   IT WAS QUITE.

   It felt like you were underwater, by how your body feels likes it's floating.

    Your chest.... Oh your poor chest, aching in pain, it felt like the time you got stabbed in the chest right near your heart when you were fighting this skinny mantis mobain who was a demon...

   All you heard,.. Was the mumble voices of your friends?....

    "Your confidence always encourages me some how!"

"I'm debating wherever or not you really mean that..."

"No need to throw punches hun, I just want to know if you're free~"

   There was one distorted voice that was close and yet so faint...

   AFTER FLOATING IN THE VOID THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE, you groan and slowly open your eyes, your vision was blurry with the lights of purple and red.

   You suddenly jolt up to see your mask floating away from you. You wiggle your arms and legs like you're swimming! You grabbed the mask and put it on with a sigh.

"Where the hell am I at?"

   Your gruff voice echos through the void. The void had shard like figures that floated around and glowed, some were small and some were big, this void made you shiver with suspicion and confusion.

   Where are you?

   What is this place?

   So many questions... So, sooooo many questions! 

   Many questing that made you float out more. Which caught your attention when you feel like your going upside down. You quickly wobble your arms to try and not become sick already, after wobbling your arms and grunting at the movement, you start to look around the void more. 

   Suddenly you felt like your muscles were tearing apart as you let out a yell in pain, your body distorts like static of an old TV, your clothing was changing too.

   To your fur getting more dirty then glitched back to your clean fur, your tail glitched into a fish kind, then you felt this sudden pain sting into your chest and it felt cold like ice..

   It ended finally, you huffed and panted to catch your breath from all that glitching pain.

"W-What was that!?"

   You breathe heavily behind your boar mask. Your chest tightened, hungrily breathing for breath and healing for your pained chest. Gosh you haven't felt this pain in a while... what was that? You were glitching—at least you think that's what it's called, Tails says it whenever he's on calls with Sonic.

༊*·˚      "Sorry Sonic, you're glitching right now—"

"What's happening to him!?"

"Huh? Oh don't worry Y/n, Sonic is just glitching because of bad service."

"Why?? Does it hurt him??"

"Hehe, nope. You can't feel yourself glitching, it only happens on a device."

   Tails is a liar, glitching does happen, it hurts like hell.

   You pat and rub your body to ease pain and to check if you're hurt. You look down to see your chest, you remembered earlier how a light X was on it and felt cold like ice. 

   While you're still floating around in this void you wonder your eyes around for any clue until you see something.

   Narrowing your eyes as you see a familiar blue floating towards a shard....

"SONKIC!?"

   You called out, you looked side to side and see your two swords slowly floating around, you grabbed them and look for a way to get to Sonic—the one you got their name wrong.

   Seeing how to get to him, you step on a shard piece, placing both of your feet down, then launch yourself from there.

   You speed pass all the shards to get to Sonic. He gets closer to the shard that glowed brightly than the other ones you see, with a red color you watched him slowly go in, that's when a bright light illuminates in your vision.

   Here's something that you swore you heard before you saw the brightest light of your life....

"Y/N!!"

   A distant voice echoing towards you. Making you remember another hedgehog, how that  sounded a lot like him. A red and black hedgehog.

   YOU SCREAMED AS YOU'RE FALLING, falling straight down to somewhere. Harshly falling you wobble your arms to balance (?) yourself and look down, the Smokey clouds clear up as you continue falling and you see..... 

   Tall buildings?!

   Your eyes widens behind your mask—which surprisingly stayed on. You grip your swords to not lose them as you're falling straight down to hard ground. 

   You look at the side of one of the buildings coming your way then used your sword to stab the side then slide down, it worked as your sword was strong enough to cut though the hard metal building? 

   Sliding down a hard metal part of the building stops you from sliding and makes you fall back. You fell hard in a dumpster...

"YUCK!"

   You ick in the stink, getting out with grumbling underneath your breathe. Your poor fur was dirty a bit, and your muscle arm looks bruised, before you could get up you suddenly glitched again.

   You stumble down onto the ground. Your body glitches and then dies down, this pain won't be easy to deal with,... but you pulled through as you hate being weak! That's so unlike you! You're strong! King of mountains!!

   You pumped yourself up then jump up, wobbling a bit dizzy and finally gained conscious. You looked around the new area, confused, amused, intrigued, and a bit scared?.... Odd.

   You start hearing a robotic voice over the skies, making you jump instantly and yank your swords in front of you.

"WHAT THE–.... What the..."

   You saw what a dull place you're in. There was others on moving sidewalks with tired faces with mixed of tiredness, fear, and maybe even emotionless. 

   Many mobians looked down as big robots hover over them with lights.

"Stay in line, stay in lane, and stay perfect. Not like the Chaos Council."

   You tilt your head at the command voice.

"Stay in line? What's that?"

   You gruffly whispered, as you observe more your head start to feel dizzy. Your mind went in a spiral of lights, buildings, and signs with such neon coloring! Your eyes keep looking from one thing to another.

   You looked like a madman as you trip in the middle of everything! Your drowsy groans and your puffed tail caught many's attention. 

   Even the bots.

"S-So many lights, so much noise–AUGH!!"

"𝙐𝙣𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣:𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙤𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣."

   You look up at a big robot—looking like a big circle. It shines its light at you, you hissed and cover your eyes. Seeing so far how more robots hover down and surround you.

   After feeling dizzy your eyes adjust. That's when you stood there in the middle with so much confusion. 

   The civilians all either glanced, peeked, or looked at the commotion. You looked like you've never been here.... By how you're dressed, how mess your fur looked, and how your build seemed to have them shocked how someone worked out that much!

"Unauthorized citizen: come with us. Or else we'll do it by force."

   That made the corner of your mouth twitch to a grin, then you chuckled to a laugh.

"MAHAHA!! LET'S SEE IF YOU DUMB METAL CAN CATCH ME!!"

   You then launches quickly at tall bot, kicking it down with one foot, you jumped off from there then run away from several more bots chasing you.

   Though you could fight then you didn't feel like it as you're so confused where you're at. One thing for sure.

   This sure ain't Green Hills.

   All you need to do now is run and look for a hedgehog you suddenly remembered.
