Next Day

Ten o'clock in the morning. After finishing breakfast, we headed to the bookstore, where we bought the drawing notebook. The story behind it is intriguing. Taehyung & Jungkook stayed at home, Y/N and I drove to the store... Upon reaching the area, we were shocked to see what we saw...

The store was not there!?

After getting out of the car, we both looked around.

"Excuse Me" A lady looked at me

"I think I've seen you both around here before," she explained.

"Yep, we were the ones who went to the store which was right here" Y/n pointed,

"But what happened to the shop?" asked Y/n.

"Oh dear, that was an abandoned store," She said

"WHAT!?" We both yelled

There is no doubt that this store was owned by 2 best friends 7 decades ago. One was from the Kim family & the other was from the Jeon family, from what I recall. However, their family had already decided to marry someone else by the time they fell in love with each other. Their family forbade their love despite their attempts at convincing them. At last, they were forced to let go of one another and move on. They remained in love with each other even after they married their respective spouses. Since then, it has been known that their souls have been alive and seeking love and their souls lived here together after they both died. It's because of this that no one works here, so people decided to get rid of it."

The lady went away after explaining the story. I gulped and looked at y/n as she did the same. We both went and sat in the car.

"Were we seeing souls too? The lady said no one worked there, but we did saw an old lady there." Y/n started trembling. I hugged her calming her, though deep down, I too felt scared. We decided to tell Taehyung nothing about this. We drove off to our home without thinking much.

"Noona~, Hyung~" As soon as we entered the house Taehyung greeted us with a hug.

"Here is some water" Jungkook offered to which we thank him

"Tell me everything!" Taehyung pleaded

"The store was not there anymore," Y/n said

"The owner shifted somewhere far" I lied

"Oh no, what to do now?" Jungkook asked

"Should we go shopping? That too, we're out of groceries" Taehyung stated

"Yeah, Let's go then"

As soon as we all got ready, we left for the convenience store

The mystery of Jungkook's identity continued for days. The bond Taehyung had with him was unbreakable despite the fact that he was just a drawing. Perhaps he needed that one friend for a long time, while Jimin felt that he knew Jungkook even before he met him. However, that wasn't the case with Y/n. Y/N and Jungkook shared similar hobbies. She was upset one day when she learned that her best friend had suffered a trauma. Jimin and Taehyung were out together. Initially, she was unsure what she should do to help her friend, but after Jungkook explained what she should do... he had a profound effect on her. Together, they revealed many secrets to each other. They have shared countless moments together, sometimes Jungkook comforts Y/N, and sometimes it's the other way around. In those moments, you could clearly see their understanding of one another. Even though Jimin understood Y/n's feelings, he felt that she was in love too quickly.

"It's way too quick"

Any time she inquires about Love advice, she always receives the same response. As a result, she took her time to understand Jungkook. However, she encountered a problem... The return of Namjoon, Jin, Jhope, and Yoongi was fast approaching, and none of them knew how to explain the situation to the Boys.

December 23th - {7 days before Taehyung's Birthday}

Y/n & Jungkook decided to go for a long drive and plan out things for Taehyung's Birthday... Y/n was driving while Jungkook was taking notes on what to buy.

"Y/n we need confetti, purple balloons, some banners right?"

"Ya, Just add neon led light of his name," Y/n said

"Right, It should be in cursive, It will be good" He noted it down, but he stopped in the middle of writing it as he remembered something. As as soon as he looked to his side his movements stopped.

"If you really love my sister, then prove it to her, prove her worth to you"

He recalled Taehyung's words

"Umm Y/n..." Jungkook fiddled with his fingers

"Hmm?"

"It's almost a month since I moved in with you, and I apologize for all the trouble I've caused-"

"Hey, Stob it man" Instead of STOP, the word STOB slipped out of Y/n's mouth

"It's STOP, Not STOB" Jungkook stated

"S-T-O-P"

"I-T" They both screamed bursting into laughter

The laughter and moments we've shared this month have become so important to us" Jungkook smiled at Y/n's words.

"Honestly, I too enjoyed this month, Perhaps one day will come when I will turn back to drawing like I was. I hope that time these memories don't fade with me" He smiled weakly

Y/n was caught off guard by his talk, but instead of stopping to react, she listened and concentrated on driving.

"Maybe we will meet in the next life, but I hope I'm not a drawing but rather a human" He chuckled sadly

"I want to say that I-" He was cut off by the horn of a truck

"Y/N!"

"AHHHH!" Jimin panted heavily

"HYUNG! ARE YOU OK" Taehyung offered water to him

"What's wrong?" Taehyung asked

"I'm getting some uneasy feelings"

"Huh? You were just reading this book and all of a sudden you let out a scream" Taehyung shrugged and sat next to Jimin while Jimin just looked at the book

"Existence And Time" he murmured

"What-" Taehyung was interrupted by a phone call

"Noona~ Are you your way back?" Taehyung exclaimed, but his smile faded and was replaced with tears as he heard the other line speak

"What's wrong?" Jimin took the phone and he became pale when he heard the reason

"Noona! Hyung"

"Y/n! Jungkook"

They both said in unison & ran to the car and drove off...

"Oh, they found out late" Their neighbor whispered while looking out of the window, noticing them running out of the house

"Hope she is ok" She prayed while looking at the news

"Today at 11:15 am, At Main Street 11, a car crash occurred. It involves a girl in her 20's. Let's talk with the witness, So miss, What happened there?" the reporter asked

"I was on my way back home waiting for my taxi on the side of the road, but a truck driver drove speedily on the wrong side of the road, and it seems like the girl was deep in thoughts that she didn't notice the truck," the lady said

"The truck driver is none other than a man of a corrupted party which was forced to close down years ago. After the accident, he attempted to hit and run but was fortunately spotted by the police. Now, here's the victim's information."
