Avoid Mistakes if any.

Everyone got up early in the both the house. Nandini thought it might be peaceful after yesterday's haldi function but found out that the guest were running hear and there to get ready.

When she got up in the morning she remembered how Prachi and Navya were hugging her. She didn't know what she would do without them after today.

"Will miss you di." She heard a small whisper which was of Navya who was looking at her.

"Main bhi tujhe bhut miss karungi." She replied with a sad smile and let her hands work on her hair.

"Tu, promise kar. Ghar pe maa papa ka khyal rakhegi. Aur, maa se jyada jhagda mat karna. Tujhe pata hai woh kaisi hai. Har baat pe tokegi. Jyada dhyan mat dena." Listening her Navya wrapped her hands around her waist and hid herself in her stomach bobbing her head.

"Aue sabse important bath." Nandini said holding her face up making her look at her.

"Kya?" Navya asked to which Nandini pecked her forehead and replied.

"Khudka khayal rakhna. Mujhe pata hai, main nahi rahungi toh kya kya karti ho tum. Aur agar milne ka maan hua bas phone kar dena main aa jaungi." Nandini's eyes filled with tears just thinking about her dear sister without her. Navya too had tears, but she smiled and nodded her head.

"Bahut ho gayi emotional baate. Chal Nandu nahi toh late ho jayega." Prachi said getting up from the bed. Nandini bobbed her head and freeing herself she went to freshen up.

Around 10:30 almost everyone were ready but the problem was Nandini's chunri was missing.

"Tch! Kahan rakhte ho tum log? Der ho rahi hai. Kal dhund ke nahi rakh sakte the?" Nandini's aunt scolded them. Prachi rolled her eyes listening her and replied.

"Aunty, hume sunane ke bajay help kariye na. Kyun apne gale ko pareshan aur bp badha rahe ho?" Listening her Nandini pinched her hand to which she whined!

"Kal, maine shital ko dekha tha khelte huye. Usse pucho." Navya said coming inside. After like spending more 15 minutes they found the chunri mixed with the relatives clothes.

Outside their house, the decoration was ready, pandit is already sitting and guest have already arrived for the precious day. They all were waiting for the groom to come.

Exactly at 11 clock a decorated car came with 2 more cars following them. Nandini's mother came to welcome them.

Nandini's mother smiled at him abd did his welcome also his family members. Soon he was made to sit on the wedding throne which was in red colour.

Pandit ji started with the mantra, and it took place within 10 minutes.

"Ab, vadhu ko bulaye." Listening to pandit, Mr. & Mrs. Sharma got to up to get Nandini. Once they reached inside, they were already in awestruck also emotional just thinking that their precious daughter will leave them.

"Nandu...vakt aa gaya hai beta." Listening her father's words she got still and looked at him and then at others. Bobbing her head she stood up. Nandini held her mother's right hand in left and her father's hand in right and walked out of the house with Navya and Prachi following them.

She could feel several eyes on her. She didn't know what to do with so many of them staring at her. Just the mere glance she knew she will ruin everything. Instead of looking up she just kept staring at her feets/grounds.

"Bahu toh badi soni hai aapki." Someone from the guest commented making the Malhotra's proud. Though Manik couldn't hear it. He was glancing at his beautiful wife when his gaze fell on something. He felt angry but didn't want to voice out yet.

Soon Nandini was made to sit beside Manik. They were asked to exchange the garlands which became a bit funny because of Nandini's height. But nevertheless it turned out well.

Soon they were husband and wife. All the rituals were done very well. When they were taking 7 vows Manik had held Nandini's held making her feel a bit relaxed.

"Chalo bhai, abhi khana kha lo. Nahi toh bheke mar jayenge." One of the guest commented making all laugh and some roll their eyes.

Around 5 clock every guest met the groom and the bride and decided to leave since the bidai will be there abd by the time they will reach it will be late. Some relatives stayed over.

It was time for bidai now. Nandini was standing infront of her mother facing her back with puffed rice in her hands to throw over her head.

She did it thrice, but everytime she did she felt as if she is leaving from there for forever. Manik just couldn't do anything because he himself didn't know how it feels to leave the family behind for someone else but he also knew it isn't easy to do so.

"Apna dhyan rakhna. Aur bakiyon ka bhi." Mrs. Sharma said letting her tears flow down her eyes. Nandini bobbed her head and hugged her tightly. She might say anything, but at the end she is her mother.

"Apa bhi dhyan rakhna. Aur please papa aap dono tension mat lena." Nandini said cutely making them chuckle and smile. Navya came forward and hugged her tightly.

"Take care." They just mumbled that. That's it! Everything what Nandini lived in the house she was leaving behind to start a new life with her 2nd family.

"Manik..." Mr. Sharma called him towards him. Manik moved toward, he took him in a hug and said

"Dhyan rakhna. Agar galti ho toh maaf kar dena use bacchi hai abhi bhi." He bobbed his head and passed him a smile.

They were moving towards the car when Manik stopped seeing a truck filled with daily appliances. He looked at Mr. & Mrs. Sharma.

"Yeh sab kya hai papa?"

"Beta....yeh toh maan se diya hai mainw. Mujhe yaad hai tumne kya kaha tha, lekin ek baap apni beti ko comfort dene ke liye itna toh kar hi sakta hai na." Listening him Manik sighed and said

"Lekin iski jarurat nahi hai. Main nahi chahata yeh sab aur aapko agar lagta hai ki Nandini ko kami hogi vahan pe toh main hun sab sambhalne ke liye. Aap..." Before he could complete Mr. Sharma said

"Janta hun. Ek chota sa taufa samjh ke rakh lo. Aur bas meri iccha thi isliye kiya. Maan jao." He joined his hand infront of him making Manik immediately hold it.

"Main samjh gaya. Lekin hath mat jodiye. Nahi karunga vapas kuch bhi. Aap chinta mat kijiye aapki Nandini mere sath khush rahegi." Mr. Sharma smiled and hugged him.

Nandini's stomach started getting butterflies and she couldn't control it also. Soon they settled into the car and zoomed out from there. Nobody spoke anything since Manik's bhabhi was sitting beside Nandini in the same car.

After the drive of 2 & 1/2 hour they reached Manik's house which was decorated with lights and all. They came out of the car and moved towards the entrance where Neonika was waiting for them. Smiling at them she did their arti and told Nandini to kick off the kalash filled with rice.

"Ab ismein apne pair rakho and yahan tak chalke aao." She did as instructed by her. MaNan reached the small temple in the house. Sneha came towards them with a plate filled with turmeric paste.

"Ismein hath dalo aur yahan aapne nishan chodo." She did again, her hands were printed of the walls of the house near the temple. It was 8:30 PM now, so everyone thought to change and have dinner. Nandini was taken by Sneha towards Manik's room and Manik went to his brother's room to change.

After 1/2 hour both Manik and Nandini came out. Nandini was feeling really awkward sitting over there. New faces and new family was giving a challenge to her already.

"Acha, Manik Nandini kal puja hai subah. Abhi khana kha ke so jaate hai. Aur haan baki rasmein bhi kal hi kar denge." Neonika said to which they both bobbed their head. When they were served dinner Nandini was really having difficult time to adjust with the dinner as it was spicy. She kept on drinking water instead of having food.

Manik had noticed that and made a point to inform his mother about his wife's food habits.
