After an incident, Maebell got turned into a half bunny girl. Her parents kicked her out of the house when she was 6 years old because she was 'different' than all the other kids. She lived on the streets for a couple of years. One day, a lovely old lady passed by and she immediatly fell in love with little Maebell. The lady welcomed her into her house and she took care of her ever since.
