Y/N POV
Even though I wasn't struggling, I felt Levi yanking me through the headquarter's halls.

It hurt my arm but I was too afraid to tell him to stop. I could tell he was mad even though he hadn't looked once at me.

We came to a stop and he opened the door of a dark room.

"Go in," he instructed and we made eye contact again. I didn't want to go inside the dark room.

"Tsk" he murmured again and went inside first, pulling me along.

The door closed behind me, and I stumbled across the pitch black room. I couldn't even see my hand in front of me.

Levi lit up a candle that barely illuminated the dark room.

I saw him sit down in the king size bed covered in silk sheets. Eye contact again.

"You're so slow, brat." He got up and tossed me on the bed. He quickly got on top of me and began to kiss my neck as he began to undo the back of my silk wedding dress with one hand.

Levi's POV
After entering my room I lit up a few candles to illuminate the dark room.

I sat on the bed and made eye contact with her who was leaning against a piece of wooden furniture and scanning the dark room.

"You're so slow, brat." I couldn't contain myself anymore so I walked up to her and pinned her to the bed.

I kissed her neck as I quickly undid the back of her dress with one of my hands.

My wife.
I knew she knew why she was married to me. As a thank you from her father. For all the years I protected them.

But did she know why I married her? Because she saved me. I was at my lowest taking walks around the village and she casually smiled at me. Something as simple as a smile coming from a stranger made my whole day. My life. It saved me.
And I found out more about her, and always protected her family and home whenever we had an attack.

Just because she smiled at me when I was depressed out of my mind after the deaths of all my comrades.

But after that smile and all the protection, she never smiled at me again. Always avoided my gaze. Looked down. Looked somewhere else. Only spoke to me whenever her parents forced her to. She must have noticed the special treatment I gave her family.
How foolish of me if I had thought that she was smiling at me but she was smiling at someone else.

We made eye contact again and I kissed her on the lips and ran my fingers through her hair.
My life and reason to live. Nobody could ever hurt her. I will kill everyone who hurt her.

But if everyone knew that she saved me, that she's my reason to live. If an enemy knew this....they would hurt her.

I abruptly stopped the kissed and practically forced myself to get off her.
This was a mistake. I should have never married her, I would only put her at risk.

But I would have killed myself at the thought of seeing her with another man.
After killing them, of course.

"Get up," I pulled her up by her wrist and began to help her put on her silk wedding dress.

"Levi what happened? Did I do something wrong?" She looked at me confused as I pushed her out of my room.

I ignored her questions and she basically stopped asking.

I took her to the side of the female scouts dormitory.

"You'll stay here." I told her as I stopped in front of Mikasa's and Sasha's dormitory room. "There should be an empty bed for you."
I knew that for a fact.

"But Levi.....we're married," she looked so confused and embarrassed. Constantly scanning the halls as of afraid that someone would see her here still wearing the wedding dress.

"Get some sleep," I said walking away from her.
I couldn't let anyone know how much she meant to me. They would hurt her. I would die without her.
