Meanwhile...

The VKs were walking towards the barrier, "All right, Get in, get out. Jay you good?" Mal asked the latter.

"Yeah," He responded.

The VKs stopped in their tracks as Jay takes out the remote and clicking the button to make the barrier open. Mal held the ember into her hands as they all stepped through the barrier, "Whoa. You got a little Hades thing going." Evie smiled at her best friend.

"That thing packs a punch, huh?" Carlos stated with a smile, as he touched Mal's arm.

As the barrier closes Harry and Gil both dive through it, making the VKs back away from them. "We made it, bro." Gil excitedly says as hugged Harry. "We made it." Gaston and Cook's sons both turned towards the others who were standing there in shock to see them there.

"Hey, guys. We're just coming for a wee visit." Harry and Gil laugh as they walk past the VKs but Jay and Carlos both stand in the way, shoving them both back. Harry pushes Carlos into Mal which makes lose grip of the ember. As she was about to pick it up, Harry pushes her hand with his hook, the ember flies towards the water. A large tentacle catches the ember it, Uma rises up to the surface, she displays the ember.

"Drop something?" Uma asks with a smirk on her face.

"It can't get wet. Give it back before it goes out." Mal says as she was holding her hand out. Uma laughs manically.

"Uma!" Gil and Harry say simultaneously. 

"That's my name." Uma smiled innocently as she waved over to her friends. Both Harry and Gil share an happy glance at each other.

"No!"

Uma dives beneath the surface, a spinning vortex of water rises where Uma was currently. Mal had an anxious look on her face, as the water descends the water explodes and then disappeared. The VKs, Harry and Gil were looking out at the water. Uma appeared behind them.

"Hi, boys." they all turn of the sound of her voice, as she waved the ember in her hands with a smile.

Harry chuckles as he walked towards her. "Welcome back." he greeted her as she touched the top of his hook.

"Uma, you swam off and forgot all about us." Gil said softly and he also approached Uma.

"Yeah. Planning her revenge, no doubt." Mal spoke up as she crossed her arms.

"It's not all about you, Mal." Uma stepped forward to Mal. "I was looking for a hole in the barrier to let everybody out." She then turned her head toward to look at Harry and Gil. "And you know what I found, boys?" she turned back to look at Mal and the VKs. "It's way better out there than we thought." Uma walked towards Harry and Gil as she continued to explain. "There's this thing that looks like a furry rock called a coconut. And fish so big you could dance on their backs." She turned around to have her attention on Mal again. "And they've been keeping it all for themselves." she clicks her tongue.

"Whatever. Uma, I need that to break a spell." Mal puts her hand out as she looked at her.

"Cast by Audrey, and Olivia. Audrey is Sleeping Beauty's daughter, and Olivia is Tiana and Neveen's daughter." Carlos spoke up.

"Mm. So the good guys is the bad guys?" Uma laughs. "Well, I might not give it back. Let's see what happens."

"Uma, it's not the time for games! People's lives are in danger!" Mal raises her voice, as she still held her hand out.

"Guarantee me that every single villain kid who wants to can get off the isle." Uma says as she held the ember in her hands still.

"I can't do that." Mal responded as she looked over at Evie and then at Uma.

Uma walks over to the edge of the bridge, and holding the ember out to the water, ready to drop it. "Well, what about now?"

"Deal. Deal." Uma pretends to drop the ember. Evie speaks up as she steps in front of Celia.

"Uma!" Evie speaks up as she steps in front of Celia. "Her word is good."

Mal still stood with her hand outstretched  as she looked at Uma. Uma walks towards Mal, examining the ember and then at Mal. "I'll still keep this, for the time being. Because if you think I trust you to save the world on your own, think again."

Mal rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms.

"This is a job for pirates." Uma walked back towards Harry and Gil who gave her a high five. "Yeah."

"We can always go back to hating each other when this is over." Jay approached Mal as he touched her arm. Uma rubbed her hands together with a grin on her face.

"Fine." Mal grumbled as she looked away from Uma.

Jay turned his attention towards Harry and Gil. "Where are our bikes?" he questioned them.

"Oh, yeah. We crashed them." Gil responded as Harry intimates as engine and he memes the bikes going down the hill and crashing. Harry laughs at Jay's reaction as he pointed at him.

Evie steps in the middle with her hands on her hips. "Here's a thought." she looked at her friends and then Uma, Harry and Gil. "We could try to be friends. Put our history behind and celebrate our differences. Yeah?" Evie smiled at her friends who gave her the 'Really?' face.

Evie pulls a pouch out from her sleeve. "Who wants gum?"

Uma rolls her eyes as she started to walk away. "Let's go."

"No?"

"Ah...No. I'm in charge. Let's go." Mal and Uma march off with their crews which split against Evie in two columns as Evie took out a gumball and puts it in her mouth.

Auradon Prep

Mal and Evie both had their phones to their ears. "They're all asleep. Everyone." Evie looked around the sleeping citizens.

"I can't get Ben." Mal says as they all continued to walk.

"Or Alex or Dizzy and Doug." Evie says as she looks down at her phone and back up at Mal with a worried expression.

"Or Jane the signals out." Carlos adds, as he looks at them.

"Is that Auradon Prep." Celia asks as she points towards the school.

"Yeah. When everyone wakes up, you're going to love it." Carlos responded to her with a smile.

"Geez. Everything is so..." Gil looks around with a confused look.

"Freaky." Jay says as he was beside Gil.

"...green." Gil said as Jay looks at him confused. "You have leaves on your trees. And what are those colored things on the bushes?" Gil asks Jay as he points towards the bushes.

"Uh...Flowers?" Jay gestured behind him.

"Flowers are pretty." Gil says with smile. "Cantaloupe!" Gil says with excitement as he picked up the bowl what was on the table. "Mm! Mm!" Gil hums, as he was happily munching on the fruit.

"We don't have fresh fruit on the Isle, remember?" Uma states as Jay looks over at her.

"Thank you." Gil says as he places the bowl down as he looked at Jay.

"They're grapes" Jay placing his hand on Gil's shoulder before walking away.

"Grapes? I love grapes." Gil takes another grape and puts it into his mouth.

Harry had walked over to a sleeping citizen and pulls out the sleeping boys' wallet, "I believe I deserve some compensation for my muscles, my wife, and my role in this endavor."

Jay walks over to Harry, taking the money out of his hands and putting it into the sleeping boys' pocket on his shirt. "You do. Me not squashing you like a bug."

"Think I'm afraid of you, Jay?" the comment made Harry chuckle and step closer towards Jay.

"Guys." Uma and Mal both say simultaneously.

Evie walks over to Mal and Uma with a worried expression. "Mal, Alex still isn't answering and I'm getting worried."

"E, the signal is still out remember, he'll be fine okay?" Mal gave her best friend a reassuring smile.

They then walked over to where Carlos and Dude where, "Do you know what happened here?" Carlos asks him.

"Yup. Audrey showed up. She put everybody to sleep. And then she turned some of them to..."

Evie's eye widens as she sees a familiar face. "Guys." Evie says as she turns around to look at them all, they all turn towards her and walked over to her.

"Hannah turned to stone." She turns back to Hannah as every looked at her with a shocked expression on all their faces.

"All right. Everybody stay on their toes." Jay urged.

"Look, since we're here, let's check the school." Uma says, as she stood in the middle and turning to face them all. Harry, Celia, and Gil joined Uma's side.

"No." Mal said as she shakes her head, making Uma to stop in her tracks and turn to look at Mal. "Audrey would go straight to Ben, leaving Olivia to go for the crown...and Alex.." Mal turns her head to look at Evie whose eyes widens.

"Says who?" Uma says as she approached Mal.

"Says me." Mal followed suit as she looked at Uma.

"Says you. And that's supposed to mean something to me?" Uma states.

"Guys, can we not do this? We need find my fiancé and your fiancé Mal." Evie says with a worried tone in her voice.

"Let's try the castle. Let's go." Mal walks off first, making everyone following behind her.

They all get inside the castle and walking down the hallway. "Ben! Alex!" Mal shouts as they all walked down it.

"This way." Dude says as he quickly walks down the hallway.

"Ben could be asleep anywhere." Mal said as they stopped walking for a minute.

"Yeah or Alex and Ben could be turned to stone." Celia adds as Jay covers her mouth as Evie and Mal both look at her with wide eyes.

"Ben! Alex!" Mal shouts again.

"I got a scent. Very pungent cologne. Easy to track. Follow me, people." Dude says as he started walking again.

"That's great, dude." Carlos says as he looked over at Dude.

"FYI, Dude pointed out to everyone. "Really? I never had a pet growing up. Well, except for the lk head in Dad's man cave but that wasn't..." Gil started before Uma interrupted looking at the wall.

"Hold up. What's this?" Uma asked looking at claw marks on the wall and a bottom portion of a painting on the floor.

"Uh...Any chance this was already here?" Carlos asked us.

"And follow me!" Dude exclaimed heading down the hall. They entered a room with knight statues.

"Ben?" Mal called out.

"Alex?" Evie added.

"So, you can track, cuddle, and talk. Hey, do you think his puppies would be able to talk, too?" Gil asked Carlos as Evie walked to middle of the room.

"All right, man. He's taken. You want a dog, adopt a rescue." Carlos told Gil. Dude let out a laugh.

"Talking puppies. That's crazy." Dude said.

"I bet you lost some sleep thinking about me on the loose, huh?" Uma asked Mal.

"No, Dragons don't really lose sleep. I wonder what fried octopus tastes like." Mal answered.

"Okay. Why do we not do this?" Evie said.

"We're celebrating our differences." Uma told Evie.

"I believe we're being challenged." Harry announced.

"Let's split up and look for Audrey." Uma stated.

"That makes absolutely no sense." Mal argued.

"Unless you give me my ember, she's going to spell you." Mal added.

"Girls! We have a situation here." Harry shouted.

They looked at the statue Harry pointed to.

"Do you like a prince, Mal? Or like a King Evie?" Audrey's voice asked coming from the knight statue.

"How about a knight in shining armor? Or knights?" Audrey asked.

They looked around to see the knights in the room come to life and aim their swords at them. Celia grabbed Dude and went to hide as the rest of them grabbed swords and prepared for a fight.

Knights fall pitch black.

The two teams celebrated but refused to celebrate with each other. "Guys, come on. This was so great. We were a team. We worked together. Come on. Come on." Evie said trying to get Mal and Uma to congratulate each other. I let out a sigh after they refused.

"You know what we should try? An icebreaker." Evie said with a smile. She turned to the pirates as the VKs groaned.

"You say something you really like about the other person, okay? I'll start. "Evie told them. "Harry. Great accent. "She told him.

"Now, you go." She added.

"Is she always this perky?" Uma asked Mal.

"Oh, it wasn't really your turn, but thank you." Evie says as she looked at Uma with a slight glare.

"Okay. Evie, come here." Mal said, grabbing Evie's hands.

"Yeah." Evie said with a smile.

"I love you." Mal said.

"I love you." Evie responded with a wider smile.

"I love this energy, but we are very short on time. Audrey clearly knows that we're here and we need to get out of here, ASAP." Mal told me.

"All right, where does this cheerleader bunk down?" Uma asked.

"Even if she's not there, we might find some sort of clue." Uma stated.

"Actually, she's still in the dorms." I said.

"You're right. Because of summer school." Mal voiced.

Harry let out a laugh. "What? Summer school? Summer school! No wonder she wants revenge!" Harry exclaimed.

"Okay. I need you guys to go find Ben and Alex. We will meet back at Evie's in two hours, okay?" Mal ordered.

"Sounds like we're going with my plan. I'm just saying." Uma said.

"It was kind of the obvious plan." Mal argued.

"Uma said it first." Gil pointed out.

"Right. So my plan." Uma said to him.

"Right?" Gil asked.

"Whatever." Mal said

As Mal turned to leave one of the knights stood up again. "So you beat the armour, big deal. I know you won't beat this Mal." The mist cleared from the visor of the suit and everyone grew worried.

"What did she mean by that?" Gil asked, fear laced in his voice.

"I think she meant that!" Dude screamed as he ran past the group. They turned to where he was looking and saw something that terrified them.

"RAGGGHHHHH!" The Beast roared at them loudly. They jumped back and the guys got in front of the group, raising their swords once again.

Evie stepped in front of them, however. She recognized the ripped clothes that his more muscular body was now wearing. "Evie get back!" Mal screamed.

"No, it's okay." Evie reassured them. She edged closer to the furred beast in front of them. "Alex?" Everyone looked at her like she was crazy, but Evie still continued. For a moment it looked like she had gotten through to him, but that all came crashing down.

In a split second, Alex had lunged at his fiancée as Uma and Mal pulled her back. Alex landed on his feet in front of the guys who had begun circling him. He growled at them and turned to face each of them.

Evie grew worried over what was about to happen. "Please don't hurt him." She told the boys.

"Well, we cannae stop him and not hurt him. What d'you want us to do?!" Harry questioned the girl.

"Just subdue him for now, we can figure out how to get him back later." Jay told them as they completed their surrounding of their furred friend.

Alex let out another roar as he dived at Carlos. He sidestepped him and Alex landed in front of Harry. The son of Hook raised his sword to hit him, but Alex was quicker. The king knocked the blade from his hand and kicked him square in the chest, sending him flying backwards.

"Harry!" Gil and Uma screamed at their friend. Alex saw Gil's weakness and sprung into action. He dove at him and brought the two of them to the ground. His claws slightly dug into Gil's arms, drawing a small amount of blood.

He flared his teeth at the son of Gaston as he braced for impact. Jay had enough thought, and swung the blunt edge of his sword. It connected with the side of Alex's head, and his new found fur couldn't lessen the impact.

His head shook from the hit as he slipped from consciousness. He fell forward onto Gil's body, but was promptly pushed off by the terrified VK.

"Alex!" Evie rushed over to him to check him over. "He's just unconscious." She let out a sigh of relief as Harry groaned from behind her.

"I'm fine too you know. Thanks for asking." He said sarcastically to the group.

Mal spoke to the squad. "Okay, guys, put him in Audrey's dorm while we look around." Jay and Carlos hooked their arms under his shoulders and lugged his heavy weight to the dorm.

Evie was stroking Alex's still unconscious hand. Uma had gone to look around the building as Mal stared at the couple. "You know there's only one way to get him out of that." She reminded Evie.

Her best friend looked back at her, before looking down again. "I know. But you saw how he was out there, what if he doesn't remember that he loved me?"

Mal sighed. "Look, E. You know he loves you. More than anything. So I'm gonna give you a minute. You figure it out. And I'm gonna go do something I never thought I'd do and help Uma." Mal told her as she left the room.

Evie looked down at her fiancé, but was still unsure. She began leaning down to kiss him but jumped back up.

Evie pulled away from the kiss, and immediately the fur began to leave his body, within seconds he had become himself again, save for a new beard and fangs. She smiled to herself and blushed, knowing that his love for her bypassed the spell.

It took a few seconds, as Jay really swung that sword, but he woke up and saw the love of his life staring back at him. "Hey." He spoke.

She laughed. "Hi."

Alex felt a little weird around his head. "What happened?"

Evie nodded towards the mirror on Audrey's desk. Alex stood up and looked at himself, seeing his new features.

He chuckled at his new appearance. "Well, that'll take some getting used to."

Evie followed suit with a laugh of her own. "For both of us." She draped her arms over his shoulders as they faced each other, they began leaning in again, but the doors opened, making them jump back.

Mal and Uma re-entered the room. "Nice fangs, Alex." Mal said to him once she noticed.

"Great to see you too, Mal." He smiled at her, but his face dropped when he saw Uma. "What're you doing here?"

Uma's expression dropped in slight guilt. "I'm here to help you guys with this. And I'm sorry for what I did to you, Alex." She apologized to him, sounding sincere.

Alex still wasn't completely convinced. He looked at Evie to his left and she nodded at him. That gave him a slight reassurance. "Ok." He looked around the room. "Where're the guys?" He asked them.

"They went to the woods to look for Ben." Mal told him.

"Oh my god, Ben! Wait how long have we been like this?" He asked them again.

"A few hours." Uma informed him. His worries only grew, as he thought Ben could be anywhere.

"Hey, they'll find him." Evie reassured him.

He nodded at her and slumped against the desk in the room.

"But we did say we'd meet at You and Evie's so we should probably get going." Mal reminded them, and they set off for the "starter" castle.
