(Chris's view)

I carefully set my sister down on the couch. "It's going to be okay Aphelia, I'm going to take care of you now." I said, as I gently washed her face with a damp washcloth causing her to whimper in pain. 

"Shhh, it's going to be alright I know it hurts but it'll be over soon." I promised, before pressing a soft kiss to her forehead. 

 She nodded as she gripped my hand tightly. "C-Chris?" she asked, and I hummed in response.

  "What will we do if those guys come after me again?" She asked, and I rubbed her shoulder.

 "We'll call the cops, or we'll fight back." I said, and she nodded. "Okay," she said, before closing her eyes in pain. I tucked the blanket over her once I'd finished cleaning, then laid down next to her on the couch allowing myself to relax and drift off to sleep.  "Sweet dreams Phelia, I love you." I whispered before falling into a deep sleep.
