Nothing lasts forever. Happiness, sadness or fondness — they are all made of shit.

Fiona has been in prison for a while now and the Gallaghers' life is more chaotic than ever. Plucking up all his courage after being enrolled in college, Lip Gallagher finally started to act like a father, trying to rise his young siblings in Fiona's absence. But things didn't go as well as he planned. In fact, Carl connected with a troubled girl in detention and everybody was worried about his actions. Also Debbie grew up and discovered boys and Ian just came back from the army drastically changed.

          On the other hand, Veronica's niece, Allegra — or Reggie, arrived in the neighborhood after she had expelled from Art Institute of Chicago because she tried to sell drugs to her ex-roommate.

When Carl saw Reggie across the street he started to like her, not caring about the age gap or about all the things between them. Hearing his little brother talking about her everyday and filling the phrases about Allegra with the highest compliments, Lip decided to ask for her help with the kids while he's at college.

          And that's how the story started. Becoming 'the new Fiona' overnight was the worse thing that happened to Reggie because the young Gallaghers seemed to treat her like shit while Ian had been suspiciously missing and not helping her at all – but he actually tried to fix his and Mickey's problem but nobody knew that.
Washing the dishes, looking after kids, preparing some food for them and never taking her eyes off Frank. These things made Allegra tired to death and the interactions between Lip and his girlfriend at that time, Amanda, seemed to annoy our girl even more than Carl's failed attempts at flirting.

She had been tried her best and Lip didn't even notice that until he said goodbye to college and headed back home to take a job working demolition, waiting for Fiona. But their shot of happiness was drunk before they had enjoyed the pleasure of life – and Lip needed again Reggie's help.
