"𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐈 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋," you said as you slashed through a soul eater who was about to suck your Soul. It immediately faded away, and its remains fell to the ground. You snarled at the others who were making their way to you. They stopped and turned around, going back to the dark gate. "You have given yourself away, y/n. Are you sure you wanna keep fighting with us?" Shang-chi said as he killed a soul eater.

You scoffed at the man talking into the air and blaring a small fire to kill the eaters. They burnt to ash and fell. "Little human, yes, I wanna keep fighting. You need my help more than you know." So you said then stopped attacking when you saw the military cars you knew that only one man used. Xu Wenwu. You growled and landed beside Shang-chi. Your landing shook the ground a little after you had grown. Xu Wenwu stopped before you, looking at his children before his eyes caught yours.

They widened. "The wing?" He asked. The children and Katy looked at you, confused. "How does he know you?" Katy asked. You sighed; your talons scar thing up the earth. Your eyes then found him, and you growled loudly. "My name is y/n the last dragon of the west. I am the dragon who killed more humans than you could ever. But for good, not for bad." Without any other word, you pounced at him getting the fight going again. Who knew this fight would show that you weren't alone in this world.

You breathed heavily as the rings made their way for you again. The dragon of Ta Lo had woken up now and had joined the fight. You had been blown away by his beauty but couldn't stare too long before you had to focus again. you fought against Wenwu with his son. "you alright?" Shang-chi asked as he went to your side. You puffed and looked up again, growling. "yes, I'm fine. Let's take him," you snapped and made for the warrior king who dodged your talons. But nearly.

They gave him some wounds that wouldn't go away. Scars that would remind him of this fight. You made one last time for his rings as they swirled around you. You felt yourself bond to them. Shang-chi got the same, and instead of glowing blue, they burned red. For you, they glowed white. You smirked at the newfound power and connection. "looks like the rings are ours now," you sneered. Xu Wenwu scowled at you and made some movements with his arms as if he called the rings back.'

But they didn't listen and feasted themselves on your arm. You were left for you and suitable for Shang-chi. But then, suddenly, the gate bursts open, and the Dweller-in-Darkness appears. You growled and stopped fighting Xu Wenwu. The Dweller suddenly grabbed Wenwu and consumed his Soul as well. You whimpered in despair as you saw Xu fall to the ground dead. His son didn't have it better. Your wing sprung out and draped over the man. "he died in honor," you said as the Dweller flew toward the village with its army of Soul Eaters.

You nudged Shang-chi, who stroked your snout, then let him mount you, and the two of you followed after the sucker. The people of Ta Lo and the Ten Rings had opined forces to fight the Dweller's strengths, and the Great Protector soon attacked the Dweller. You joined in attacking the giant creature, gaining respect from teh protector. You fought side by side. But soon,  the Dweller gained the upper hand as its minions provided more souls to boost its strength. It first grabbed the Great Protector and began consuming his Soul.

However, you slashed at it just as Katy Chen fired her last Dragon Scale Arrow right into the Dweller's throat, hurting him and freeing the Great Protector from his grasp. You helped the protector gain altitude, and together you and he began heading towards the water with the Dweller following closely. The Great Protector began to trap it once more as Shang-Chi and Xialing attacked it. Using his rings to push the Dweller deeper into the water, Shang-Chi went the rings deeper into the Dweller, causing it to explode.

When it was done, you all headed back to the village. You landed at the shore, looking at the great protector as Shang-chi and Xu Xialing dismounted him. Although victorious, both the people of Ta Lo and the Ten Rings suffered heavy losses. The surviving combatants, including Nan, the Ten Rings, and Slattery, you, hold a vigil to honor the dead. Shang-Chi bids goodbye to his father. "will you follow us back to San Francisco?" Shang-chi asks as they get ready to leave. You stop talking with the protector and turn to them, lowering your head. "no, I won't. I'm sorry, but my home isn't here nor in the town of men. It was great fighting beside you, all mortals. but I'm afraid my junior in the land of yours is ended."

Shang-chi nodded and placed a hand on your snout face toy, stroking it as a goodbye. "goodbye then, I hope we will see each other soon," you smiled. "we will, young one. We will" you then nuzzle the great protector and flies off towards home. And towards blue.
