Annabeth:

"Dang. Did I ever tell you I love food?"
I look over to see Leo stuffing his face with everything and anything he sees on the plates on the table we're sitting at.
I shake my head, and then focus my attention back to the book I brought from the Athena cabin, and begin to reading the amazing information.
Correction actually.
Attempting to read.
Being demigod wasn't easy already, with all the monsters trying to kill you... not to mention even gods...
But usually there born with a "disability", so I like to put it in quotes. Lucky for me, Annabeth, child of Athena, has trouble reading words in a book thanks to that wonderful dyslexia.
But I guess I shouldn't be complaining too much. I've gotten better over the years and don't really struggle that much anymore.
"What'cha reading about?"
I look up to see Piper peering over the top of my book.
"Oh... uh just trying to research something that Chiron started to tell me about," I tell her.
"Hey!!!" interrupts another voice (which sounds like Frank's) , "Give it backkkkkkโ€”"
"What? It didn't look like you were going to eat it." Says another voice that I am pretty sure is Leo's, "And I haven't eaten good food in days. Actually.. I take that back.. MONTHS!!! Wanna hear the story about Calypso and I riding on Festus and having to live off ofโ€”"
"Well that was technically your choice," Hazel interrupts, "We never asked you to fly around that world again, have monsters chase after you, and make us thinking you're dead."
Leo pouts at her, "And I never asked to be a demigod," He mutters.
I sigh.
The joys of having a big group get together. Especially this one. If you want to get something done, you never can because someone always interrupts you.
"If you want my opinion..." Jason then says, filling in the one and only gap of peace and quiet, "I agree with Hazelโ€”"
Then... someone decides to scream at us from all the way across the pavilion, "AY!! BIG GROUP OVER THERE!! ARE YA COMING TO CAMPFIRE OR NOT??"
I snap my book shut in anger and look up at whoever screamed across the pavilion and give them my deepest death glare.
It worked pretty well, because then they were sheepishly walking away.
"Someone looks mad...." Percy teases me after a couple second.
"Shut up seaweed brain," I retort back to him and cross my arms.
"Whatever," Leo says with a smirk, "I'm going to campfire. Unless you want to make a separate flaming hot camp fire out of me..?"
We all look at him like...

uh, no.

But him being son of Hephaestus, and having the ability of fire, there usually were a lot of jokes that included "hot" and "flames".
But aside that, I stand up and tuck the book underneath my arm, and walk with them across the pavilion.
"Whats that book?" Percy asks me, walking by my side.
I give him the book for him to inspect, "I found it in back of the Athena cabin. It's called, Forgotten Events in the History of Mount Olympus.

~~~~~~
Percy:
I inspect the book.
"Sooo.... your trying to dig up secrets about the Gods?" I ask.
She snorts a little, "in a way, yes I guess I am."
I feel the corners of my mouth go up, "Then include me on the project," I tell her excitedly, "Because I don't think you know how long I've been waiting to humiliate the Godsโ€”"
"I said in a way, yes I am Seaweed Brain. But I'm not trying to expose of spill any secrets or anything. I just need more information on.. on what Chiron was starting to tell me yesterday," she says.
The corners of my mouth go down, "Aw. I wanted to expose them," I whine.
"Well then you can do that yourself," she says plainly as she sits down in front of the campfire with the rest of the group.
And we're about to settle down with some camp fire songs when all of the sudden...
BOOM!!!
I then make an embarrassing yelp and everyone scrambles back from the fire with a jump.
"What was that???" Leo asks.
Jason squints at the sky, "Either dad is angry... or uh.. he just got a...... "bright" idea..." Jason slowly says in a reply.
It's then silent for a minute until Leo does a delayed reaction and starts laughing his head off, saying in between snorts, "AHAHAHA.... BRIGHT.... LIGHTNING!!!"
I cough and then see out of the corner of my eye Piper face palm her face.
"CAMPERS!!!" Chiron's voice then yells, "INTO CABINS!! WE'LL HAVE TO SKIP CAMP FIRE TODAY!" He says.
I hear some groans and 'cmon...' from the other campers, but then everybody eventually gets up and starts trudging away from the camp fire.
"First day back at camp half blood and we can't even do camp fire," Leo pouts at us as we walk away, "Well... anyways. Do any of you want to come to the Hephaestus cabin? It's plenty warm and fire-y in thereโ€”"
"Look!!!" Hazel interrupts, flinging her head behind us and pointing at the sky.
"What??" Frank and Annabeth say at the same time.
"I don't see anything.." I remark as we stand there for a little bit.
"No," Hazel says, "It's like... I don't know I feel a vibrationโ€”"
"I feel it too," Jason interrupts, "Except I feel it from the sky. I think something is fallingโ€”"
"The sky is falling apart????" Frank asks in disbelief.
Jason sighs and shakes his head, "No. Is that even possible?? I mean... I know Jupitโ€” er... I guess Zeus to you guys now that we're at Camp Half Blood... is powerful... butโ€”"
"Look!!!!" Hazel shouts again, this time making her voice reach all the way across camp half blood, making all the campers' heads turn.
And this time,
I definitely see something.
Something falling from the sky...
A...
Girl.
A girl falling from the sky.
"Wait..." I start to say, "Howโ€”"
"PERCY!!" Annabeth suddenly screams into my face, "WATER!! CATCH HER BEFORE SHE LANDS!!!" She yells frantically, pointing to the stream next to us.
I immediately get what she's trying to say and get a wave and shoot it over to where she's falling, her landing in a splash.
"Oh gods of Olympus... what this time???" Annabeth mutters as she, the rest of us, and the other campers make our way over to the hovering wave of water.
I slowly lower the wave, making sure not to drop who ever this girl was, and lowered her gently to the ground.
We then all gather around, staring and gawking in wonder.
"What inโ€”" Chiron starts to day, making his way over.
He stops mid way in his sentence though as he sees the girl lying on the ground.
I look at her again and observe her more closely this time. She has blonde hair like Annabeth's, except it's obviously drenched in water and she's unresponsive, not moving.
"Get her to the infirmary in the Apollo cabin," he orders after a second of getting through the crowd of campers, "We'll discuss morning tomorrow."
"But..." Annabeth starts to say.
"Back to your cabins!" Chiron says, shooing all the campers away, ignoring Annabeth.
Annabeth scrunches her eyebrows together, and looks about ready to walk up to Chiron and demand his undivided attention when I stop her.
"Hey. Wise Girl. We'll figure it out tomorrow morning, alright?" I tell her.
She frowns at me, "But.. I thinkโ€”"
"Annabeth," Chiron then interrupts, "Actually... I may need your help. Come with me to the infirmary. Jason, you too." He says.
"What about me??" I ask, disappointed.
He sighs and then reluctantly says, "Okay Jackson. Come with me as well."
I silently pump my fist and go along with Annabeth and Jason.
"What about us?" basically all the other campers still present ask.
Chiron shakes his head, "Go back to your cabins! We'll all discuss tomorrow!โ€”- hey! Will! Be careful with her. Nico, no. I'm sorry but you will be welcome again in the Apollo cabin tomorrow morning. No talking back. Okay! Percy! Annabeth! Jason! Follow me."
I glance back at our other friends and mouth, "Sorry," though they don't look very receipting to the apology because they don't get to go.
I sigh and then grab Annabeth's hand for support as we walk next to Jason.
"So..." Annabeth drags out as she looks at the girl who fell from the sky, being carried by the Apollo kids, "What do you think? New sibling?" She asks Jason in a swift and tired voice.
He looks down at his feet, "To be completely honest, I'm not sure I even know anymore."
I shake my head, "Totally understandable bro. Being a demigod is unpredictable. Sometimes I wish we were just regular mortals. But then I guess we would've never met each other then... or maybe we would have who knowsโ€”-"
I'm cut off though by Annabeth punching the side of my arm to stop talking.
"Hey!" I say.
She ignore me and then turns her attention back to Jason, "Anyways... so wait. You think she's a child of Zeus because she well.. fell from the sky with lightning or...?"
Jason looks around the infirmary, which we were now in, "I mean... that's what I'm guessing. It's the most reasonable answer, right?"
"Yeah..." Annabeth and I say at the same time. Then I add, "She also sort of look like you. You two both have blonde hair," I tell him.
He smiles a little bit, but then it falls when Chiron walks over to us.
"You three can wait here," he tells us, motioning to one of the bunks, "I'll be back in a bit."
So as he says, he walks out the door, leaving us with the rest of the Apollo kids, bandages, and cricket chirping.
I sigh.
First time back at camp half blood after a year of school!
Anddd already....
Another quest.
