admin's note     really like this character. i was reading the secret history by donna tart before i began writing this form and i definitely think it affected what i made her a little bit. there's this quote in the book that goes, 'does such a thing as a fatal flaw. . . exist outside of literature? i used to think it didn't. now i think it does. and i think that mine is this: a morbid longing for the picturesque at all costs.' and i think that's a little bit of what maggie is, she likes things when they're perfectly in place and nice and beautiful, and that's kind of what she wants to be? and that's sort of the reason she wants to remain 'pure' because she thinks she loses value without purity, or like her 'untouchable-ness', or something? i don't know what i'm talking about smh.
