"Okay, thanks Taehyung." The elder smiled softly at the brunette who happily munched on his sandwich. Taehyung picked up the book that he brought along with him and handed it to Yoongi, pointing at the book, then his mouth. "You want me to read to you?"

The brunette gave a shy nod before silently taking another bite out of his sandwich.

"Once upon a time..."

It had been Taehyung and Yoongi's third picnic. They decided that they would meet every other day of the week even though the elder tried to refuse, Taehyung insisted that they meet at least until Yoongi finished reading him the book.

"Uh oh Taehyungie, looks like we only have a few chapters left!" Yoongi teased while waving the book around. This has actually been the most he's read in like his entire life... okay, maybe that was an exaggeration but you get the point.

The brunette vigorously shook his head while his mouth was stuffed with rice, giving him puffy cheeks. He didn't want to stop having picnics with Yoongi under the bridge while the elder read to him.

"Are you liking the book? Personally, I think Isabella should drop Carter, their relationship is too perfect."

The younger gasped audibly with wide eyes while putting a hand to his heart in offense. He grabbed his pencil and scribbled down a sentence in the blank notebook.

'carterbella will remain best ship of the decade!'

"You can obviously tell that they're going to break up, Carter and Cindy have been eyeing each other since like- the third chapter." He watched in amusement as Taehyung threw a silent fit over the elder's comment.

'they're not even romantically attracted to each other! they're like best friends!'

"Nope, I'm going to bet they're going to end up together and Isabella and Connor end up making out sometime in chapter twenty"

The childish brunette made a disgusted face before stuffing a piece of bread in Yoongi's mouth causing the other to chew instead of giving an amused smirk.

"Kim Taehyung!"

The two started boys looked up to see a small boy who seemed to be in middle school.

"There you are, I've been looking for you for hours- hey, what's he doing here?!" The short, blond male stood between the two, glaring at Yoongi.

"Um, hello?" The elder raised an eyebrow at the lanky kid.

"You've been the one hurting my brother, and giving him a hard time. He was sad a lot because of you." The blondie was glaring down at the high schooler with his arms crossed. His knee was bruised up and covered with a bandaid, as well as his elbow and cheek. He wore shorts and a white shirt that wasn't exactly white anymore. His shoe laces were dirtied and one of them was untied.

"Uh, Taehyung? Who's this kid?"

'brother.'

"Oh?"
