Life is believed to be a beginning and an end. But she knew better. Life is like a cycle. Moments are meant to be and they happen for a reason not everyone was aware of. Unless they were an oracle but not everyone can be like that.

Brook was born into a cruel and misunderstood world with loving parents. Only to be separated from them because of her appearance. And for that, she was taken in from a loving family who were amusing to live with. Even when she is to be a maid. She believed that she was born and only to die.

But the moment her golden eyes met blue-green eyes in that jungle when she was close to death, life decided to play with her fate, stringing her life around Tarzan's red string, tangling them up, and strengthening them every single second they spent with each other.

They struggled through their fate. Fighting each other's battles together and learning from each other along the way and they don't regret a single second. And why is that? Because they grow stronger together.

Brook was close to giving up in every obstacle but her beloved was always there to push her forward, inspiring her to be stronger for him, for her family, and for herself. And so she did.

She fought the man who wanted to stop her from living. But she refused to let anyone take it, not when her beloved was waiting for her. Not when her family was waiting for her. So when she released that flaming arrow, all her sorrows, her pent-up anger, her loss of her mother, the suffering of her father, the chaos the man brought only grew and burned through the flames, burying it deeply into the man's empty heart. Drowning below in the deep abyss.

Brook almost lost herself that day but she looked down at that bow in her bloody scarred hands, she knew at that moment that her heart soared, feeling all the relief taking her form. She didn't know the real definition of peace until that moment. And she cherished every second of it.

Even though her legs were burning and aching as she stood, she never felt stronger and she was proud. The journey and life that brought her to that moment was paid off. And she couldn't have done it without her family, friends, and her beloved by her side.

And now...

She could see life coming to a beginning as she stood outside in the warm morning while she held her beautiful sleeping newborn in her arms. The bags hung under her eyes, being kept up by his constant crying and whimpering waking her up but it was worth it. The warmth and the soft breathing from his small chest brought a sort of happiness that overwhelmed her, wanting her to cry once more.

But after spending 9 months tormenting Tarzan with her constant crying and being hormonal, she knew that she once again should be strong for her child. No child deserves to see a mother cry. Even for as little as seeing their baby in a world full of peace and obstacles, they have yet to meet.

Warm breezed hugged them, making Brook softly smile as he cuddled closer to her chest. She lightly hugged him to her, afraid of hugging him tightly and breaking him apart like porcelain. He was absolutely beautiful. His caramel skin was smooth as silk while his curly brown hair reached behind his small ears.

Brook recalled the time giving birth to him and crying more to see that he didn't look like her. But after days of being in bed and holding him in her arms, she was enamored when he opened his large golden eyes and looked up at her. He was special and everyone knew it. Including her husband.

Speaking of him, she felt warm arms wrap around her stomach as she felt warm kisses on her nape and shoulders. She breathily chuckled, leaning against her husband as she kept looking at her prince.

"How did you sleep?" Tarzan asked, his eyes softening to see his son sleeping in his wife's arms.

"I had some sleep," she whispered, slowly turning to face her husband. Her eyes softened as she took in her husband. Staying in the Waziri village for a month in recovery, he has adapted to some norms, taking some jewelry around his neck and an armband around his bicep.

Brook changed too. Her once short hair that annoyed her to the core now reached below her waist. She decided to make a change for herself, wearing a blue brazier adorned with beads and seashells attached to her beaded necklaces. Instead of a skirt, she decided to wear a blue loincloth made by Na'oh. But that wasn't all. She also wore an armband and anklets, taking her husband's example.

She doesn't feel constricted anymore and she adores her clothing, knowing her husband loves it even more.

Tarzan leaned forward, raising her chin with his index finger and kissing her lips softly in the early morning. Brook smiled into the kiss, leaning forward too, and cherishing this small moment with him.

She felt her baby loosening in her arms and looked down to see Tarzan carefully carrying him from her arms, awkwardly leaning him against his chest. Brook chuckled lovingly, seeing Tarzan struggle to carry him.

She had sterned him once at him to not carry him like one of the infant gorillas after witnessing the baby slowly falling to the ground from Tarzan's back. Tarzan held his son's head carefully as he held his small body.

"You have to stop waking her up," he softly whispered to him, rubbing his nose on his soft cheeks. "She hardly slept for 9 months, give her a break. We have to work together and keep her safe, you understand?"

Brook cooed, raising her hands and clapping them together to her lips. Her eyes teared up at the scene. She can't get enough of it. They were so alike she adored it.

"Give Jack a break."

Brook and Tarzan turned to the side, grinning to see the family walking towards them including the professor and Gray. Gray smirked, walking closer and pulling his daughter in a hug while looking down at the baby.

"He's a growing man, and needs his food too," Gray chuckled, poking his grandson's cheek. The baby cooed, slowly waking up and looking around confusingly.

"He has a point," Archimedes rushed over, looking at the baby. "Jack will be big and strong like his father, no doubt about it."

Kala chuckled, walking over and seeing the baby up close. Jack turned his head to the side, grinning widely to see her. Kala reached her finger to him, tickling his stomach. He looks like a spitting image of Tarzan when he was a baby. But she knew better. This baby has the same fire as her daughter.

Brook huffed, "Already wanting him to grow already? He's still my baby." She huffed more as Tarzan amusingly wrapped an arm around her waist while holding Jack and kissing her head. He smirked behind her curls. "We can always have more," he murmured quietly, letting her be the only one to hear.

Brook scoffed, slapping his chest playfully. "Suffer for 9 months and let me know when you want to have more."

She looked down at Jack, making grabby signs at him, grinning to see him reaching for her. She cooed, grabbing him from her husband's arms and picking him up before turning to everyone. "Don't get any ideas and take him swinging just yet," she sterned, giving a pointed look at Tarzan, Terk, and Tantor.

Terk scoffed, smirking at her. "Don't baby him all the time, Red. He'll learn eventually."

"No chance," Brook deadpanned. Kala told her all about how Tarzan endured growing up and how he started to adapt to the jungle. Brook knew that she would eventually let her son do it. But not right now. He's still a baby and she refuses to make him grow up too fast.

"By the way, Brook, sweety," Archimedes stood beside her, nodding her behind her. "They arrived."

Brook gasped, turning around to face the ocean and beamed to see the familiar smoke coming from the incoming boat. They're here! Brook laughed, squealing as Tarzan grabbed her, carrying her bridal style before jumping off their new home and swinging towards Dumont's Trading Post.

Tarzan held her and his son tightly as they swung. Brook looked back at their home, grinning to see their once small home was now big enough to hold a large family on top of the tree. The walls were adorned with flowers and vines while the staircase spiraled around the tree to the ground. They made sure to have a small canoe to place as a small elevator like before.

It was different but it was home nonetheless.

Walking over to the trading post, Brook couldn't help but smile to see the familiar woman walking down the ramp with her large blue dress and hat holding a baby in her arms. Right beside her side stood her husband, holding two brown suitcases.

The woman looked around the buildings around them before finally seeing her. The woman gasped, tearing up as she started running towards her. Tarzan was quick to take Jack from Brook's arm before Jane tackled Brook in a hug with her baby.

Jane and Brook cried, grinning in glee as they took each other in. Jane stepped back, cupping Brook's tan cheek. She sobbed, "Oh, Brook! I missed you so much, you have no idea!"

Brook couldn't fight the tears, getting emotional once again before turning to Jane's baby. "Is this...?"

Jane grinned proudly, picking up her daughter and handing her to her. Brook smiled, looking down at the baby girl. She looked exactly like Jane, that's for sure. But she was so calm like her father.

"She's beautiful," Brook cooed at the baby.

Both women were distracted, leaving Tarzan to hold his son in his arms. He smiled, walking over to them. Jane took notice of him and gasped loudly, almost not recognizing him with the jewelry on him.

"Tarzan!" she grinned, rushing over and tackling him in a hug too. Tarzan laughed, wrapping an arm around her shoulders while he held Jack in his other. "Oh my goodness!" Jane once again teared up, looking at the couple. Jane grinned, turning to her husband.

"Tarzan, I want you to meet my husband," she grinned, making Oliver drop the suitcase and grab his arm. "Oliver, this is Tarzan. Brook's husband."

Oliver's grey eyes softened, finally meeting the man his wife wouldn't stop talking about. Raising a hand in greeting, he nodded to him. Tarzan nodded back, grabbing his hand and shaking it.

"I heard so much about you," Oliver nodded. "It's an honor." He turned back to Brook before a smile formed on his face. Brook changed so much in almost two years of living in the jungle. Muscles were visible in her arms and thighs. Not only that, but her eyes seemed to be shining brightly with happiness it was blinding.

"It's nice to see you again, Brook," Oliver smiled.

Brook smiled back, walking over and pulling him in a hug which he gladly hugged back. "I'm happy to see you too." She leaned back and nodded to him. "Thank you for freeing my father from Vincent's clutches."

Jane and Oliver blinked, "He's here?" they asked simultaneously.

Their answer walked towards them, making them turn to the newcomers. But Jane's attention was solely on the short man who lovingly smiled at her. Jane tearily grinned, rushing over to her father, dropping to her knees, and pulling him into a hug.

Archimedes teared up too, hugging her and his granddaughter to him. It truly felt like years since he last seen his daughter.

Brook and Tarzan stood by the side, watching everything with relief and happiness. Everything was perfect. Tarzan looked down at his family, seeing his wife visibly exhausted but happy. And his son was giggling, playing with Brook's curly hair.

Tarzan chuckled, taking Brook's hand and leading her away from the family. Wanting to have a moment with his own family. The bright greens and blues from the jungle were ever the same yet different every single time he walked past them. They all have memories that carry on to the future.

Tarzan closed his eyes, taking in the warm environment that took him and his family entirely. Growing up, Kerchak didn't raise him and mostly hated him his entire life. But Tarzan won't make that mistake. He will love Brook and their children with absolute adoration. He will protect them will all his heart.

"My Love," Brook spoke up, getting his attention. Her golden eyes looked up at him with adoration and love. The same ones that make him fall in love with her again. Her comforting smile made his heart skip a beat and he never grew tired of it.

Brook was his and he was hers.

Tarzan stopped, now turning to face her and Jack. He smiled at them, reaching a hand to cup Jack's head and the other to cup her face. Leaning his head to them, he kissed them each on their cheeks before leaning his head against Brook's, closing his eyes.

"Thank you, Brook," Tarzan murmured. "You made my life complete. And I can't wait to see what fate brings us from now on."

Brook smiled, raising a hand to cup her husband's cheek. "And I can't wait to do it together. I love you so much, Darling."

"And I love you, My Flame," Tarzan kissed her cheek.

Their small moment was slightly interrupted as Jack fussed, reaching for Tarzan's dreadlocks. Tarzan grinned, taking Jack to his arms. He tossed him in the air before catching him. Jack squealed loudly, grinning widely at him. Brook only looked at them, subconsciously rubbing her fingers around the beads on her neck.

Life is a cycle. It has no beginnings or an ending. It's a never-ending cycle of obstacles and journeys everyone encounters. They may be hard to encounter, making you cry and suffer but it always turns out beautifully midst of it all.

"Let's go home," Brook smiled, giving Tarzan a hand.

Tarzan smiled back, grabbing her hand before taking his family back to their treehouse. Flashes of the moment they met were carved into the trees to the moment they peacefully slept. They lived long and beautiful lives. And they don't regret a single second.

After all...their love was truly theirs.
