𝓕𝓪𝓶𝓲𝓵𝔂

It's been about three months since Stefan left with Klaus. My stomach is big. It looks like I'm about to give birth which I am. If I'm being honest I am not sure how a supernatural pregnancy works.

I'm not going to lie; I am scared. This baby will be a tribrid the first of its kind. Damon hasn't left my side. It took me a while to get over him feeding me his blood. He's been helping me through everything from the pregnancy to trying to find Stefan. I haven't given up on him. I don't know much about the pregnancy except that they're twins. I think they're going to be a boy and a girl. But Elena, Jenna, and the girls believe they are going to be girls. Damon, Jeremy, Matt, Alaric, and Tyler think they're going to be boys. I guess we'll see.

Caroline threw a birthday party for Elena and me. I attended the party, I knew Caroline would never let me hear the end of it if I didn't. I left after I found out Damon has been keeping a secret from me. Stefan has become the ripper, he had been leaving a trail of dead bodies. Damon tried to tell me it could be Klaus but I knew it was him.

It was about midnight when I heard a knock at my door. I walk downstairs as fast as I could. I opened the door. On the other side saw Stefan standing there. He didn't know I was pregnant since we hadn't talked. "Belle?" he called out. "Hi Stef," I said in a whisper. I wanted to tell him, but then he asked a question. "Who else is in the house?" he asked in a serious voice. "No one else is here, Stefan," I answered. "I hear three heartbeats one is yours, and the other two are..." he said before I cut him off. "The other two are from your children, twins to be exact," I reply in a serious tone. He looked shocked for a moment before falling to his knees. I try to go down, but it was hard. "Stef is okay. Come here," I say, opening my arms for him. He basically ran into them crying I knew the Stefan I love was still there. Part of him wanted to let go the other part didn't. But that now was gone I knew he would want to protect his children. "I love you, Stefan. Hold on to that. I'll fight for you no matter what, okay?" I say to him. The babies started kicking. "Oh!" I exclaimed while laughing. "Are you okay? Are the babies okay?" he asked, worriedly. "We're fine Stef they're just kicking," I reply while grabbing his hand and placing it on my stomach.

It felt normal to be these close and sharing this moment even if it was only for a few minutes. "I know you have to go back to Klaus, but just so you know I still love you Stef. Just hold on for a little bit longer. I'll see you soon Stefan," I said say to him before he kissed me goodbye.

I closed my eyes and when I opened them he was gone just as if he had never been there. Tears kept streaming down like a waterfall. Damon showed up a few minutes later, helping me go back to my room. "He was here Damon. He came to see me, and he knows that I'm pregnant. Stefan is still in there Damon. And I'm going to get him back," I say. "He killed Andie," Damon said in a whiper. "What?" I ask in disbelief. "He killed her. I think he didn't know that you were pregnant; he came here after killing her," Damon added. I grab his hand and pull him in for a hug. "I'm sorry Damon," was all I said.

A little after, I felt pain in my abdomen. "Damon! The babies are coming!" I yelled. "Okay, okay. I have everything lets go," he says as he helped me into the car. We made it to the hospital. After hours of excruciating pain, my two son's were born. Grayson Salvatore-Gilbert and Alexander Salvatore-Gilbert. My two boys were healthy and safe. "How are you feeling?" Damon asks. "I feel okay, tired, but okay. I did Dames it, I did it," I say in tears. "I know. You did good," he says. The nurse came in with my two babies. "They're here to meet their mother and father. You guys made beautiful babies," the nurse say. Damon was about to correct her but I spoke first, "Thank you, they got our good genes," I reply. Damon has been there through everything and never left my side. She left the babies with us. I was holding Grayson while Damon was holding Alexander.

A few minutes after everyone came in with balloons and flowers, they were really excited over the new members of the family. "They're so beautiful," Jenna coos at them. "They are," was all I said. Jenna and Elena were the first one to hold the babies then, Jeremy and Alaric, Bonnie and Caroline, Matt and Tyler at the end. "So what did you name them?" my sister asked. "Everyone welcome Grayson and Alexander Salvatore-Gilbert," I reply. Elena and Jeremy were in tears, and so was Damon.

I knew Damon was surprised after everything he had done; he thought he didn't deserve love. I grabbed his hand and said, "Damon Salvatore. You are my best friend and the best friend who stood by me all these months through the pregnancy the craves at 2 am. When I felt like crying, and I wanted to give up. You told me to fight because Gilberts don't give up and for that, I will always be eternally grateful for. I love you, Damon. And never think you don't deserve happiness because you," I say and he cried harder and gave me a tight hug.

And at last, came in the person I didn't expect Katherine Pierce. No one said anything because they knew me, and Katherine made peace with each other and became friends. "Congratulations, on the twins I'm happy for you. You deserve this, Belle," she says with a smile. "Thank you, Kat. Would you like to hold them?" I ask. From the corner of my eyes, I saw everyone tense up. "Can I?" she asks qutlyei. Everyone was surprised to see how she was with me. "Yeah, of course," I yas while handing Alexander to her.

I knew Katherine was not a bad person; she was misunderstood. She had to leave her family, and then her family gets murder by Klaus, so I welcomed her to mine. Everyone had left I was left to rest. The next day I was ready to go home and be with my kids. Everything was about to change.

So the next chapter will just be showing the babies rooms and everything.

So the Salvatore-Gilber babies are here. I'm excited about this. The next chapter after the babies room will be when Stefan comes back; I'm going to skip the part where they go to Chicago since Belle is only there for a little.
