Everything Will Be Better

Hesitating one moment is worth it
Waiting to see the flowers bloom
Better than wasting your life running about
Among all the beautiful flowers
You were the prettiest

But lately something's been weird
Your petals are dropping one by one
Oceans of water could not possibly replace it
The ruby glitter of your petals in the pearly sun
All the beauty of your happiness has died
Prematurely given up its life and fallen

When I see you like this, my heart breaks
A beautiful flower such as you injured
It's as if an angel in heaven has died
And it makes me feel oh-so-sad
So I speak to you to heal your wounds

Everything will be better
Some day, your petals will return
You look so beautiful right now weak
But please become stronger again

A flower as beautiful as you
One as hardy as an edelweiss
Can bloom amongst blizzards
And not lose its footing
But it still hurts you, my beautiful flower
The blizzards burn and torture you
You stay alive, but it's a painful existence

The other flowers in your species like you
Turn their lovely heads away from yours
And you wilt a little inside and out
Those other flowers reject you without a look
They will be left alone in the painful snow
And they will collapse alone and unloved

But you, my beautiful flower, will survive
Flowers that wilt will bloom again
Winter turns to spring in the end
Crying turns to laughter
Everything will be better
