Training for the UA entrance exam was hard. Not hard as in it was difficult, more so exhausting. The Bakugo twins really like to push themselves to the limit. Of course, they're not really all that knowing in how to improve. But once they enter UA, they know they'll learn how to get better. Though... they won't want to admit they would ever need the help.

The twins arrive at UA, immediately spotting Midoriya Izuku ahead of them.

"Stupid Deku," Katsuki growls.

"Kacchan! Kaichan!" he squeaks.

"Get out of my way before I set you on fire," Katsuki says.

"Oh, hey, good morning!" Izuku squeaks, moving his arms around weirdly. "Let's just do our best out there, okay? Good luck!"

The twins shuffle right by him without sparring him a glance.

"So he really decided to come, huh?" Kaida speaks up, secretly looking back to see some brunette interact with him. "I'm sure he'll pass the written part, but the actual hero part sounds pretty far fetched to me."

"Stop talking about that damn nerd!" Katsuki barks.

"Don't fucking yell at me, jackass!" She punches him in the head. "I'll blow your ass up!"

He holds his head as he harshly glares at her. The two enter and sit in the seats they were assigned. Katsuki ends up sitting between his sister and Deku.

Standing at the podium is the pro hero Present Mic. Once everyone is seated, he begins.

"What's up UA candidates? Thanks for tuning into me, your school DJ! Come on and let me hear ya!"

No one replies.

"Dumbass..." Katsuki grumbles.

"Keeping it mellow, huh?" he coughs awkwardly. "That's fine, I'll skip to the main show. Let's talk about how this practical exam is gonna go down, okay? Are you ready?!"

It's once again silent throughout the area, except... Deku who's fanboying and mumbling all about Present Mic.

"Will you shut up," Katsuki grumbles annoyed.

Mic begins to explain how everything will work after they take the written exam. Everyone will be separated into battle areas A through G to take the physical part. The three pick up their cards in front of them. Katsuki looks from his card to his sister's to Deku's.

"I see. They're splitting us up so we can't work with any of our friends," Katsuki says.

Deku gets B, Katsuki gets A, and Kaida gets C.

Kaida smirks. "Hope you still pass without me by your side, ani."

He nudges her with an annoyed grin. "I can say the same to you." He glares at Deku who squeaks away from him. "Get your eyes off my card." He turns to glare at his own card. "Damn, I was really looking forward to crushing you."

Mic goes on to explain about the three robots you have to deal with and also that you can't harm other examinees.

Some nerd stands up. "Excuse me sir! I have a question!"

Mic points at him. "Hit me!"

A spotlight falls on the bluenette nerd. He points to a piece of paper with four robots. "On the printout, you listed four types of villains not three. With all respect, if this is an error on all UA materials, it is shameful. We are exemplary students, we expect the best from Japan's most notable school. A mistake such as this won't do." He stops then harshly turns and points at Deku. "Additionally, you with the unkempt hair!"

Deku points at himself. "Muh?"

"You've been muttering this entire time," he says. "Stop that. If you can't bother to take this seriously, leave. You're distracting the rest of us."

Everyone around begins to giggle.

"Sorry..." he mutters quietly.

"Alright, alright, examinee number 7111. Thanks for calling out your request," Mic says, calming everyone down. He then proceeds to talk about the final robot that doesn't cost any points. He says to avoid it as it doesn't cost any points. "You ready to go beyond? Let's hear a 'plus ultra'!"

Once again no one responds.

After that, all the packets for the written portion are given, and they begin the first part of their exam.

"You better pass," Katsuki growls at his sister. "I can't be alone, surrounded by a bunch of extras."

"We both trained too hard for this to not get in," Kaida responds. "The only reason I can think of that they won't let us in is because they don't want two of the same quirk."

"Don't say something so fucking stupid," he grunts. "We're a fucking package deal. It's either both of us or neither of us."

"Bus for battle area A is ready to depart!" some advisor shouts out. "Last call for examinees for battle area A!"

Kaida gives her brother a quick hug. "Good luck."

He kisses the top of her head. "You too." He gets on the bus and it leaves shortly after.

Deku sees their interaction from next to his bus, happy they at least get along with each other.

Kaida looks up to the sky for a moment and lets out a long breath. "This is it. I'll show all the teachers here that I'm gonna be one of the best." She nods determined and heads off to her bus.

The drive to battle area C was quick. The gate for the area is already open. Everyone gathers just at the opening and chats or gets themselves ready for battle.

Kaida keeps to herself, stretching her upper body and arms. She's suddenly bumped into, pushing her a pinch forward. She turns to the person with a harsh glare.

"Sorry!" the boy squeaks out.

Kaida glares down the taller black haired boy. "How about you watch where you're fucking going, wimp."

"...Wimp?"

Kaida looks the boy up and down then scoffs. "Looks like the competition really are just a bunch of cannon fodder." She struts passed the red eyed boy and enters the battle area. "I'm tired of waiting. I'm going in."

The others shout at her that she should wait until they're told to go in.

"She's probably gonna get disqualified," someone mumbles.

Kaida ignores them as she opens and closes her fists as she walks. She releases explosions from both palms and launches herself up onto a roof, getting a better view of where all the robots were moving around. She grins spotting a bunch of three pointers gathered together and heads in that direction.

"Looks like someone has the right idea! What are you all waiting for? Real battles don't wait for you to give the go ahead! GO go go!" Present Mic's voice rings off.

Kaida destroys the 10 three-pointers that were gathered together. She grins. "Already in the lead." She continues to move around destroying more of every point she can find. She gets up to 70 points in no time. She manages to see some stupid extra about to get smushed because he's too scared to move. She rolls her eyes, moves down and grabs him, and blasts the two up onto a rooftop.

"Uh, t-thanks..."

"Dumbass, if you're too scared to fight a stupid robot, you definitely aren't cut out to be a hero," Kaida scoffs before blasting off and getting another one pointer, leaving the boy behind.

"Two minutes left examinees!" Mic's voice covers the area.

A large explosion is heard coming from under the ground and everyone turns towards the sound. A giant robot towers over the buildings. The zero pointer.

Kaida grins, winding her arms back to stretch them and getting them ready for a big all out explosion. "I don't care if it is a zero pointer. Proving that I can take down this goliath in one shot should guarantee my letter of acceptance." She hops along the buildings to get closer. She blasts a small explosion near it to get its attention as all the other teens run away from it. "Hey, ugly! Look over here!"

The robot turns in her direction. "Target acquired, preparing attack."

Kaida smirks. "Good." She avoids the swing of its arms then maneuvers to land on its arm to run up it. She blasts herself out of the way of another swing, getting the robot to move away from all the extras so they wouldn't get hurt in her blasting range.

"She's really taking on the zero pointer!" someone shouts.

"Doesn't she know it's a waste of time?!"

Kaida blasts herself to be far above the robot's head. "It's time." She coats both of her arms completely in her sweat. "All out!" She releases an explosion that completely covers the giant robot, surrounding the whole area of battle area C in white light. "Die you bastard!" The resounding boom of the explosion reaches even the other nearby battle areas.

Elsewhere~~~Katsuki grins as he takes out another robot, knowing that sound could only of been his sister. "Show them what we're made of, imouto."

The melted robot crumbles to the ground, completely obliterated.

"She... really did it..." someone gasps.

Kaida grunts out in pain, drawling her hands to her chest as she begins to plummet to the ground. "You can... do it... just... one more..." She talks herself up as she moves her hands down beside her for a perfectly timed blast to land gracefully... enough.

Before she can send off an explosion, she's snagged out of the sky by someone, and he lands them on the ground.

"And that's it. Time's uuuupppp!" Mic shouts.

A siren begins to go off, announcing the end of the test.

Kaida looks up to find the black haired boy from before.

He notices her looking at him then quickly and nervously sets her down. "Uh, I–"

"Don't expect me to thank you," Kaida cuts him off, pulling her arms to her chest. "I had it handled."

"I'm, uh, sure you did."

"I did." She begins to roll her hands and twists her wrists around to stretch her arms out to relieve some of the pain.

"That must've hurt. I'm sure, if anyone is injured, they'll have someone coming around soon."

"I'm fine," Kaida grunts, glaring at the boy. "Why are you still here bothering me? Go away."

"Oh, uh, yeah... alright. Guess... I'll see you again... if we both make it." He awkwardly rubs the back of his neck.

Kaida rolls her eyes and decides to leave. She meets up with her brother after they all get back into their normal clothes.

Katsuki looks to his sister with the slightest bit of worry, an expression only those incredibly close to him could recognize on him. "I heard that you overdid it all the way from my area. You alright?"

"Yeah, just really sore," Kaida responds. "I should be better in a few days."

"How many points you get?"

"73."

"Ha! I got 77. I beat you."

She gives him a grin. "Guess we'll just have to see the results."

"Hmph, guess so."

"So, heard mom's cooking something to celebrate tonight. Hope it's extra spicy!" She cheers.

"I'll give your arms a massage when we get on the train."

She slides her arm under his and leans her head on his shoulder. "You're the best."

He scoffs. "Obviously."

A week passes before the twins get a letter in the mail addressed to both of them.

They head off into Katsuki's room and open the letter. A small ring shaped item is inside with a letter. Kaida takes out the ring disc thing and Katuski takes out the letter. She curiously looks at the object in confusion.

"The letter says to put it on a flat surface with the black side up then press the button on the side," Katsuki says.

Kaida moves over to her brother's desk and places the disc on the table before pressing the button.

A hologram screen appears with All Might on it. "I am here as a projection now!" All Might exclaims.

"All Might?" Kaida says confused.

"I didn't come to this city just to fight villains, you're looking at the newest UA faculty member!"

"Seriously?!" the twins shout.

"We decided that because the two of you are twins to give you your results in one letter!" All Might clears his throat. "Anyway! The two of you passed the written test with a perfect score! As well as your fellow classmate Midoriya!"

"Of course Deku would pass it, he's a big nerd," Kaida sighs.

"Now for the physical part, it wasn't graded on just points for destroying robots alone! It was also graded with rescue points! Katsuki, you got 77 villain points, but you got 0 rescue points. You focused more on destroying than protecting. That's not always a bad thing though, so good job! You scored second overall!"

"Why should I focus on protecting during an exam like that?! Those extras shouldn't be there if they couldn't handle it!"

"Kaida! You got 73 villain points! You managed to get 10 rescue points for saving someone! You also have an extra 30 for destroying the zero pointer with no damage to your surroundings! That's very impressive and definitely something a hero should do! That will give you a total score of 113! That places you first overall! Congratulations!"

Kaida turns and grins at her brother. "I win!"

He crosses his arms with a pout. "Whatever."

"You both passed," All Might continues. "Welcome, Kaida and Katsuki. You've made it. You're now both part of hero academia. Go beyond... plus ultra!"

The hologram screen disappears.

The twins sit a few minutes in silence before shouting happily. "WE MADE IT!!!"

The next day when school came and went. The twins along with Deku were asked to head to the office to see the principal.

"I can't believe we have not one not two but three students from our school heading off to UA!" he says impressed. "And to think you're one of them Midoriya. It's a miracle."

The twins turn to glare at Deku.

After they're dismissed, Katsuki pulls Deku into a shaded alley right outside of the school and throws him against the wall.

He grabs Deku by his collar. "What did you do to pass the exam?!" he growls.

"Yeah, seriously," Kaida responds, leaning on the wall next to Deku. "What dirty tricks did you use to do it?"

"You must've cheated somehow, right?!" He begins to shake Deku back and forth. "Kaida and I are supposed to be the only ones from this crappy school to get into UA! But you had to go and screw that all up! I warned you not to apply!"

Deku moves to grab Katsuki's wrist. "Kacchan... someone I look up to told me... that I can become a hero. That's why I applied. That's... why I'm going." He looks up with a tearful glare. "Like it or not you can't stop me!"

Katsuki freezes as Deku wiggles his way out of his grasp and runs off.

Kaida whistles impressed as she watches him go. "Little shit grew some balls."

Katsuki scoffs. "That's only because he thinks he's better than us because he got into UA too! Bastard! I'm gonna ruin that little fucker!"
