~𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓣𝔀𝓸~
I wince as I pull myself up the stairs. Oh... dammit. Blood is spilling from my mouth. Blood is spilling from me. I can barely stand on my own. I can barely hear, see, or feel. I hear their loud thunderous footsteps. If they catch me, I probably won't survive. I can barely survie the run. My blood was leaking out everywhere. Whoever owns this castle, I'm sorry for the fucking mess.
I haul my broken body to the door. I grip the handles. I look up and see a frightening gargoyle of sorts. I jump. It had glowing purple eyes. Are they really glowing or is it my own mind playing tricks on me do to the blood loss? The handle was old and a ring with a serpent tying around it. I pull it and I use it. I hear this blood curddling soung. I jump. I was about to take out a dagger when I realized I didn't have a dagger.
There was something beautifully ominous about the castle. It had a unique obscure charm to it. I see the stained-glass windows with figures I could not tell what they are. I could not describe it. It could be that I'm losing my mind. The doors creak open. I see darkness and light at the same time. I grip my cloak. I hear the sound of torches and marching. Yeah, now is not the time for hesitation. I pull myself in.
