Y/N finally reached home after having a long chat with Jin.

Jongsoo: Mom!!

Shocked, Y/N saw the little five year old stumble down. She chuckled as she picked him up.

Y/N: Did you miss me?

Jongsoo: Yes!! Mom, did you receive anything?

Y/N: Yes, it reached me

Y/N waved the paper aeroplane which Jongsoo had sent her. She actually received it from one of the guards who had picked it up when it had landed outside.
The little boy was very happy as he saw the aeroplane but Y/N saw a hint of tiredness in his eyes. It was past bedtime. Jongsoo probably stayed awake because he really wanted to meet his mother. Y/N hugged him tightly and walked to his room.

Y/N: Where's daddy?

Jongsoo didn't respond, turns out he only needed a hug from her to fall asleep. She carefully laid him on his bed once she reached his room. Someone knocked on the door.
Jungkook stood there, he was wearing casual clothes unlike her, who was still in her work suit. She took off her shoes before she walked towards her husband.
Her feet were sore from walking in three inch high heels for the whole day. Jungkook noticed it.

Jungkook: Should I pick you up?

Y/N laughed thinking he’s joking but he actually helped himself and picked her up in bridal style.

Jungkook: That was a long sibling talk

Jungkook indicated the time Y/N spent with Jin, they actually did talk for nearly an hour.

Y/N: It was a much needed talk

Jungkook: Well, now you’re all mine

They chatted as he reached their room. Jungkook laid her down on the bed and grabbed some make-up wipes from the drawer. Y/N was wearing very light make-up but he knew she always takes it off before sleeping.

Y/N: What’s up?

Y/N spoke while cleaning her face.

Jungkook: Nothing much, I was waiting for my Queen.

Once she was done, she stared back at Jungkook.

Y/N: This is super random. Call I tell you something?

Jungkook: What?

Y/N: I love you so much

Jungkook grinned, he replied with a kiss, which got aggressive. He took off his shirt and hovered over Y/N. She broke the kiss.

Y/N: Wait! There’s something I want to tell you

Jungkook was in a good mood. Y/N wanted to bring up the whole KIA mission subject, perhaps he would understand her.

Jungkook: Save it, I’ll listen to it later. I want you now.

Like always, Y/N couldn’t resist his charm and gave into him.

Baekhyun: So, what’s the plan?

Jackson: Black Bullet is quite large in number, no doubt. We need to break them from inside.

Baekhyun: How?

Jackson turned to Mark.

Jackson: You’ll give me updates about Y/N’s activities, spend more time with her.

Mark: Okay, but I do have a condition. Y/N and her son shouldn’t get hurt in this.

Baekhyun: Whose side are you on, punk?

Mark: I want revenge on Jeon Jungkook, not Y/N.

Baekhyun: That will eventually make her miserable, smart ass.

Mark: She’ll get over him, once he’s dead. The gang will be gone, but she’ll continue her businesses

Marl looked at Jackson.

Mark: Here’s the thing, I can provide information through Y/N but I’m not a part of the gang.

Jackson: Ofcourse, I’ve another person for that

Mark: Another person?

Jackson: Yes, another person

Baekhyun: Who?

Jackson got up from his seat and walked towards another table at a distance, which was empty. He kept looking at his watch. Mark and Baekhyun observed him from afar, perhaps other spy was about to show up.
A man finally joined Jackson.

Baekhyun: Who the fvck is he?

Mark: He looks familiar

The man's face was hidden as he was wearing a round black hat, until he took it off.

Mark: He is...

Jackson: How have you been.... 𝙲𝙷𝙴𝙽?

Chen: I can't be here for long, why did you call me?

Jackson: To get an update, does anyone suspect you?

Chen: No, majority suspects D.O.

Jackson: D.O.? Poor guy. You need to prove it's him

Chen nodded, he looked uncomfortable as if he was nervous. Maybe he was scared of getting caught.

Jackson: The path you chose will give you power. You just need to be patient.

Chen nodded, he put his hat on.

Chen: Jungkook's going to China soon, I presume to meet you. He doesn't know you're in Korea

Jackson: When he's away, we will snatch his empire behind his back.

Chen: How?

Jackson: I'll explain your part over phone later

The person sitting infront of Chen was unpredictable. Chen couldn't guess what was going on inside Jackson's head, but it was dangerous.

Jisoo wasn't an early bird, but she needed to check on the door. Someone kept ringing the bell, she was annoyed.

Jisoo: What do you want?

The upper part of her house was rented out to a couple, she expected to be one of them. But to her surprise, it was someone unexpected.

Jin: Hello!

Jisoo: Y/N's brother? Why are you here?

Jin: I owe you an apology. I left suddenly last time. It was something important.

Jisoo: Oh, it's okay. But why did you come here at this time? I was sleeping, I look so ugly.

Jin: You don't. I didn't have your number, so I came to meet you

Jisoo laughed as if she'd heard a joke.

Jisoo: You could find my address, but not my phone number?

Jin looked around.

Jin: You live alone?

Jisoo: No, with my mom. But she's not here right now. She went to a vacation with her friends. Come inside?

Jin: No, I'll get going. Just wanted to ask something.

Jisoo: What?

Jin: There's a ceremony tonight. Y/N's wedding anniversary. Would you like to join?

Jisoo: I think if Y/N and you're there, I don't have to be scared of anything.

Jin: That's right.

Jisoo: Oh no!! I need to prepare a gift for Y/N.

Jin: Good luck with that

Jin left the panicked girl with a smile on his face. It had been a very long time since he had left this way.

Namjoon received a call, one he was expecting.

Namjoon: What news do you have for me, 𝙱𝚊𝚎𝚔𝚑𝚢𝚞𝚗?

Baekhyun: It's crazy. Jackson already owns the game

Namjoon: He owns the game until I ruin it for him, by using you

Baekhyun: But nothing comes free, does it?

Namjoon: You will get what you want. Now tell me who's the traitor?

Baekhyun: There are actually two traitors. One is Chen, Hoseok's right hand man. The other is Lee Mark.

Namjoon let out a laugh out of shock on hearing the name of the second traitor.

Namjoon: Ara's son? I see. That's actually makes sense.

Baekhyun: Are you going to directly pass the information to Y/N?

Namjoon: Half of it. I'll tell her who the second traitor is after she completes the mission that I have appointed to her.

Baekhyun: Let's be real, this isn't about some shitty mission. You want something more from her, right?  Perhaps you want her as a regular agent again since you've run out of them.

Namjoon: I think that shouldn't concern you, right?

Baekhyun: Fair enough, it doesn't concern me

Lisa: Huh? Why aren't you coming tonight?

Taehyung: I'm off to Daegu

Taehyung was speaking to Lisa over phone while driving.

Lisa: Is it about your parents?

Taehyung: Yes

Lisa: Are you finally going to reveal yourself to them?

Taehyung had to part with his phone from his ear as Lisa was too loud out of excitement.
Even after Taehyung found out about his parents through Jungkook, the same couple who had lost their son to a planned kidnapping, Taehyung didn't reveal himself to them. He had been out of their life for so long.

Taehyung: I'm not going to meet them, bye (hangs up).

Taehyung checked up in them from time to time. One of the main reasons why he didn't reveal himself was because his father was a retired policeman. Something told him that his parents won't be proud of him.

Rina: Was that Lisa?

Taehyung: How did you know?

Rina: That bitch is loud. Moreover, you have only two female friends. It's either Y/N or Lisa.

Taehyung: I don't make a lot of friends.

Rina: I can tell, the two of them are close to you right?

Taehyung: Things with Lisa are complicate, she did hide her identity from us for decades. I don't blame her. She was doing her part for the gang.

Rina: I'm guessing Y/N has been the realest to you.

Taehyung:  It goes both ways, we always have each other's backs.

Rina: Hmm, sounds like best friend shit to me

After a minute of silence, Rina lightly hit Taehyung on his arm and grinned.

Rina: I know all guys fantasize about banging their female besties

Taehyung: I have done it

Rina: What?!

Rina couldn't control her laughter and ended up coughing her lungs out.

Taehyung: It was long time ago

Rina: I wonder how Jungkook would process this information.

Taehyung: I dare you to tell him and you'll end up in a grave

Rina: Chill man! I like you now, can I also be your friend?

Confused, Taehyung glanced at Rina.

Taehyung: Sure, I guess

To him, it wasn't a big deal but to Rina, it was a big chance. She knew a lot of people but never made 'friends' with any of them.

Taehyung: Why are you going to Daegu?

Rina: Someone called me

Taehyung: Since we are friends now, mind explaining?

Rina was a distant person but she had friends in Daegu. Taehyung was curious.

Rina: Daddy never cared and mommy died, so I lived with my step-father. When I was 12, he had an idea of selling me to some rich old dude. And it happened, I was trapped in a room with a stranger.

Taehyung: Wait...so...

Rina: Yes, forced prostitution.

Taehyung: Should I feel sorry for you?? Did he actually rape you?

Taehyung's tone portrayed pity along with anger. On the other hand, Rina started to laugh again. He couldn't understand why she would find such a conversation funny.

Rina: I didn't sleep with him. I chopped his private.

Taehyung: WHAT!!

Rina: Yes. For real. But I ended up being shot.

Taehyung remembered the bullet mark on her shoulder which Rina had shown to prove that she was Irene.

Rina: I was left to die until someone saved me. He was also an old man. He sent those old freaks behind bars. He is older, I call him Ahjussi, but he's still very handsome. He lives in Daegu, I'm going to visit him.

Taehyung: I can tell he is a great man

Rina: He is.

Suga entered the function hall, his arm linked with Irene's. She was wearing a gown and he was wearing a suit.

Irene: Jongsoo-ah!!!!

She called out to the little kid who came running towards her. She bent down and gave him a warm hug.

Irene: How are you?

Jongsoo: I'm fine. I missed you.

Irene: Me too! Unfortunately, my boyfriend won't let me leave the house.

Jongsoo looked at Suga who was smiling like a little angel. And Suga smiling was a rare sight.

Jongsoo: That's why I told you to leave him and marry me.

Nevermind, he was little devil. Suga's smile vanished.

Irene: Atleast someone wants to marry me.

Irene said while looking at Suga. Marriage didn't hold much importance to Suga, so he never proposed. He was happy with just living with Irene, but she thought different.

Suga: Come in, I never banned you from leaving the house.
He changed the topic.

Suga: I just advised you not to go out unless necessary, it's not good for the child.

Jongsoo looked clueless.

Irene: Your mom didn't tell you? We're going to have a baby!

She was happy again.
Irene: And it's a girl!

Jongsoo: What's her name?

Suga: Yoona

Irene: No, Irina

Suga: Irene, we already had conversation regarding this. My late mother wanted his granddaughter to be named as Yoona.

Irene: I want our first daughter to be named as Irina. We can always have more girls. I'm planning to have ten children.

Suga: Who knows? Plus I'm not naming my daughter after someone who's always high

Irene: I'm the one who's carrying the child, I'm the one who will go through the painful labour.

Suga: You wouldn't have a baby if it wasn't for my hardwork

Jongsoo: Hardwork?!

Irene: Suga!!(whispers)

Suga: Why do you even want to name her after Rina?

Irene looked down sadly.

Irene: So she finally pays some attention to me. And have I asked for anything else other than this?

Suga: Babe, don't cry.

Suga held her hand and kissed it.

Suga: Okay fine, name her whatever you want.

Irene wiped the tear and smiled. Suga could never stand her tears. They always worked.

Y/N watched from afar, she was holding Jungkook's hand.

Y/N: I've decided something.

Jungkook sipped his champagne, he was listening to her.

Y/N: Let's legalize all our work before Jongsoo grows up. I cannot allow him to live the life we lived. It's dangerous as well as crazy.

Jungkook: I know

Y/N: I can't picture him touching a gun

Jungkook: I agree with the first part but not with the gun part. He's a part of my family, he needs to learn how to protect himself. Although, hopefully, the need won't arise.

Y/N: For sure we'll end our enemies before he grows up

They grinned at each other and clicked their glasses before sipping on their drinks. Y/N noticed someone standing in the other end of the room. She walked towards that person.

Y/N: You came....

Mark: How could I not?

Mark hugged Y/N. He caught a sight of Jungkook as he hugged her. Jungkook was also looking at him.

Mark: Congratulations on one year!

Y/N was quite surprised as Mark would never be somewhere where Jungkook was. She understood his hatred.

Y/N: What's going on?

Mark: Nothing much, what about you?

Y/N: Same old

Mark: Can I ask you something? That day I know mom told you to get off at the bus stop. I'm concerned.

Y/N: I'm concerned how did you find out?

Mark: I'm worried about lately, so I tracked her messages. Now, I'm worried about you also. This is about KIA, right?

Y/N: Don't worry

Mark: All the mess started from KIA, how can I not be worried? I'm sorry, you and mom are the ones all I left

Y/N: KIA had some businesses with me that's all

Mark: If you need help, I'm here
He lied...

Y/N: I won't need any. It's just a small mission.

Mark: Mission? What do you mean?

Mark had found information worth Jackson's attention.

Y/N: I'm going to Daegu this week. Once I'm done with the mission

Mark: Noona, why would take a mission?

Y/N: Because I'll get something in return

Mark: Like?

Y/N: Something

Mark: Does Jungkook know about this?

Y/N shook her head. Mark snickered.

Y/N: What?

Mark: I feel like you trust me more, it feels good.

Y/N: I don't want to sound mean, but there's no man on the earth whom I trust more than Jungkook. Just because I didn't tell him now that doesn't mean I never will.

Kai: Y/N

Y/N: Kai? Didn't you come with Jennie?

Kai: She left

Kai spoke solemnly, something bothered him. It looked like he wanted to speak only with Y/N.

Y/N: Excuse us.

Mark nodded and left. On his way out, he bumped into Jin. Jin was with a lady.

Jin: It's you....what are you doing here?

Mark: My sister invited me, so I'm here

Jin was irked on the word 'sister'.

Jisoo: Hello Mark!

Mark: Hi!! Are you two already dating?

Jisoo: Not really

Mark: Cool

Mark ran his fingers through his hair and grinned slightly.

Jin: First you stole my 'brother' title and now...

Mark: I didn't steal anything, it was mine from the beginning

He winked at Jisoo. She held Jin back who was ready to fight with him outside the building.

Jisoo: Let's go inside

She nervously laughed while waving Mark goodbye.
While walking towards the parking lot, Mark spotted two men chatting beside the front door while smoking cigarettes, maybe smoking inside wasn't allowed. Mark was almost impressed by Chen's acting skills. Chen and Hoseok looked like best buddies.

Chen: Isn't that Lee Mark?

Hoseok watched Mark leave.

Chen: I wonder how did he muster up the courage to face Jungkook. If I'm not wrong, Jungkook made him watch his father's death, right? That was some fvcked up shit.

Hoseok restrained himself from commenting. He knew what Jungkook did was not at all right.

Hoseok: How's the interrogation going?

Chen: D.O. refuses to talk about his past. He says it's not related to the current issue.

Hoseok: What if it's someone else? We can't be sure

Lisa: It's simple

Lisa casually joined them out of nowhere.

Lisa: Don't trust anyone. The traitor can be anyone, I personally don't think it's D.O.

Chen: What do you mean by it's not D.O.?

Lisa: Nervous? Perhaps it's Chen...

Lisa joked; Hoseok exhaled, frustrated.

Hoseok: I feel like I'm living in a Scooby Doo episode.

Lisa wasn't offended by his remark. Hoseok on the other hand was glaring at Chen.

Hoseok: Don't ever, I mean ever, speak against Lisa.

Lisa was touched. Hoseok respected her hardwork, all the time she spent in KIA, working for Bulletproof.
Lisa basically gave most of her life to duty.

Hoseok: Lisa is loyalty, and loyalty is Lisa

Lisa: I love you Hoseok

Hoseok: More dear. What's up?

Lisa: Waiting for Jimin

Hoseok: Don't cheat on me

Behind Chen's soft laugh was hidden jealousy. It wasn't towards Lisa, it was towards the whole system around him. For as long as he remembered, he had been serving Hoseok for a long time. But he was never Hoseok's priority. It was always Jimin, Jin, Suga or someone else. Chen felt like he was invisible most of the time. He Always felt left out, stepped on, used. It was these little things he noticed. The spark of envy boiled into hatred. He wanted to stand above everyone.

The unbreakable couple who were in love ten minutes, stood against each other like enemies.

Y/N: Is it true??

Jungkook remained quiet. He waited for Y/N to vocalise her issue.

Y/N: Is D.O. in a detention center?

Jungkook: Oh so you have found out!

Y/N: You didn't even ask me...

Jungkook: What I remember, you didn't want to deal with anything that was related to the gang.

Y/N: Then why did you call me to the meeting? I was totally unrelated to it!!

Jungkook: To make you aware of the threat. But you clearly didn't understand.

Y/N stepped forward, she was barely an inch away from Jungkook. She looked at him, dead in the eyes, fearlessly and confidently. Not many could do that.

Y/N: I built the half of shit you own. Do not step over me or the men who have remained loyal to me.

Jungkook got closer, she didn't step back.

Jungkook: I won't comprehend anyone or any relationship that threatens the safety of my son and my family. Okay?

Y/N took out something from her purse and put it inside Jungkook's pocket in his suit. It was a usb drive.

Y/N: Chen met Jackson last night. You can check the CCTV footage I gave you. It was taken in a local pub in Incheon. Hoseok shares everything with him, he is leaking all information.

Jungkook: How did you find it out?

Y/N: It shouldn't concern you whatever I do personally, right?

She said sarcastically. Jungkook knew his wife was pissed off.

Y/N: But when you were busy wasting your time in arresting innocent people, I got the actual shit done.

Jungkook: I'll ask you again, how did you find out?

Y/N: Let's say, perks of being an ex-agent. I have my own ways.

Y/N walked past him with a bitch face. She decided to stay that way for the rest of the day. One thing Jungkook could guess that Y/N had contacts with some people, she was playing with fire and flames are always hot. This could eventually harm her.

Taehyung didn't feel the time pass because the two talked throughout the ride.

Taehyung: He lives here? In this area?

Rina: Yeah, they recently changed their house. Stop right there!!

Rina pointed at a nearby house. Taehyung parked the car at a place and waited for her to step out.

Rina: Come out, you should meet Ahjussi.

Taehyung stepped out as well. They waites for someone to open the door.

???: Rina!!!

A middle-aged woman with a smiling face opened the door. She waited for Rina to hug her.

Rina: Ahjumma, you look healthy!

Ahjumma: Are you calling me fat?

An man also stepped out. He looked in his late 40s.

??: My little girl, where have you been for so long? And who's this young man?

Taehyung: I'm Kim Taehyung

He greeted them formally.

Ahjussi: Are you her boyfriend?

Rina: Ew no.. Ahjussi, he's a..... friend

Taehyung: Nice to meet you two. I've heard a lot about you from Rina.

Ahjussi: Come inside!

Taehyung: Actually, I should get going...

Rina: He needs to meet his parents

Ahjumma: Oh ok then, I'll let you off the hook. Next time, you need to have dinner with us.

Taehyung: For sure

Taehyung bid them farewell and got inside his car.
On this day he realised, how small the world actually is.

Because the very people who treated Rina like a daughter........
