• -> finding a summer job can be tough, especially for teenagers who have no previous experience working. but when their favorite mall is hiring, 6 newbies have to navigate their way through long days and even longer drawn out romances.

— IN WHICH six teens are hired to work at the nearby Glenn Lee Mall for their summer jobs. they are spread out and constantly bored, but it's all worth it for the breaks they spend in the mall's vinyl record shop, making connections and new friends that they would have never made at school. love triangle, fights, and crying in the back of the store are common place. while all their friends are out spending the summer in the sun, they are sitting in ugly uniforms in an uncomfortably warm stores. but it's okay, cause they have each other.

in a constant state of relaxation and chill, gabe is one of those teen managers that just enrage older people. he can be seen with a walkman on his hip and one headphone on when working his shift, mouthing along and slightly dancing down the aisles as he sorts through records. he one of the only people aloud to choose the music played in the store, most of the other peoples either not trusted to handle the vinyl records or they have shit music taste, not gabby though. the old people who own the shop love him and see him as their grandson.
