~Sixteen~
I know that was rude, but they had deserved it. I really hate it when people think about immorality as a gift. Immortality is anything but. Immortality is worse than the fires of Hell. I have run out of options on how to end my curse. I fear it will never end, and I will not die. I will waste on this earth for the end of time. Will I exist long before the entire planet is gone? How will I suffer in all of space?
"Wait up!" I hear.
"Vax, what are you doing here?" I ask.
"I wanted to apologize for the others." Vax says.
"You've said enough." I turn my head.
"I can't imagine how hard it must be for you." Vax says.
"Damn right. You have no idea how tiresome this curse is." I sigh.
"Right..." Vax says.
Hmh, you're alright little elf boy. I suppose I was a little too rude. I turn my head. A twig snaps. I can hear a heart beating. I can hear blood coiling. It sounds... hungry. I can hear the blood growling as if it was a stomach.
"Listen if-" I put my hand over Vax's mouth.
"Shh." I say.
"What?" Vax whispers.
"We're being watched. I suggest draw your daggers if you want to live." I say.
He nods and draws them. I take out my sword. I look up and my eyes widen. I push Vax out of the way as an undead... creature, thing slam into me. I look up at it. I've seen a lot, but I haven't seen this thing before. It looked like a cross between a dog and a cat, with the tails of a scorpion.
"What the fuck is that?" Vax asks.
"I wish I could tell you." I throw it back.
