Alas, we just have to announce the results— this is a contest after all!

In third place, we have...

Spice the pumpkin kitty by Imagine_flyingCats! This was so well done, I love the design, the pumpkin cat doesn't look to awkward or weird. The expression on the cat and the background is amazing too! Well done!

In second place, we have......

ASillyBanana's witch and cat ocs! I'm speechless— your style is so amazing, you are a professional! Love the doodles too! The designs were simple yet captivating and very Halloween-related. I especially love the two bones?/claws? On the witch's waist! Really creative! And now let's not forget the tiny skeleton :D
