The Beauty Of Bengal

So back again with another chapter โค๏ธ Proud to be a Bengali โœจ

Ok in this chapter I took help from an article for some details ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Although it should be "The Curse Of Bengal" if it was a real life story.

*Sad smile* you guys don't have any idea how horrible it's happening in reality actually... At least I'm glad as a girl I'm still alive *quiet chuckle*

But still I dreamt of this Bengal that what I'm writing in my story, collecting all of my postive thoughts hoping everything will be alright :) ๐Ÿ™‚

Anyway let's start the story~ โœจ

Third Person's POV

Bengal is the land where you will never get bored. There is always something to see and taste.

At every corner there is a tale to tell. Nature is bountiful in the land of Bengal, blessing it with ample water, forests and crops...

The states of Bengal has a unique landscape, somewhat akin to the country of India and Bangladesh.

In the northern side, it touches the feet of the Himalayas and in the south lies the great seas.

There is dry land in western regions and lush greenery of the east. Due to its varied landscape and the multitude of people who have made this land their home, Bengal is a land where you will find much to click photos and tell stories...

Here are some striking pictures of Bengal that will surely capture your attention-

How a day starts in Kolkata. The early to rise can be seen best in the Maidan area.

As they have already started their daily physical activities, the rest of us slowly wake up and warm to the day.

Needless to say, food and Bengal are soulmates. This beautiful snap is of Saldanha Bakery which is a traditional bakery that is proud to be running for more than 100 years in Kolkata. It is probably now the oldest bakery shop in Kolkata.

Saldanha Bakery serves a variety of delicious home baked bread, sandwich, cake and sweetmeat. The bakery has its own trail of loyal customers.

(So anyone wanna taste these tasty ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿคค foods? Anyway I'm always a hardcore fan of bakery foods ๐Ÿ˜‹)

Here is a click of the dense Sunderbans forest. There is a controversy as to how the name of Sunderbans was derived.

Some say it is named after the mangrove tress called the Sundari (translates to beautiful) tree.

Others say it got its name from the name Samudraban, which means the forest of the sea. Whatever the origin may be, Sunderbans thrills us to the bone.

Joy is where heart is! And this picture says it all. Here are some outstanding shots of rural Bengal showing the kids.

Their innocent smile and spontaneity is the perfect snapshot of childhood.

Baul music flows deep into the blood of Bengal folk traditions. Baul is a beautiful form of music which has united various religions.

It is equally loved by Vaishnava Hindus and Sufi muslims, proving that music breaks all manmade barriers.

Baul music had influenced the great poet Rabindranath Tagore and he was deeply moved by it.

(It has the smell of the Bengal soil *sniffs* so refreshing~ ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ)

And of course people celebrating Durga Puja. Any list on Bengal would be incomplete without Durga Puja celebrations.

Take any time of the year, a Bengali's heart is never too tired to think of the Durga Pujo.

Terracotta may be outdated in many parts of the world but it still lives in Bengal.

Bengal's art and history is rich in terracotta designs. Here is a beautiful artwork from Birbhum.

About 125 km away from Kolkata is the Naya village. This is the village where the patachitra artists create magic.

Just look at their homes, it can match any creative studio! These patachitra artists have humble backgrounds and create art for the sake of art.

It is not easy to carry out a hundreds of years old form of painting without any impurity.

A patachitra artist shows how rich and beautiful a Bengal village is in art and culture. Patachitra artists sell their painting at very reasonable price.

However, the estimation of such an ancient living art is invaluable. Outside India and Bangladesh, this form of art has been in focus and students from various countries come to Bengal to study and practice this art.

The stories of Indian epics and Puranas have stayed alive for thousands of years because of people like them who create patachitras.

Only do they have been traditionally painting these stories but the artists also travel and sing those tales.

The masks of Chhau naach are fantastic works of art that itself carry the drama. Many people collect these masks to decorate their living space and studio.

Bengal's art and culture is particularly photogenic. Chhau naach costume is as captivating as the dance itself...

And here ere in Murshidabad, Baharampur Surova and her co-workers were busy with their own stuffs but still she somehow managed to get out from all the troublesome problem and she be like-

Sitting on the ground lost in her book not caring about the world anyways.

(So that's how Surova kinda looks, sorry I messed up again ๐Ÿ˜…)

Surova's POV

The Villages are free from the hustle and bustle of a city life, villages are peaceful, calm, quite and full of greenery where one can breathe fresh air.

The beauties of villages are described by the way villagers happily live in the small huts or a home, made by clay or mud.

Mostly people visit the village in summers because of the holidays... Also, the people of the village are friendlier than the people of the cities.

In addition, the thing that all like the most about Bengal village is the fresh and revitalizing air.

The air gives a feeling of refreshment even if you've have slept for 4-5 hours.

The climate surrounding the village is always pleasant. It is a perfect paradise of beautiful things and quietness.

There is no din of city life here. The sky is always pure azure; and the clouds are as white and appear as if huge pure white cotton bales are flitting merrily.

Villages are important because they form the backbone of our country's economy.

They are the primary source of the agricultural sector of the country. They also maintain the ecological balance of the environment.

Nice to meet you again my name is Surova. I hope you already know. I'm from Kolkata and fully a fan of Bengali cultures except some Cruel minded people forceful faculties and narrow minded people who tries to spoil it in their own stupid way creating rules and tying others in their chain. I really hate those types of people.

I love Bengal's Village. Yes, I like village life because the water will be pure and safe, fruits will be good and fresh, you can take the fresh air, you can enjoy the peaceful life , we will never feel alone, you can embrace a beautiful night sky, etc.

This village is lies... It is a big village with nearly 500 families. The village is occupied with people.

People share their happiness and sorrow. Most of the building are traditional. Each house has a tree.

There is a high school in the center of the village. Nearly 50 percent population is occupied with literate and educated people.

A small market has been established. This village is not so populated.

You can enjoy the natural beauty here.....

Looking around for any suitable place to seat I found my quarter's balcony and sat down on the floor casually reading the book I've got from here.

This book contained about this place much about. Cornell and I were settling the furniture beside of my working place and found this book from between a dozen of bundles who knows what written into them.

I tried to check but all papers were ripped and no use so we'd to throw them out. But this book left some pages left at least readable so I bought it in my quarter to passing boredom.

We'll leave this place soon anyway. I don't know why I'm feeling kinda attached to this place and maybe that's why I feel so sad now.

Chasing away those feelings I read more about until something caught my eyes. I looked carefully at the picture. But why... I felt so familiar? Like I've seen it before?

A picture of Bengal Famine and how much people suffered from it. As I've little knowledge about history I knew it already but this picture something about it I can't turn away... What's this strange feeling? Like-

"*Knock knock*", the sound of the door knocking brought me back to the world. "It's open already come in!", Guessing who could be I shouted back not moving from my sitting place.

As I've guessed Cornell entered with a goofy smile and his famous binocular. Oh I didn't give his proper introduction yet... Did I?

Cornell's full name is Niladri Sarkar. He is a retired Colonel of the Indian Army, jovial and looking like Santa Claus.

He introduces himself as a nature specialist, butterfly collector and ornithologist. The Colonel smokes a pipe and is fond of Coffee.

(Author speaking:- Niladri Sarkar or Colonel Niladri Sarkar is a fictional detective character created by Bengali novelist Syed Mustafa Siraj.

Some of the Colonel stories written for children were translated into English.

Most of the Colonel stories are narrated by Jayanta Chowdhury, a reporter of Dainik Satyasebak Patrika.

Jayanta is a lazy journalist who accompanies him on his missions. Sometimes Mr. K. K. Halder, a bit eccentric retired police officer also joins with colonel Sarkar.

Colonel likes quoting Bengali proverbs and nursery rhymes. He maintains a good temperament while solving mystery. Colonel solves complex cases in his own ingenious way.)

(After blubbering out the entire biography the Author/ Me be like-

Heck! Why all of the libraries are closed in my whole city? *Cries* ๐Ÿ˜ญ

๐Ÿฅบ It's been FREAKING Two years I didn't get a chance to brought story books from the library ๐Ÿ˜ข curse you Corona!

Ahh ๐Ÿคฉ or till now I should've finished the lastest series of Colonel Series *pout* but still He Is Awesome *being a fan cheering aloud*

Surova: Umm ๐Ÿ˜… please continue the story. My apology ๐Ÿ˜ถ๐Ÿ™„ actually the author complaining for lockdown don't mind please ๐Ÿ™ )

I guess that's enough ok so I noticed he's something to tell me.

"Heya Gramps! What's up?", I put the book down and stood up carrying it with me. "Ho ho so wanna come to visit some beautiful orchids?", He laughed just like Santa.

"Seriously? Didn't you find out any butterfly yet that you're willing to collect an orchid? But one thing I've huge doubt that any of these exist here", I joked.

"Very funny Su! Just don't spend sitting there, we're going to leave this place let's see some places we didn't get to know yet", he lectured.

"Ya ya anyway I'm getting bored", I rolled my eyes and tied my loose hair in a ponytail before following him.

"Oh ya Cornell before that", I called him to show the book. "Have you ever seen this picture?", I questioned.

He looked at it then started thinking. "Hmm wait a minute! Um hurry up to my room", he said and left. "Whoa- ok as you say", I shrugged off and headed to his room.

After I entered I saw he took out something like a photo frame and dusted it off before showing me.

I looked at it and gasped because it has similarly with the book but instead of black and white, it's colourful actually a painting.

I tried to collab this two pictures together in my mind and they both have similarities with each other. "Cornell both kinda looks same", I pointed out as he nodded, "Yes, right".

"You know what Su the day we were cleaning the room I found this one before giving you the book. I liked it so I placed it here in my room though it's old but it reminds me of something", He scratched his beard. "And what is it?", I quirked an eyebrow.

"Your painting of an Bengal Village structure which is still in my living room of the apartment of Kolkata", hearing those words kinda made me feel sad because I quit drawing.

"You know very well that I quit painting forever so why you're bringing those things again?", I lowered my voice.

"You'd the spirit but why you left it? You're not even wanting to hear something about it?", He gave a concerned look.

"I don't know what to say but all I know I felt something happened so I'm not even worthy to pick up a paint brush again, like I'm cursed and- abandoned from it", thinking about those memories hurts me unknowingly, I just sighed.

"Ok sorry for that. But if we return back to Kolkata please come to my house. I bet my orchid friends are willing to see you again", he grinned.

"Oh my gosh I'm so eager to visit your small green house in your apartment rooftop! I wonder how you've managed to grow up literally a whole freaking green house in there?", I happily jumped in amusement.

"Calm down, Jayanta is taking care of them and I guess he's struggling with them though", he looked worried for his trustworthy companion.

"Don't worry I bet he's doing alright beside of writing reports", I showed up a thumbs up and grinned.

"I hope. Ok let's head out and wow are you taking photos?", He pointed at my phone.

"Yup I bet I'm going to observe the village a little before leaving so whyn't!", I smiled. We left our quarters.

"Be careful Surova! Though we're not in danger zone but still those trespassers aren't going to show mercy if they find you unarmed. Stick close to me always", he warned.

"Oh Gramps! Com'on I'm not a child and yes don't worry! Though I've no permission of carrying gun or Rifle but here this shinny thing I always carry with me", I showed him the pocket knife I always keeps with me.

"Be careful and please don't kill anyone", he seemed concerned. "Don't worry it's just for Self Protection", I assured him and put the knife back in my pocket as we were walking through the jungle.

I was amazed by it's mysterious environment. I stopped a little for taking photos.

This part of the forest seems probably quite only one or two birds sound could be heard.

The sun shone bright but the big dense trees of the forest covering half of the light making it slightly gloomy.

"Surova don't wander like a vagabond, don't forget this forest is surrounded between the borderline, stay close", he ordered now he's probably sounds like my father. Oh God not now...

"Oh com'on let me take some photos and if you're worrying about I'll be lost then I've Google map and my GPS navigation to track the location of the BSF HQ. So now you can freely catch your butterflies and search for orchids ok?", I shrugged trying to be logical.

"Ok but don't blame me when you're lost because in this area no network is available, only in our HQ we've built up a strong network. So good luck", Cornell deadpanned making me lost my own words then realisation hit me.

"OH CRAP! I LITERALLY FORGOTTEN! NO GRAMPS DON'T LEAVE ME ALONE PLEASE!", I shouted as he put his hands on his ears.

"Ouch! Su I still have strong hearing but I bet I'm gonna deaf for you", he commented as I sweat dropped smiling nervously.

"Hehe, I'm sorry", I scratched my head. "Um let's move forward", he picked up his binoculars for finding something he saw, I'm not so much interested though but when he catch something I'm the one who's eagerly waiting to see", I shrugged off my shoulders and walking on the way leads to the village then suddenly I saw a very different path separating from the village.

The two thing always brings danger for me. One My Insistence and the second one is My Curiosity.

My curiosity is over of the insistence and that's why completely forgetting about Cornell's warning I made my way to discover the strange way towards the unknown.

Oh my... My heart is just beating so fast in every step.

Taking a deep breath I put my phone in my pocket and slowly walked through the way. There were in one place the road is covered with jungle and moss.

I took out my knife and used it to cut and clear the way for me. "Got it", I smiled as I did it.

Suddenly I bumped into a huge stone wall. "Oh God don't tell me those trespassers made their secret hideout at these place", I held my knife for any upcoming danger.

Then I noticed it's kinda a broken hallway, means the walls are broken but still it's dark also getting sunlight. I looked carefully, noticing something written on the stone wall in Bengali...

If I translate it into English it'll be looked like thisโ€“

"I never knew much about people until I took one apart... Just to see how it worked", those words were written there.

"What that supposed to mean?", I questioned myself but shrugged off those random words. "Probably some job of idiots", I kept moving forward.

Then I saw light shining somewhere. I ran towards it hoping it's the exit. But though I was half right but another stone wall in my way, actually beside of my way.

I saw the exit passed by. Then another writing caught my eyes. Like that previous one this one also some weird message", I looked at it.

"I can see you Dying", with a Star โ˜… symbol. What the actual hell! Who could draw a star beside of these type of message? Off I better get out of here.

This whole place is just making me feel unwell, I knew my curiosity always causes big problems for me. And here I'm complaining", I huffed.

There was a little dark in the forest as the tall trees were guarding the sunlight.

After I got out from there I followed the sunlight to guide my way. When I'm sure I was fully out of the forest I looked at front of me there was a silhouette of a village.

"I guess this is none other than a different way to the same village", I sighed disappointed because I could've go with Cornell as he was heading to the same way. And anyway this place has only one village to raise so maybe it's the backside of it?", There were alot of questions in my mind.

But I thought about keep moving forward better than standing there like an idiot. I took a clear view of how this place looks.

This place is fully covered with green. How refreshing! Green. Green mango and other fruit trees to guide the way along with rows of large palm trees protecting the main entrance like two armed guards how nice! I took some pictures for showing Cornell later.

Then as I moved forward I saw green field filled with grasses and the blue sky is right wide open above.

It feels better than city's tall rooftops hid all of the fun what the village has. In a few hands distance I spotted some Cottages build up close by each other.

I smiled about meeting with the village people. I love to interact with them.

Mostly I love those children they're pure, adorable friendly and more open minded than the Citys.

(Hey look I don't mean to offend anyone so please don't mind.

I'm not accusing any of the city people)

After right when I ran the way to those cottages I noticed few villagers coming towards me.

"Hello! Nice to meet you", I waved at them calling in Bengali as I doubt they're not familiar with English. But seemed like they didn't notice me.

"Um excuse me do you mind telling me what's this village's name?", I asked out politely in Bengali. Maybe they don't like strangers or city people wandering around here.

I gulped as they continued their works. They carried a pile of hay on their shoulders and walked out of my side as if I had no existence. I huffed, "How rude!".

Gritting my teeth in disappointment I opened my phone to search for any information about this village then it came out blank as no network.

"Ghaa God why you don't show some mercy towards me?", I shouted.

"Actually God never shows anyone mercy whom he thinks should be corrupted", a voice caught my attention as I look beside of me to find the source.

A little boy, looked like maybe 7 or 8 years old standing under a banyan tree with a adorable lamb whom he's carrying on his shoulder.

Looks like it was so comfortable there that it didn't make any movement. He gave a smile as he put down the lamb beside him.

"Wow how sweet", I slowly moved forward to see it clearly but before I could touch it's soft far it ran away.

"Ow! I didn't mean to do any harm", I pouted cause I just wanted to pet it. "Sorry actually those animals don't trust outside people", the little boy replied in Bengali. I smiled.

"No it's ok. I shouldn't be so curious. So is it your pet?", I asked him. He shook his head, "No actually it's one of our neighborhood. I was just playing with it until you came and it maybe got scared". He smiled.

There's something in his smile, a little unearthy feeling if you can say it's giving me an awkward vibes.

Shaking off my weird thoughts I looked at him straight. It's not right to think that way. What a human looked like will never tell you how the real person is inside.

"So can you please tell me what's the name of this village?", I asked him the question bugging me inside. "Oh its name is Ishanpur", he replied blankly.

Thinking about it, Ishanpur... Why it seems familiar? Hmm oh now I remember isn't it the village name which I've read in that book?

Ahh! Now I get it. It's the same and now it regained it's popular great?

I blinked and asked the boy again, "So what's your name little bro?" I shared a smile with affection. I don't want he also ignore me like those villagers.

The only thing I hate is being ignored by anyone that's so sad. He looked at me head to toe then asked me, "Miss did you lost your way?" He fully ignored my question, strange thing.

"Yes actually I'm coming from the borderline forest and you're right maybe I lost my way as I was planning to going to the village. But is it the village's backside? Cause I know that village name is totally different", I pointed out.

"Yes. It's different from it. And totally forgotten for outside people...", He said the last sentence in a whisper but loud enough for me to hear. I gave him a concerned look.

"So how long you're living here?", I asked him, of course I guess he's living from when he's born but still. "How long? Hahaha", instead of responding he started laughing loud.

"What's so funny?", I asked. "Nothing but will you believe if I stay it's been an entire Twelve decades have passed and I'm still entangled in this life, I don't know when I will be excecuted", he let out a heavy sigh looking sad.

"Oh com'on dude don't make me freak out like you're a ghost. Look I can touch you and you also touch me if you don't believe see", I bent down on my one knee matching his height and smiled softly.

I gently picked up his right hand and let him touch my cheek, "See, now please don't look sad because smiling face suits on you".

He smiled back. This time a gentle smile which didn't show any weird or awkward just pure innocence of a child.

That's what all I wanna see to all of those children's faces back in my city. They all are stressed and pressured by cruel reality. So sad...

I sat down under the banyan tree and he followed behind. "Di? What's the matter? Why you're looking so sad now? You were better a minute ago", he spotted out.

I looked down, "Sorry for worrying you actually I was thinking about something else". He nodded and tapped on my shoulder.

I looked at him. "Di! I'm glad that someone finally noticed me. You know all these time people seemed to ignore me for these entire years. You won't believe how much I'm happy to talk to you", he said cheerfully.

I can understand him. Feeling the ignorance from the people hurts inside badly.

I put a hand on his shoulder and assured him everything will be alright. But what's coming I don't even know myself.

He spread out his legs and answered my long lost previous question, "Hey my name is Kanai! What about you Di?" I was so lost in the thinking I didn't realised his sudden calling to me transferred from Miss to Di.

(We call Di short of Didi in Bengali and Hindi mentioning our elder sister or someone elder from us)

"Oh nice Kanai! Wonderful name. My name is Surova, you can call me Su if you like", I replied back.

He tilted his head, "Di is better". "Heh", I laughed slightly and he joined. "So let me show you this village a little", he proposed.

"Whyn't! I'm eagerly waiting for it", I said as we both stood up.

Third Person's POV

Life in the villages in here differ from one region to another, these villages contain the list of famous tribal groups in here.

The life style of villagers are very clean, sweet and simple. They don't dream for big house, vehicle, money etc, whatever they got that is enough to live their life happily.

The educational status of the people in the villages of here is not so good, some of the villages even don't have school.

There are no water supply in every house and no electricity. River water, well or hand pump are the main source of water.

Most of the people who live in villages are farmers, other works as potters, carpenters, blacksmith.

Bull's are use for farming and other activity in field. Women work planting the rice paddy, while the men work pulling bullock carts, tilling new soil etc.

The village house are Eco- friendly in nature, made by bamboos and mud's. The houses in Indian villages are mostly built of bamboo with thatched roofs.

Wall and floor of the village houses are by painted by a mixture of dirt, grass. Before and after rain, these house need a maintenance every time.

The beauties of villages are described by the way villagers happily live in the small huts or a home, made by clay or mud.

A big open area with trees at the front and a vegetable garden at the backyard, surrounded by the bamboos.

The villagers are socially knit together, every evening they assemble in the village "Chopal" with their 'hukkas' and chatting and talking goes on till late the night.

It feels so great here looks like she could've stay here all day. Thinking about it then Surova remembered I left Cornell alone...

"Oh crap Surova! A big mistake!", She cursed under her breath. "Oh no no it's maybe an hour passed.

I bet he's so worried for me. I've to go back right now!", She panicked as Kanai saw her talking with herself nervously.

"Di? What happened?", He asked raising an eyebrow. "Oh Kanai I've to go back from where I came. I can't let others worry about me", she replied.

"Oh it's ok I guess nothing will happen", he smiled a mysterious genuine smile.

"Oh God you don't know someone gonna grab my ears while giving lectures for freaking one hour. I don't wanna listen those", Surova complained in half Bengali and half English.

"Um sorry I don't understand English properly but if you're so worried then you better head back. It's goodbye then", he looked upset.

"Oh stop giving those look. I promise I'll return tomorrow to meet you right here in this place. You've my word", she punched her chest in a way hoping he would believe.

"Really? You'll come that'll be so nice! But-", "No but! You'll come back here won't you? Ok pinky promise?", She cut him down raising her little finger grinning like an idiot.

His hesitation turned into a wide grin as he agreed and promised, "Sure! I will".

"Ok gotta go! See you tomorrow Kanai! Take care little bro!", Surova waved and headed back without looking back.

She didn't notice that after the moment she left Kanai the spot started changing it's greenary.

It changed to a grey, black and dull lifeless one. A single tear rolled down from Kanai's eyes but it faded away midway before hitting the ground like nothing was there. He was standing there but his shadow wasn't visible.

The sun shone looking like it's probably afternoon but in that warm sunlight nothing seems moved on. An uncomfortable silence was there.

Not a single call of a bird. A smooth wave of wind flowed away all the glittery greenary as it shows it's hidden form.

The whole village looking lovely with green trees and cottages a minute ago turned into a burnt abandoned lifeless colour with broken silhouettes picturing it clearly.

"So dead", Kanai muttered touching his head on the banyan tree which is now burnt black and the skeleton of a dry tree...

"I just wanted to be free. Someone just please come and release me from here. Give me freedom so I can move forward to see everyone", And with another wave of wind he also disappeared...

Faded away in the thin air... "I hope you will brother...", A gloomy figure like a smoke appeared at the place where Kanai was standing a while ago.

"Maybe She can do something?", Before it faded away Kanai appeared again, "No! She won't and I'm not gonna let her you understand! Please don't seek revenge for what happened to you!", He begged at the voice.

"No little brother I'm not asking for revenge I'm saying about this place needs to be alive again so we can reborn to leave as human again", a shaky voice replied back.

Sounded like a female one. "You really think that's gonna happen?", He asked. "Bro you'll never know until you ask", she replied.

"Let's see what's next...", Both said before disappearing in the thin air...

... Back with Surova...

Surova's POV

Oh my goodness! It's been 2 hours passed I guess anyway I felt it has. I checked my phone only to frown at these.

Wait! I remember I came here at 3:15 PM according to my last photo location but now what 3:30? You gotta be kidding me?

I need glasses I guess. I swear whatever happened Cornell got worried sick for me. Ok Surova prepare yourself for 1 hour unstoppable lectures.

I sighed then surprisingly I returned back with the same way but the difference was... Those words were disappeared.

Probably I'm surely hallucinating things these days. Cornell was right. I need to cool down. Anyway the road was clear and I walked the way I left Cornell.

Sounds of footsteps and crushing leaves on the ground. I put my guard on as I heard closely and prepared myself for the upcoming situation.

"So finally found you girl!", And it was Cornell. He looked worried. I'm gonna die now. I gulped and look down.

"Sorry Cornell-", "Surova it's been 20 minutes I'm searching all over and I thought you might be lost. You know you can't let your guard down for just 5 minutes here in this forest?", He started with his lectures. But I hardly hear any of his words. 20 minutes? And I thought it's already 2 hour.

Well I let it pass for now. "Well Cornell how many butterflies and orchids you found?", I tried to change the topic.

"Ho ho what have you think? Well nothing except just 3 orchids", he looked not so happy.

I felt bad for him cause usually whenever he goes to search for some he always satisfied with what he found. Poor Cornell...

"Ok so let's restore those for 1 week after all we're gonna leave right?", Recalling about leaving the place and what happened today made me feel more attached to this place for unknown reasons I don't know why...

"No we're leaving in 4 days", Cornell's words broke my thoughts. "What? You've said that-", "Yes but this is a final message from Kolkata, we're heading back 4 days later. So maybe tomorrow is the last free day to relax then alot of things to done then we've to pack our stuffs", he sighed as we started walking back to our quarters.

"No... Only tomorrow...", I whispered to myself as sadness covered me up. Wait don't be sad! You don't live here you never had Surova... you've to say goodbye anyway...

So that's it! I'm gonna spend the whole tomorrow with him! No matter what Cornell shouts or yell at me. Cause I'll never got a chance to return again...

Please God help me out... Just for tomorrow! "Oh I can't wait so see him! Wait for me Kanai! Tomorrow I'm surely gonna come, Surova never breaks her promise". I smiled.

I just can't wait for tomorrow... I'm so excited to go there again!...

So will Surova find out the Mystery behind the strange village in just one day?

Or she's gonna stuck Forever like Kanai? Is he a real ghost or human?

Let's find out in the next chapter โœจ
