THE MASTER OF ARMAMENTS
& DEFENSE
male — 24 — open

• hails from house raelyn
• the younger brother of erina
raelyn
• he was 14 when she became
queen but didn't join the king's
council until more recently (after
the death of his father who had
previously held the position)
• best with melee weapons
• sly, cunning, intelligent
• he can be a bit bold & brazen
at times
• can come off as cold & heartless
too
• he's very handsome and many
girls love him but he's never
been interested
• no one can tell if that's because
he's homosexual or just doesn't
care about the affections of women?
• a little callous at times
• has a heart deep down, he's just
not willing to be vulnerable when
these are the people he's surrounded
by
• if you got him to open up, he'd
almost be like a whole different person
even if he would still be a little rough
around the edges
• a bit of an intimidating person but
if you were close to him, you'd know
he isn't actually that intimidating
• of course, he hasn't opened up to
people in a long time sooo good luck!

THE MASTER OF PROPAGANDA

• hails from minor nobility
• a complete and utter simp
perhaps capable of rivaling
even caine & celeste
• naturally intelligent &
cunning
• good with words
• manipulative but that doesn't
mean he can't and won't be
manipulated
• i could see him blackmailing
people but also he might be so
much of a simp that he just
reports people instead
• we'll see 💖
• pretty easy to talk to; a good
conversationalist
• however, he's not one you
should trust since he could easily
take you down
• propaganda works, does it not?
• probably one of the more secure
council members. kissing up to the
king does provide some benefits, doesn't
it?
• kind of like a chameleon—adaptive to
people and environment
• the true question, however, is if he'd
die for his king or not. again, we'll
see ✨

THE MASTER OF DIPLOMACY
male — 24+ — open

• hails from minor nobility
• charismatic & charming but not
necessarily outgoing
• by this i mean he's a great talker
and listener but he doesn't actively
seek out other people most times
• he's a big believer in hard work
paying off but the whole political
system of elyria heavily challenges
those beliefs
• manipulative, of course, but not
exactly evil
• he's more on the morally gray side
• has good connections to high-ranking
people in other countries both
conquered and not conquered
• keeps his plans to himself; he's not
about to let everything show
• he's a good negotiator and is on
particularly good terms with the
khalidans
• would probably try and take over
elyria once the king dies
• always has ulterior motives
• would be down to start a war &
claim it was a miscommunication
• seemingly efficient in all that he does
• but dealing with the king and his
council is mega stressful, he's going
to need to drink after each meeting
rip
• does he have a soft spot for any
particular someone? maybe, but who
knows?
• closely allied with the master of
enforcement & punishment
• let them start a global conflict
together 😎
• also, let them arrest a ton of ppl

THE MASTER OF ENFORCEMENT
& PUNISHMENTS
male — 29+ — open

• hails from minor nobility
• SEXC DICTATOR VIBES
• god, he's so sexc
• anyways, he's the master of
enforcement & punishment which
generally entails imprisonment,
torture, interrogation, heading the
guard patrol system, arrests, &
execution. again, sexc stuff
• a bit of a cromwell character
• ruthless, brutal, efficient
• i highly doubt he cares about
anyone tbh
• makes a ton of alliances but he's
definitely planning on backstabbing
them when the time is right
• despite his role in the council, he's
a quite charming and agreeable man
• it's all a charade, though, he's just
here to hurt and kill people
• has executed almost all of stefan's
past wives except zarya & kathryn
• will likely execute celine ngl
• he enjoys killing and hurting ppl
because of the thrill he gets from it.
i wouldn't trust your fingernails around
him tbh
• again, he's still a very charismatic
& agreeable guy. honestly, you'd
probably like him if you spoke to
him
• commands the majority of the
guards and policing system
• he and his men are responsible
for all arrests and therefore the
executions of many innocent (and
non-innocent people)
• easy to hate if you don't get around
to talking to him
• could talk himself out of most
situations
• he's just not a good guy
• wants to be a dictator & ruin lives 🥺
• also, pls have him arrest and interrogate/
torture people before executing them ✨
it would give me great serotonin to see
characters go 🥺

THE SECOND-IN-COMMAND
male — 25+ — open

• hails from minor nobility
• his only family left is his mother &
niece
• not a very caring guy, though
• like, he really loves his family but
literally everyone else can rot
• wouldn't save you if you were dying
• like, if he had the choice to save you
or just walk away, he'd walk away
• he's not necessarily evil but definitely
not good either
• talkative and likely annoying
• he's not the best with words but
his favorite thing is teasing and testing
the patience of others
• however, he is very collected and
professional around people that
actually matter
• he's decent around the majority of
the council but with most others he's
just kind of rude
• he'll make you pay for everything
• the master of enforcement &
punishment's second-in-command
• helps lead the guards as well as perform
interrogations, tortures, arrests, and
executions
• unlike his leader, he doesn't exactly
enjoy executing or hurting people,
he's just apathetic to their suffering
• if anyone vents their feelings or such
near or to him, he'd probably just say:
"tragic"
• he's probably out here thinking:
"well, it sucks to suck" as he watches
people get arrested and executed
• he's just here for the lols, the death,
and the pretty boys and gorls

THE SPIDERWEB

of spies are male
• still, a spy is a spy
• not exactly known as "the spiderweb"
but they do serve under the master of
spies and are stationed in every part
of the empire and send encrypted
reports via letter or through face to
face discussions

• they perform arrests, interrogations,
tortures, and executions
• probably not all evil but like, they all
had a choice to join and decided to sooo

THE CROWN JEWEL
male — 19-23 — open

• ability — earth & plant manipulation
• brother of hyperian summer
• more level-headed than his sister
• a fast learner & an avid reader
• though he isn't the biggest talker,
he is a people person and enjoys
company
• highly stubborn but knows when to
yield
• he's responsible for keeping his
sister in check
• at least he's not that stubborn
• probably has the cutest smile
• he isn't a natural with weaponry,
he's better with his ability anyway
• which, honestly, allows confuses him.
his lineage doesn't have magic so how
is it that he and his sister have magic?
• he's gotten to a point where he thinks
they aren't actually related to the other
hyperian royals
• but he doubts they're both bastards
• before the fall, he was closest to his
two youngest siblings but now he feels
closer to hyperian summer
• has a rivalry with the valaryen kids
except it isn't actually cute. he hates
them
• but he also hates the lord & lady too
• he just doesn't like elyrians
• not easily flustered but it'll be fun to
watch him interact with some of the
cheekier or more flirty characters
• uses his powers more often than
you'd think since he's able to use
it in more subtle ways
