Juliet sat nervously twirling a strand of hair around her finger as she gathered her best friend Cara in her room.

Cara was in her own little world engrossed by the dances from mama mia in front of her .

Now normally Juliet would join her , but she was planning on telling Cara she was dating Walker

She was gonna drop it very casually, the same way Cara did when she announced she was dating Mason .

"I'm dating Walker," she blurted out, her cheeks flushing pink.

Cara's eyes widened in surprise, and then she broke into a wide grin.

"Oh my gosh, what the fuck ! Juliet, that's amazing! When did this happen? How did it happened ? I can't drop something like that -" Cara stopped " did u just announce it like that cause I did the same with Mason ?"

Juliet just smiled plopping a pice of popcorn in her mouth?

Juliet swallowed her food and began to wipe her hands  "It happened a few weeks ago, actually," she explained. "We've been spending a lot of time together, and... well, one thing led to another."

Cara squealed with excitement and enveloped Juliet in a tight hug. "I'm so happy for you, Jules! Walker's a great guy."

" ya I know he is " she said bumping her best friend " by the way your the first to know my parents and family don't even know "

Cara pulled back, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Ooh, secret romance, I love it! But seriously, Juliet, you have to tell them eventually. They'll be thrilled for you."

Juliet nodded, feeling a pang of anxiety at the thought of breaking the news to her parents. "I know, I know. I'm just waiting for the right moment, you know?"

Cara squeezed her hand reassuringly. "You'll find the perfect time. And until then, you've got me to share in all the excitement."

Juliet smiled gratefully at her friend. "Thanks, Cari I don't know what I'd do without you."

Cara grinned back. "Anytime, Jules. Now spill all the details about you and Walker!"

And with that, Juliet launched into a whirlwind recount of her budding romance with Walker, feeling lighter and happier with each word she shared.
