Remus- Safe Space.
(Warnings: Age regression, shitty writing, I'm tired I'm sorry this sucks. Requested by: _Sanders_sides_Weeb_ I hope you like this, again this was my first time writing age regression so I hope I did okay. it's 3am I'm sorry AnYgAy- enjOy-))
(Y/n's) POV:
Stressful.
That's all that I can say that describes today in one word.
Today was stressful. I had tons of paperwork piled onto my desk, my co-workers weren't doing hardly anything, so that put a lot more work onto me. My boss was being an ass. I ran out of gas on my way back to work after lunch with Remus and then to top it all off, when I was driving home (after I got more gas.) My car got a flat tire.
So you could image the kind of stress I'm going through.
I opened the front door, and trudged my way over to the couch, dropping my keys on the kit hen counter as I passed it.
I plopped down onto the couch with a heavy sigh, pulling some blankets; that were placed ontop of the couch, down onto me.
I scanned the room, noticing the silence.
Which is a shocker, considering the house was always filled with some sort of noise. Such as a scream from a horror movie, sometimes a trumpet and most recently a kazoo. All of which was caused by the one and only Remus.
Although, right now, it was quiet. Which either means, Remus is out, or he killed someone and is getting rid of the evidence.
And no. That hasn't happened. It's just a guess.
But he probably would if I let him-
I sighed, my breathing plus the soft hum of the refrigerator was the only thing that was heard within the room.
I was still stressed.
I remember what I usually do if I'm having a bad day, or feeling down.
Age regression. Little Space. And most likely other names to call it, but these are the only ones I usually tend to remember.
It calms me, lets me get away from day to day worries for a little while.
So, I took a deep breath, letting myself fall into that state of mind, to let go of the stress.
I was now fully in Little Space.
(3rd POV:)
Remus unlocked the front door, that (Y/n) had locked after they got home.
He held onto the plastic bags he had, he went to the store to pick up some essentials they both needed while (Y/n) was at work.
He walked through the door and closed it after he went inside.
His eyes scanned over the living room which was in his sight after he placed the bags in the kitchen.
The couch had been moved and the cushions had been placed in different positions to keep up a blanket that had been tossed over a few scooted chairs as well as the couch.
Remus immediately knew what had happened, he had been with (Y/n) long enough to know that when they had a bad day, they usually regressed their age.
Remus walked over to the pile of blankets and cushions.
The makeshift fort was messy and barely standing up.
"(Y/n)?" Remus called out, wondering where They were, if not in the fort.
He bent down and looked into the small space the fort had within it. Showing no sign of (Y/n).
A pair of footsteps turned Remus's attention away from the fort, to look at the stairs.
(Y/n) was standing there, looking between Remus and their tent, a pile of blankets in their arms.
"There you are." Remus stated, sitting down on the floor.
"Here I am." (Y/n) replied, their voice turning more childish than their normal everyday voice, a small lisp being audible.
"What'cha doing?" Remus asked, as (Y/n) walked over to the messy tent of cusions and quilts, plopping down on their knees as they neared it.
"Making a castle." They responded, throwing another blanket over the top of the fort, weighing it down a bit.
"A castle?"
"Yup."
"Castle have got to be a wee bit bigger than that, Royal." Remus told them, watching as they piled more blankets ontop of another.
"Have you ever seen a castle?" (Y/n) inquired doubtedly, tilting their head to look at him.
"Actually I have." He smiled, watching their eyes light up in a child like manner.
"Really?!"
"Mhm." Remus hummed in response.
"How big was it?" (Y/n) asked him, sliding their knees across the floor to scoot closer to Remus, to listen to him.
"It was super tall, at least a hundred feet high-" Remus exclaimed, lifting his arms up as if to measure how big the building was.
"Wow-!"
"Why don't I help you make your castle thingy, Yeah?" Remus suggested, starting to stand up.
(Y/n) nodded their head repeatedly, excitedly bouncing a bit as they picked up a blanket.
Remus helped them move the cushions around and situating the blankets, to where the fort looked a bit bigger, and the blankets were moved to where it looked like the fort had a window on its side, facing the tv.
"It's perfect!" (Y/n) exclaimed happily, hurriedly crawling into the fort.
"I'm glad you like it." Remus said, smiling a bit.
"You can come in since you're a dark side." (Y/n) said, from inside the fort.
"Oh, so dark sides only, huh?" Remus asked, chuckling a bit as he crawled into the fort it having a lot more room now than it did earlier.
"Yep!" (Y/n) smiled, looking out the imaginary window, that showed the tv.
"You want to watch a movie?" Remus asked, sitting beside them, while reaching out for the tv remote, which conveniently was placed his outside of he fort.
"Yes!"
Remus smiled and turned on the TV, swiping through channels until he found a kids show.
"Thank you, Remus." (Y/n) said, after a while of watching the tv.
"You're welcome, Royal."
