REAL LIFE

THE sun streamed through the windows of Cammie's house, casting a warm glow on the sleeping forms of Nariah, Harper, and Zia. The girls were sprawled out on various furniture in the living room, their limbs tangled together in peaceful slumber. 
After a few minutes, Zia stirred, blinking her eyes in the morning light. She looked around at the other girls still fast asleep and smiled, remembering the night they had shared.

Zia sat up, stretching her arms and rubbing the sleep from her eyes. As she glanced around the room, she noticed some remnants from the previous night's party strewn about. Plastic cups, streamers, and other party decorations littered the floor, a testament to the wild night they'd had. 

Not wanting to wake the others just yet, Zia quietly got up and started tidying the room, gathering discarded cups and putting them in the trash.

" this looks like we were in last Friday night" Zia mumbled to herself referencing the Katy Perry song before getting back to cleaning

Zia hummed the tune of Last Friday Night to herself as she continued cleaning up. She couldn't help but laughed as she picked up a few empty soda cans. "We definitely know how to have a good time," she said to herself, shaking her head in amusement. 

She collected the remains of the party decorations and tossed them into a trash bag. As she did this, she noticed one of the couches, where Nariah was still snoring softly, sprawled out in a hilariously awkward position.

Zia couldn't help but laugh at the sight. Nariah's limbs were everywhere, and her mouth was wide open, letting out soft, rhythmic snores. She grabbed her phone and discreetly snapped a picture, knowing Nariah would get a kick out of it later.  Just then, Harper stirred on the other side of the room. She sat up, rubbing her eyes and looking around blearily.

"Good morning, sunshine," Zia teased, grinning at Harper's groggy expression.

Harper yawned widely and stretched her arms above her head. "Ugh, what time is it?"

Zia glanced at her phone. "It's about 9:30 in the morning. We didn't sleep late, but we probably should wake up the others soon." 
She motioned towards Nariah, who was still dead to the world on the couch.

Harper laughed, shaking her head in amusement. "Good luck waking up Sleeping Beauty over there."

Zia smirked, stepping closer to Nariah. She knelt down next to the couch and poked Nariah's cheek. "Hey, Nariah. Wake up, lazy bones." 

Nariah groaned and swatted at Zia's hand groggily. "Leave me alone."

Zia poked her again, undeterred. "Come on, wake up. We're supposed to hang out today, remember?" 

Nariah finally opened one eye and glared at Zia. "Can't we sleep a little longer?"

Harper chimed in, grinning. "Nope! We have plans, sleepyhead. Get your butt up." 

Nariah grumbled but slowly sat up, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. "Fine, I'm awake. Happy?"

Zia rolled her eyes. "Ecstatic," she replied sarcastically. "Now let's go wake up cammy . She'll kill us if we start the day without her."

Nariah groaned again but reluctantly got up from the couch. Harper stifled a giggle and followed suit. They made their way to Cammy's bedroom, where they found their friend still snoring soundly. 
Zia approached the bed, shaking Cammy gently. "Hey, Cam, wake up. Time to start the day."

The girl groaned and stirred, her eyes slowly opening. "Is it already morning? Feels like I just laid down."

Zia nodded, grinning widely. "it's morning. And we have plans, sleepyhead." 

Cammy sat up, rubbing her eyes. "Ugh, plans are overrated. Can't we just stay in our pajamas all day?"

Harper joined the conversation. "Sorry, Cami. No lounging around allowed today. Let's go get breakfast or something." 

Cammy grumbled under her breath but reluctantly got out of bed. "Fine, I'm up. But I need coffee first."

Zia laughed and steered the older girl towards the kitchen. "We got you covered. We'll make some coffee while you wake up a little more." They made it to the kitchen, where they quickly got to work on brewing some coffee. As they waited for it to finish, Nariah stretched her arms above her head and yawned again.

"I need some food," Nariah mumbled, her stomach rumbling loudly. "What are we having for breakfast?" Cammie rummaged through the pantry, looking for breakfast options.

"Looks like we've got cereal, eggs, toast, and some leftover pizza from last night." As they discussed their breakfast choices, Zia poured them all cups of steaming coffee.

The smell of coffee filled the kitchen, and soon they were all sipping their drinks, slowly waking up properly. Zia leaned back against the counter and blew on her coffee.

"So, now that we're all awake, what do we want to do today?" 

Harper shrugged, stirring sugar into her coffee. "We could watch a movie, bake something, or just chill out and catch up."

Cammynodded, still looking sleepy but definitely alert with the caffeine  that was kicking in. "Baking sounds good. I've been craving something sweet." 

Nariah perked up at the suggestion. "Yes, let's bake something. I vote for cupcakes!"

Zia agreed, already picturing the tasty treats. "Cupcakes it is, then. But we're going to need ingredients. Cam, do you have everything we need?" 

Cammy mentally went through her list of ingredients and nodded. "Yeah, I think I have everything we need to make some. Let's get started"
