I smooth down my black dress and make sure my silk scarf is sitting on the right side of my throat before taking a microphone from the staff member. One deep breath and I walk out onto the field, lights sparking around the entire stadium. "Welcome all of Galar!" I call into the microphone, "I welcome you all to the tournament of stars! An event founded by your new Chairman after the previous Chairman Rose stepped down!" I welcome them with a smile.

"This event was made not only for your entertainment but for a very important dream. A dream that all of Galar's Trainers become strong and hopefully make Galar one of the strongest Regions in the world! This tournament summons trainers from all over Galar who have been recognized as Pokémon Masters, and we invite them here to strengthen their skills. Provide them with an opportunity to find a worthy rival of their skills in the hope that they will push each other to their limits beyond the stars!" I explain.

Cheers erupt from the crowd, "Now if you don't know me my name is (y/n), some of you may know me as the Poké Queen of Kalos or The Poké Queen of the Stars, and I'm your host for this tournament. Furthermore, it is my absolute pleasure to show you the stars of the Galar All Star Tournament." I end, lifting my hand into the air cueing the fireworks to shoot into the air.

"First to enter our Tournament is our very own Grass Gym leader, the fighting farmer and might I say a very nice dancer, Milo!" I introduce, the jolly green giant comes out with a flushed face at my commentary but waving nonetheless. "Next we have the Water Gym Leader, the raging wave and extraordinary Model, Nessa!" I call out the woman taking to the field flawlessly waving and blowing kisses as she goes.

"Now we have our Fire Gym Leader, the man on fire and Galar's Eternal Flame, Kabu!" I call out, the older man comes out, shooting me a kind smile as he walks onto the pitch. "Next on our list is our Ghost Type Gym Leader, the boy of mystery and the sweetest child, Allister!" I introduce, the boy comes shuffling out shooting me a small wave before running off to the field.

"I now welcome our Former Fairy Gym leader, theater connoisseur and Wizard of Ballonlea, Opal!" I smile, the older woman nods to me in approval before slowly taking the field. "Followed by the New Fairy Gym Leader, The boy in pink on the road for redemption, Bebe!" I call out, the boy puffs his chest up and struts out onto the field behind his mentor not paying any mind to me.

"Now our Ice Type Gym Leader, the Ice-cold Professional and the winter to our wonderland, Melony!" I smile, the woman walking with head held high she shoots me a smile before walking onto the pitch behind the boy.

"Next our Fighting Type Gym Leader, karate prodigy and dessert expert, Bea!" I call out, the girl takes strong strides out but I see her cheeks tint pink as I mention her sweet tooth addiction. "Now we have our Rock Type Gym leader, the rock-hard crusher and local bling expert, Gordie." I chime, the man struts onto the field, his mother rolling her eyes not far away as he sends me a smile.

"I welcome our Former Dark Type Gym leader, your local rock star and here only because his sister made him, Piers!" I laugh, Piers walks out shooting a dirty look my way, but I shrug, I regret nothing. "Followed by the New Dark Type Gym leader, your local punk girl and sister to Piers, Marnie!" I smile, the girl shuffles past me with red cheeks, she waves meekly and follows after her brother.

"I now present your Dragon Type Gym leader, The Dragon Tamer and local charmer, Raihan!" I call, the man walks to the pitch shooting me a wink as he passes fangs bared as he grins. What trouble. "Even if I've just introduced our gym leaders we have a few other guests I'd like to introduce, trainers who claimed their Pokémon master title from decades ago and just this year!" I prompt with a smile.

"First I welcome Steel type Master, Former Steel Gym Leader from the Crown Tundra, Peony!" I call out to the man, I got shivers down my spine seeing him, the brother of Chairman Rose, he's a lot kinder but it's still really creepy. "Followed by the Poison Type Master, Gym Leader to the Newly Formed Poison Gym From the Isle of Armor, Klara!" I call, the girl walks stiffly out into the field and gasps in awe before whispering out a small Gordie, it took all I had not to snort. "Next I introduce another Pokémon Master, the master of great strategy who doubles as a Pokémon researcher, Hop!" I call, the boy grins brightly at me as he bounces out onto the field.

"Now it brings me great pleasure and honor to introduce our final three participants. Three generations of Galar Champions here ready to prove their strength!" I grin, throwing up my free hand, the crowd rawers. "Welcome Fighting Type Master, Former Champion Mustard!" I call out, the man makes his way out shooting me a pleasant smile. "Welcome Pokémon Master, Former Champion and Chairman of the Pokémon League of Galar, Leon!" I call out with a smile, Leon comes out but as soon as he's in view he strikes his signature pose. Yep, I'm still never going to get over it. "And last but certainly not least, Pokémon Master, The Champion of Galar, Gloria!" I cheer, the young girl comes trotting out a smile on her face as she waves to the crowd. It takes all I have not to roll my eyes at the cape Leon gave her, matching his almost identically except clear of patches.

"Welcome Pokémon Masters of Galar! I look forward to seeing the stars! And to all those watching I welcome you to the Galar All Star Tournament!" I finish with a beaming smile.
