n-ah, thank you for staying by my side till my dea-''

''JEON! Don't! Please'' she abruptly interrupted, nearly breaking down in tears.

"I love you Y/n, give me a chance to change everything I did'' the boy said weakly.

''Jeon I love you too'' with that, she attached her forehead to his.

As she could not hold back her tears, a drop fell on the boy's face, causing a crack to appear. The sight shocked her. She looked at his hands which became cracked just by her touch, but still, she refused to let him go, hugging his body not being able to let go.

Until all the cracks started flying up to the sky leaving the girl in the world of darkness.
