Alex's POV

I wake up and groan a bit as i sat up in a different room, i look around the room. I ran my hands across my face, and I slowly stand up and ran my hands through my hair. I walked towards the door, and twisted the doorknob and opened it, I walked out the room, to see my parents, Ben and Mal all crying and not looking where I was.

"What's happened?" I asked, and I saw them all turn around quickly with the sound of my voice, my mom quickly walks over to me and embraces me.

"Oh, my gosh. We thought we lost you Alex!" she sobbed into my shoulder, and my dad and Ben joined in on the hug.

"Alex, I'm so sorry..." Mal quietly says as tears were still in her eyes.

"It's not your fault, okay?" I smiled at her, and she pulled me into a hug. "Wait, where's Evie.." I pulled away from the hug to look at everyone.

"She's at home.." Mal replied with a small smile.

I nodded and I left the beast castle and i headed towards Evie and I's. I walk in and I look around in some of the rooms but she wasn't in any of them. I heard a noise coming from her studio, to see Evie sitting down in her stool and staring at one of the designs she had made for me, she silently sobs as she brings it to her face. "Evie.." I stand in the doorway as I watch her, she catches her throat and she turns to look at me. "Hey." I smiled at her.

Evie stood up and ran over to me and jumped into my arms. "Alex!"

"I'm so sorry..." She sobbed into my shoulder, and I rubbed my hands up and down her back.

"For what?" I pulled away to look at her, and she moves her hands onto my collar.

"For what i said to you...I know it was wrong..I wouldn't know what I'd do if that was the last words I've ever said to you."

I move my hands up to cup her face and I stare into her eyes, and I stroke her cheek with my thumb. "Evie..I'm not going anywhere okay..you will never lose me..I promise you..okay?" I smile as I finish the last part and we both lean in and close the distance between us. Our lips would dance in sync, I slide my hands down to her waist. Evie slides her hands down to my belt and unbuckles it, without her breaking the kiss. She moves her hands onto my chest as she began to unbutton my shirt, and then leaving trails of kisses along my collarbone. She moves her lips back onto mine as she slides my shirt off my shoulders. I picked her up by the back of her thighs and carried her upstairs to our room.

Within a few minutes we were fully unclothed and Evie was straddling my lap, as she held my face in her hands as our lips were still in sync. I had my hands resting on her bare back, she moves her hip against mine slowly and I moved my hands to her hips to help her. I continued to guide her hips against mine, as I brought my hips to meet hers. "Alex." Evie softly let's out small moan, as she moves her hands into my hair and tangles her fingers in it.

We continued like this, until I flipped us over and I lean down and captured our lips again, and continued to thrust into her at a fast pace. Evie's moaned into my mouth as I continued to stroke inside her. I continued with the fast pace and started to hit certain spots which made Evie arch her back and digging her nails into my back.

A few minutes later, I laid next to Evie and we both panted out heavily. Evie propped up on her elbow, with a smile on her face and ran her fingers across my bare chest. "I'm so happy that your okay?" She smiles at me as she was stroking my chest.

"Like I said, I'm not going anywhere, because I can't leave the girl who I'm madly in love with.." I smile at her and she leans down and captures our lips again, I cup the side of her neck and deepen the kiss, and I hover over her again.

A Week Later

The day of Alex and Evie's engagement party

Third Person POV

Alex, Evie were walking hand in hand as they followed behind Ben and Mal. They were all greeted by the citizen's of Auradon, as they both waved at them with Ben and Mal. The couples ascend upstairs on the balcony to stand with Beast, Belle and Fairy Godmother. Carlos and Jay claps along with the crowd as they both watched their best friend go up the stairs. They all walk towards the railing off the balcony where Evie and Mal are standing together, while Alex and Ben both look out at the crowd with a smile on their faces. "Lady Evie and I wanna thank you for celebrating our engagement with us today. I couldn't be prouder or happier to call you my Queen." Alex turned his head to look at Evie with a smile, and they were still holding hands. "So...raise your glasses. To our future Queen of Auradon!" Alex and Ben both raise their glasses. 

"To our Queen of Auradon!" 

They all take a sip of their glasses, and Alex and Ben both turn to put the glasses down onto the servants silver tray. 

"Speech, Your Special-ness." Carlos says with a posh accent. 

"Speech, Your Fancy One." Jay mimics Carlos' voice as he smiled up at Evie and Mal. 

They crowd laugh at their antics, along with Alex, Evie, Ben and Mal. 

Mal looks down smiling and she looks over at Dizzy and Squeaky and Squirmy, and Evie places her hand onto Mal's with a smile. 

Ben and Alex both share a glance at each other before they both looked at their fiancée's. 

"I can't be Queen of Auradon." Evie looks over at Alex, who steps towards her as he places his hand on hers. 

"Evie.." 

"I can't turn my back on the Isle." Evie quietly says as she looks up at Alex. 

Evie then looks out to everyone again, and Mal nods at her as she stands next to her as Mal spoke up. "We made a decision...to close the barrier forever. And it was my idea. But it's wrong." 

Evie smiles at Mal proudly as she looks at her, and she could see Alex smile over at her as he goes over to Evie and held her waist. 

"We've learned...that you can't live in fear...because it doesn't actually protect you from anything. You never know where the bad is gonna come from. And you never know where the heroes are gonna come from either. Without Uma and her pirates, Auradon would be gone. And without Hades...my father.."  When Mal announced that Hades was her father, their was a couple of gasps from hearing the new information. "...Alex and Audrey would be gone." Mal looks towards her future brother-in law and gave him a small smile. 

"We are all capable of good and bad, no matter which side of the barrier we come from. And that's why I can't be Queen of just Auradon. I have to be Queen of the Isle, too. And it's time that we take the barrier down forever." Evie spoke up as she looked out the citizen's and then looked at her fiance with a smile. 

"We can't do that." Beast says as he looked at his older son. 

"It's up to us, Dad." Alex looked over at his dad and then looked back at Evie with a smile. 

Alex places his hand on top of Evie's as he looked over at the crowd as he begins to speak. "I choose to be a Kin who moves forward. It's time forgiveness. It's time for new beginnings. The barrier will come down!" he announces with a smile, Evie and Mal both embraces Alex with a smile and Ben places his hand on his older brothers shoulder. 

"Yes!" Carlos cheered as everyone laughs at his reaction. "WHOO-HOO-HOO!"

Alex and Evie both share a look and gestures for Mal to join. "Bring it down," He smiled at them both. 

Evie takes her fiances face lovingly, and smiles at him while the crowd starts clapping. 

Evie and Mal look down at Carlos and Jay and gestures them both to join them on the balcony. Carlos and Jay both run up to join their best friends. 

Fairy Godmother approaches Evie, Mal, Alex and Ben and presents the wand to Evie. Evie holds onto the wand as she waits for Carlos and Jay to join hers and Mal's side at the railings. 

The four VKs look out to the Isle of the Lost, "To make the world a better place...We have to do it to face to face." the tip of the wand lights up as Evie and Mal aims it across the barrier. All around the Isle dissolves into yellow sparks and the cloud above it begins to dissipate, the magic makes a bridge across the sea from Auradon to the Isle of the Lost. 

 Evie fights back tears as she watches and Alex places his hand on her waist for her to look at him. 

Mal and Evie both look at each other and smile, they both hold hands with Jay and Carlos. The citizens of Auradon begin to walk over to the bridge while on the other side at the Isle the same is happening with them as they slowly approach into the sunshine. 

Uma and Harry both step toward the barrier and both share a smile. Uma looks out at the bridge. "My plan." she grins as she spins around happily. "Yes!"

Alex stood next to Evie and smiled staring out at the bridge. People of the Isle crossed over into the bridge and Alex laughed before spinning Evie under his arms. He pulled her closer to him and smiled pressing his forehead against hers. Uma and Harry joined their side as they watched Mal dance with kids of the Isle. 

"You know what? Mal came through." Uma said. 

"She always does." Evie smiled, as she held onto Alex's hand and his forearm with her free hand. 

 "So, she's definitely taken." Harry spoke up as he pointed towards Mal.

"Definitely." Evie answered looking at him. 

"And so, is Evie." Alex speaks up as he looked at Harry and Evie giggles at Alex's protectiveness to her and she ran her hand across his face, and pulled his face to have their lips meet. 

Uma looked at Harry as she punched his arm, "Ow!" Harry exclaimed as he looked at her.

"What's my name?" She asked him. 

"Uma." Harry answered before leaning in to kiss her. 

Uma moved out of the way as she clicks her tongue and walked off, leaving Harry alone with Alex and Evie who were still kissing.
