3rd Person POV

"Avengers, assemble!" The voice of Captain America rang through the whole building of Stark Towers.

Every hero available scrambled to the meeting room where the director of S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury was waiting for them with Steve Roger's.

Once every hero who were available, which includes Captain America, Ironman, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Professor Hulk, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Falcon, War Machine and Thor, they got started.

"Alright, Avengers. We have a world threatening proble-" Fury was cut off by non-other than Tony Stark.

"When is it not." He said, scoffing and rolled his eyes.

"As I was saying," Fury said through gritted teeth while glaring at Tony while Steve gave him the disappointed mom look. "There is an invasion by the aliens. They look like androids but we can never be too sure. They have entered the Earth's atmosphere around 10 minutes ago and is destroying the few major cities of the world. Their mothership is here, in New York. The list of cities under attack are New York, London, Cairo, Budapest and Moscow. So, we must disperse." Fury pauses for a minute to let everything set in. "You are going in pairs. Rogers and Stark are staying here, Romanoff and Barton are going to Budapest, Thor and Banner in London, Wilson and Rhodes in Moscow, and Maximoff and Vision in Cairo. Is everything clear?" Fury finishes and everyone nods.

Each pair got on their own jet and flew to their destinated cities.

Budapest pair

"I can't believe we're going to Budapest again!" Clint said, jumping around like an excited kid.

"It's going to be so much fun! Once we finish, maybe we can go visit the Citadel again. What do you think, Bird brain?" Nat said, clearly excited too.

"That, would be awesomeee!" Clint fist pumped the air and was going to go hug Nat but a glare from the latter stopped him.

London pair

"Bruce! How is this, London, you Midgardians call, is it? Does it have raging battles like in Asgard?" Thor asked, looking like a lost puppy.

"Well, London is a nice city. It does not have wars there. People live in peace." Bruce said and heaved a sigh.

Cairo pair

"Vis, are you excited to see Cairo? I know I am." Wanda asked her boyfriend who was sitting beside her. Before giving a peck on the cheek.

"Well, Wanda, I am excited. But I'm afraid not as much as you, hon." Vision replied, smiling at his beautiful girlfriend.

"Stop staring, Vis. You're making blush!" Wanda said, her accent showing as she shoves Vis gently, a red tint covering her cheeks.

Moscow pair

"You ready for this?" Rhodey asks.

"Yeah." Sam replied.

An awkward silence fell upon the two.

New York pair

"God, why?! Why am I stuck with Captain fucking America?!" Tony whined, pretending to be annoyed.

"Language!" Steve said quickly. "And besides, you love me too much to be annoyed with me." Steve gave Tony a smile.

"You're right, babe." And they had a hot make out session before gearing up.

While the Avengers were fighting the aliens, a certain Peter Parker was enjoying his science class. Well, not really enjoying it since earlier when Cap called a meeting but he couldn't just ditch school. And to make matters worse, his dialed-up sense was close to a sensory overload.

Peter tried to shrug it off and continued like nothing happened.

The London team reached their destinations and jumped off the jet and started to fight immediately.

The other pairs reached the cities and began to fight like everybody else.

The Stony team was having trouble to fight the mass of alien androids. The other teams already defeated the rest of their enemies while the New York team still haven't finished fighting half of the aliens. And, Cap broke his ankle by some horrible aliens.

They decided it was time to call for back-up.

"F.R.I.D.A.Y., call Underoos." Tony said as his seventeenth armor got ripped apart. "And call Mark 42."

"Calling Underoos. Your suit is on its way, sir." Tony's AI responded.

"Thanks, babygirl."

Peter's POV

"Spider-man! Spider-man! Does whatever a spider ca-"

Oh shit. Mr. Stark's ringtone for Spider-man time!

"Oi, Penis! No way will you be any close to being friends with Spider-man. That's all you can do! Fan boy over the guy!" Flash taunted.

"Be quiet, Mr. Thompson. And Mr. Parker, put the call on speaker please." The teacher asked, no, ordered me.

"But Mr. Harper! It's confidential!" I tried to reason with him.

"No buts, Mr. Parker. Rules or rules." He said and gave me the 'do it or else' look.

I quickly tapped my Stark watch and the hologram of Mr. Stark appeared. It looks like he is fighting something, with his mask on and glowing blue light. The enemy looks like an android. Alien tech for sure.

"Hey Mr. Stark. Are you fighting a bunch of androids who are invading Earth in different zones and your partner is seriously injured and can't continue to fight?" I asked in a cheeky tone.

Everybody excluding Ned and MJ gasped.

"Mr. Parker! Apologize to Tony Stark, now!" Mr. Harper shouted at me.

"Yeah, whatever. But Kid, your suspicion is right. Steve broke his arm, the one holding the shield and now he can't fight properly. The mothership is here in New York so that's a lot of them here. I need back-up so I called the first person to come up to my mind, you. Suit up, Kid." Mr. Stark said and blasted a couple of them away.

"Sure thing, Mr. Stark. And by the way, because you said that, my class now knows I'm not just a regular teen. You'll have to clean the mess too." I said and chuckled humorlessly.

"I'll handle it, Kid. Alright, small humans, NOTHING gets out of t. if Peter's identity gets revealed to the world, get ready to be sued to the ground, Capisce?" Mr. Stark said with his paparazzi voice. "Good." And he flashed the paparazzi smile.

"Alright, Tony. See you in a bit!" I said cheerfully

"Huh! You called me Tony! But yeah, see you in a bit, Kid. He said with a genuine smile before ending the call.

I turned to face my class and their expression ranged from shocked, to disgust. The last one coming from Flash, of course.

"What the actual fuck, Penis! What was that, all about?!"

I decided to ignore Flash and turn to Mr. Harper.

"Permission to leave the room and go join the battle with Mr. Stark, sir!" My nerdy persona disappeared and my soldier instinct kicked in.

"S-s-sure, Mr. P-parker. Y-you may leave." I could sense the nervousness from a mile away.

I did a little salute and smirked.

Then I crouch down for 5 seconds, my nanotech programming activated itself. In less than 3 seconds, my eyes were glowing blue and a spider symbol was on my chest.

Everybody gasped but I didn't care. I need to help Mr. Stark.

Ned's POV

Well that just happened.

Cool!

"I need my guy in the chair. Help a buddy out!" Peter said and jumped out the window.

I might have an idea to show off, just a teeny tiny bit.

I recently found out that MJ is awesome at finding stuff online, so I asked for her help too.

"Mr. Harper, since we probably won't be studying again, can I play Peter's feed to see what he's doing?" I smirked mentally.

He heaves a defeated sigh. "Of course, Mr. Leeds. Everyone gathers around his table, please." Wow. He seems lost.

Everyone gathered around mine and MJ's desk. Even Flash.

"Emily," She's my AI that Peter help me build. "Enlarge Spiderboi's feed by 175% please."

He knew I was listening so I quickly got started. Peter was swinging further and further sway from Tony but even if I don't like it, I sure he knows what he's doing.

"Of course, Ned. Would you like me to start other programming too?" She asked politely.

"Sure, Em. Don't enlarge those but give access to MJ too." I said cheerfully and MJ gave me a grateful nod. Emily didn't say anything but my programming started.

Then the unavoidable question was asked. "Wait, Ned. Who's Emily? Is she your AI?" A boy asked while fangir- I mean fanboying.

"Yeh, she's pretty dope. She's my AI that Peter help me create. He has his. Her name is Karen. Tony Stark has Jarvis and F.R.I.D.A.Y. And EDITH stands for 'Even Dead, I'm The Hero.' It's a joined AI that both Peter and Tony use. The same way MJ uses Emily."

The boy nods and focuses on Peter's swinging while other people looked dumbstruck.

Peter finally reaches Tony and everybody started fanning their faces.

"OMG, he's so hot!"

"Look at those biceps."

Whatever. That's my friend and his dad you're talking about!

"Hey, Mr. Stark. How can I help you? Besides destroying these androids, of course." Peter said and webbed one behind him.

"Kid, we need to find the mothership. F.R.I.D.A.Y. can't do it since she's preoccupied with sending me new suits every minute." Tony said and swoops in to blast an android that was going to shoot Peter from behind.

"Don't worry, Mr. Stark! I've got a tech team and 2 AIs to help. Easy as that." Peter told him excitedly. I chuckled.

3rd Person POV

"Yo Spiderboi. I've got the coordinates of the mothership. Sending it to you, now. Better hurry up and tell Irondad." Ned said through the comms.

"No, Ned. I told Karen to scan the ship the moment I knew where it was. The only way to destroy it is from the inside. Don't bother trying to stop me." Peter said and swung onto the ship.

"Peter! Don't do it. Pete-" The comms shut down and Peter focused on the task at hand.

Meanwhile, in the classroom, chatters started getting louder while Ned and MJ sat there, shocked and worried for their friend.

Peter got out of his iron Spider suit and activated Shadow Protocol where the suit went on auto-pilot and acts as if Peter was still inside.

The teen ran into the alley way and changed into the original spandex suit.

He made sure to stay in the shadows in case Tony saw him. He arrived at the coordinates shortly and relied that the mothership had its cloaking mechanism on. He entered a set of codes to Karen and the door opened. He quickly took his chance and jumped through it.

Inside the ships were red cave-like rooms with silver control panels in. Androids walk around everywhere and it was getting difficult to stay hidden.

When he finally found the center control room, he took out every android in a matter of 5 seconds and went to the self-destruct button. He took his mask off and put it on the shelf, overlooking the red glowing button. He set the timer to 25 seconds.

"Ned, I know you've tapped into my feed, again. I just wanted to say that I am really glad I have amazing friends like you and MJ" He turned to look at the lens on his mask. "And I'm truly grateful for everything you have done for me. I love you so much, don't forget that. And by the way my science homework is in my locker. If you don't hand it in, I'm coming back from the dead to haunt you." He said with a grin. He chuckled softly then turned to the timer. He only had 5 seconds more. "Hey, Karen, send the clip to Tony please. And guys, this is my goodbye. I love you guys 3000 and 1." He gave the camera his heart melting smile and then something happened. The explosion happened.

Everybody in the classroom has tears in their eyes after listening to the message, even if it wasn't meant for them. Then their expression turns to shock, as they watch their classmate get covered in fire and debris and smoke a-and lots more. They watch the explosion kill their Peter.

"Peter!!!!!!!!!" The two best friends stood up from their stool in shock and tried to reach for the screen as if it would take them there. They both slumped back down when they realized that they're never getting their sunshine back.

Seeing MJ this emotional would usually come as a shock, but after everything that has happened, they can tell why and it wouldn't come as a surprise to them anymore.

Tony was blasting a few androids when he saw the Iron Spider suit stop moving. He was going to go say something to his Underoos but before he could reach the suit, he got a message from the boy.

"Accept it, Fri-"

He was cut off by the deafening explosion and he knew his kid has something to do with it.

All the androids stopped working and collapse on the floor in piles.

"Peter!!!!!" Tony shouted. But if you listen carefully, you'll hear the voice of Ned and MJ's voice too.

He was about to fly to the explosion but a piece of fabric with the spider emblem stopped him. It fell directly in front of the man with the sides burning.

He picked it up and held it close to his chest, now that the armor retracted itself on Tony's command.

Moments later, the rest of the Avengers quickly ran up to Tony who was crying on his knees while cursing at whatever that was in his sight.

"Tony! Tony! What happened?!" Wanda asked as she caught a glimpse of the red and blue fabric.

Tony let his tears fall for a bit more then decided to answer her. "P-Pete. Peter happened. H-he sacrificed himself to b-blow up the m-mothership so that it would deactivate all the other a-androids."

When they heard of what their youngest family member had done, they too, started to cry.

Once they finished crying, they decided to walk home, so they had time to think of what happened. On their way, they passed Midtown and when Bruce looked in the window, he saw a bunch of kids in a classroom crying.

Tony then realizes that this is Peter's school. So, the Avengers decided to pay them a visit. When they got inside, they definitely did not expect to see Peter's VDO before he died, paying over and over.

The team immediately walked in and gave Ned and MJ a group hug with Tony and the teens in the middle, ignoring the gasps and whispers around them.

When they finished hugging it out, the team settled in and watch the VDO along with Tony's VDO. It was just as emotional as the first one. It consists of Peter telling Tony that he loved him and the Avengers 3000 and that he sees Tony as his father figure.

Today would be a day nobody would EVER forget.
