We are six specialists, no I don't know who all of them are yet, and together with the hosts we are going to help all the lovely trainees on their journey!

We as specialists, or guides as I just found out is an alternative name for us, are going to mentor or train the trainees. Especially in the skill-set we're focused in, so for me I'll be focusing on helping trainees with their singing and vocal techniques!

We specialists are also going to judge the trainees after each mission or song has been finalised. We'll give them feedback and pointers on what they should do differently, so they know where they need to improve.

Some of us are definitely going to have different styles to both mentoring and judging them, but it all just comes from a place of wanting them to get better!

As all of the guides are all active artists in the industry we are probably going to have overlapping schedules with this show... which means that at least some of us are, most likely, going to miss an episode or two.

But don't worry! If, at any time, we dont have enough specialists for an episode, there will be stand-ins or temporary replacements, or.. whatever you now can call them.

For some things like, um, specific team judging or mentoring we're going to seperate into groups. And for some of the missions every specialist is gonna get a team assigned to them, so like I would be given a team to train and help for a mission.

Geumie then points toward a screen mounted to the wall next to the table, all of the cast can be seen turning over to look at it, with the ones who previously would've had their backs toward turning their chairs around. Together with the cast the camera turns over and fully views the tv which it then focuses on and....

ANYWAYS, havent gotten far on part 3 as im trying to put together a reference doc for the trainees (trying to figure out how to lay it out lol) BUT trust me its gonna be out soon enough!!! also, reminder to go do the active check bc not everyone has!

another thing i'm realising as i write is that i maybe should have made specific specialists to judge so that maybe the trainees wouldnt be scared in front of them?? idk i think id be scared to get help from the same person that's gonna judge me lmao, but hey i guess that's a way i can add different vibes to the trainees, someone being scared someone not being scared idk

also a few questions for my writing:
- do you guys want me to write yoongi or suga? i feel like most ppl just know him as yoongi nowadays so that's what i went with, but would you guys prefer suga?
- should i write dokyeom, dk or seokmin? i went with dokyeom bc it took up space and i feel like ppl still know him as dk or dokyeom, but would you guys prefer smth else?
- would you prefer game master or host for geumie?
- do you want me to write what specialist each of them are?
