6:21 AM.

Today Team Pistil will meet for the first time, counselors and psychologists will meet and discuss partners, they'll experiment and interview pilots to determine team leaders and lieutenants. Rooms will be assigned today as well, lavish apartments with all the necessities provided. The good part is if a partnership doesn't immediately work out, switching partners is always an option. Changes can always be made.

Changes will most likely be made.

While pilots went through an extensive student training program, training to work with your team is essential to your survival as a pilot, so please excuse the mandatory training requirement for the next few days.

"Good morning," The receptionist greeted you with a warm smile, rising from her spot at her desk, "if you'll follow me, I'll take you to your interview right away."

She turned to your PR manager. "I'm sorry, they'll have to stay in the lobby."

"Patient confidentiality is our first priority, of course, so everything will be kept confidential between you and our licensed psychologist. I urge you to be completely honest, as this meeting is essential to determining your partner that you'll be working with from now on." She led you to the nearest elevator, speaking quite fast for such a small woman.

"Of course, partner changes can be requested if you're both non-compatible, but swapping partners must be a last resort option."

She tapped her chin with her finger for a moment.

"After this interview, all of your teammates will be joining you for a group lunch. After that, you'll make your first appearance for the public, to which we'll also be assigning you a partner on live television. Got that?"

You nod and she smiles.

"Good. Meet our psychologist, Matsumoto Mio."

The doors slide open to reveal a thin, bright hallway, it's completely empty, no scientists, no assistants crowded the space, it's a lonely place, it seems. The receptionist stayed in place, waiting for you to approach the last door of the hallway, a name tag reading: "Psychologist Nakamura's Office."

"I'll be waiting upstairs until you're finished to show you to your room and to the dining hall." With that, she shoved you out the elevator and promptly closed the doors in your face, waving you goodbye.

AUTHOR'S NOTE
Hello everyone!! Thank you for your patience, I hope
this first chapter is interesting and different from most,
I'll explain how this'll go: Each interview will be
individual and in private chains, I'll be asking your
oc questions about their personal lives and personalities,
so prepare your ocs for that. After all interviews are done,
the lunch will be a groupchain and should be a way to
meet everyone's characters and bond for a little bit. After
lunch, I'll assign partners and leadership roles and we'll
