I can already start hearing voices.
"Why did you guys not tell him?" I hear a familiar Goblin's song.
Mabe. Mabe's here. She doesn't strike me as someone who would go to the iron realm.
"We couldn't. We should've, though, god we should've." Wait, that's ice-boy.
Ice-boy? What the heck is ice-boy doing here? And why do I feel like they're talking about me? Is it just me that I am the center of attention? Maybe I think to highly of myself, which I do. What is going on? Who are the rest of the people in there?
"There is nothing to be done now." I hear a cat growl.
"Oh, and Grimalkin's in there to. Who else is in there?" I ask another fey.
"You... you don't know?" The fey asks me.
"Should I?" I ask.
"Maybe... we should let the Queen explain herself to you." He says.
"Ah yes. The famous human I'm told. Tell me, how did a human gain the throne here?" I ask.
They look at me in surprise.
"What? It's a reasonable question." I say.
Brother, enough, go in and put the show on. Our patience is withering. Ah right Hades. Always one with the patience. I let out a breath. The doors open wide. I hear a horn blow to announce me. Wow... friendly crowd. Ice-boy, Mabe, and the cat were all looking at me. I turn and see the queen. She's smaller than I thought. She stands up with her long hair. Her eyes swell with tears.
"Puck! You're alive!" She yells.
"Puck? Excuse you, it's Robin Goodfellow." I say.
"Wait... Robin?" Queen Meghan asks.
"At your service iron queen." I bow my head.
"Robin, it's me. Meghan." She says.
"Yes, the so-and-so human." I say rising.
"Why are you being like this?" She asks.
"Enlighten me on what 'like this' means. Do you not know the charm of Goodfellow?" I ask.
"Puck, are you sipping some potion?" Ice-boy asks.
"Been a while ice-boy. Haven't seen you since the ice cave. Are you still planning on killing me?" I ask.
"Puck, what are you talking about?" Ice-boy asks.
"I can ask you the same, why do you keep calling me Puck?" I raise an eyebrow.
"What... what's happened to you?" An unknown voice says.
I turn. My eyes narrow.
"My, what a creature. I have seen a lot, but I've never seen you before. Are you a forgotten?" I ask.
"It's me! Nyx!" Nyx yells.
She was an odd sort. Silver hair. Beautiful posture. I had never seen anything like her before. I knew she was a forgotten, but that's all. Did she know my buddy, Kerrian? Actually, I don't know if I can use the word buddy. This room was giving strange and bad vibes. Usually, it means I've scored something.
