Centuries ago...
"Really?" My eyes gleam
I jump onto her claw.
"You're letting me go out? I mean... I've already gotten out a couple of times despite you." I admit.
Her eyes narrow. I don't know why I just said that to be completely honest. I never thought she'd let me free. I've been causing trouble in the mortal and fey realms since I could walk. I usually waited for her to sleep, and when she sleeps it sounds like a volcano eruption. She lift her claw up. I jump off of it.
"Goodfellow, chaos does its best work when it is set free." She growls.
"You mean playful mischief?" I ask.
"Call it what you will." She smiles.
"Great!" I snap my hands together.
I've got a thousand pranks I want to pull. Like her, I have a desire for destruction and mischief. I bite my lip. I take out my pipe I made to draw humans and sing the song of chaos. This should be exciting! My first time being free from her. I'm not saying she's a lesser parent than maybe some other monster. She cut me from the cord. Sometimes I can still feel the blood, but it's the only parent I ever knew.
"Be careful." She growls.
"When am I ever not?" I raise an eyebrow.
A wolf head growls at me.
"I think you'd better answer that yourself, child." She growls.
"Okay, okay, I get it." I sigh nodding.
She slashes the cave with her claws, and I see the walls rip open like a curtain. A smile of glee forms on my face. I let out a breath. I can see the sun. It's a little or big fire ball. My skins been itching for this. Finally, my own way. I'm finally leaving home! I've been cooped up in here for eighteen years. I walk to the small opening. I can barely contain myself.
"Don't worry mom, I'll come visit." I say.
"Bring me the victims of your pranks." She growls.
I turn to her. A sweat drop drips from my face.
"Why?" I ask.
"Chaos shows no mercy. Always remember that Goodfellow." She growls.
"... Okay, well farewell for now mother." I shoot forward.
