I have been reading all your comments and a lot of you have requested for another so here it is.

I have decided to give four updates this week.

This is the second update and third will be on Wednesday with the final one on Thursday.

The next update will be on Monday.

Gupta Residence.

Khushi entered the house to find the entire family including a pale Payal with puffy eyes sitting at the dinning table ready to have their breakfast.

She stared at the family whom she sacrificed everything for in her past life but  discarded her like trash but in this life she was not going to show mercy to anyone except her babuji.

The only one who loved her unconditionally without asking for anything in return.

Khushi cleared her throat and they all turned to stare at her and she wasn't surprised when Payal looked away angrily as Garima and Buaji glared at her in disgust.

Only Shashi stood up happily, run up to Khushi and hugged her but she didn't hug him back which shocked him.

He smiled and cupped her face and was confused seeing her emotionless expression.

"Preeto called saying you were sleeping over....... Am happy you are finally back home and safe. " Shashi exclaimed enthusiastically and held her hand dragging her to the table but Khushi halted abruptly causing him to stop and he turned staring at Khushi confused.

"Am no longer sitting at the same table as all of you anymore. "

This shocked all of them but it turned to anger and Garima and Buaji were about to taunt her but she ignored them and turned to Shashi who looked stunned by the change in her behavior.

"Babuji, I need to speak to you urgently and in private but be warned because at the end of our conversation, you will have to hard choice of choosing between me or them. " Khushi said pointing to the trio who fumed hearing her.

"What nonsense is this Khushi? " Payal yelled matching up to Khushi and a memory of her previous life hit her.

Khushi stared at Payal in disgust which didn't go unnoticed by all except an enraged Payal who was engulfed by rage to see any straight.

"You have ruined my life and now you want to snatch my father from me...... No I won't allow an orphaned no body like you to think she can snatch things from me........ Now get out of my father's house before I kill you. "

Khushi stared pitifully at Payal,shook her head and started laughing which left Payal stunned.

"My dear jiji...... First of all thanks for showing your true color and don't worry because I am leaving this house soon....... Secondly I didn't ruin your life but saved you from Abhishek who only wanted a maid to take care of his sick grandmother by marrying you........ You don't believe me...... Then see this. "

Khushi pulled out a phone and played a video and it looks like it was taken yesterday in their kitchen.

It was Abhishek's mother laughing and telling someone on the phone about how she can now leave home and party because the care of her mother will now be in the hands of her new daughter in law.

She also call Payal a free maid and an incubator to carry her grandchildren.

Payal was stunned seeing the video and so were the family.

Khushi smirked seeing her devastated state and walked up to Payal with their faces a few inches from each other.

"Preeto had taken the video and sent it to me........ I just save you from a lifetime of servitude........ Your own mother and aunt were ready to pawn you off to them as long they can brag about you getting married........ I know you have always hated me for being better than you but truth be told, your inferiority complex is what made you think I was better than you....... Your venomous mother took advantage of the fact that a rich man like my father rejected her for my mother, her stepsister and that hate she transfered to you........ She is not ashamed even bringing it up in front of her own husband who have loved her  and did the best for her but she couldn't even love him genuinely as she is still in love with for her late brother in law........ Disgusting." Garima stared at Khushi in shock and so was Payal and Buaji but Shashi looked hurt hearing the reality of his life."Grow a spine Payal and as for Babuji, I didn't steal him from you....... Your lack of interest in his interest and I working together with him made you think I was his favorite........ You were ashamed of him for being a sweet maker since we were kids and even lied abouy father being your father......... You avoided anything that had to do with the shop........ I dare you deny it. " Payal gulped and turned to Shashi who shook his head disappointed because it was true.  "He loves us equally and if you can't see that then you are doomed. "

Khushi turned to Shashi and held his hand dragging him to his and Garima's room and locked the door.

Shashi stared at Khushi confused seeing her staring at him not knowing Khushi was a memory lane from her mystic encounter with her parents before her second life.

"𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒏'𝒕 𝒈𝒐 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏. " Khushi argued with her parents who smiled and this angered her.

"𝑫𝒆𝒂𝒓, 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒈𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒚 𝒊𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆. " Anvi exclaimed amused and Ranveer nodded which confused Khushi. Khushi felt her body shaking and when her reverie broke, she found Shashi staring at her concerned and she smiled at him.

She dragged him to the bed and made him sit down.

"I know you lied about Papa's business partners stealing my inheritance and the fake trials. "

Shashi's eyes widened in shock hearing this and he covered Khushi's mouth and stared at the door.

Khushi shook her head and pulled his hand away.

"You might not know but all the rooms are soundproof   ...... They won't hear anything even if they ease drop. "

Shashi sighed in relief but became alert as he remembered what Khushi said a minute ago.

"How did you know? "

"It doesn't matter babuji........ I know you did it to protect me but it's time we put ourselves first........ They don't care about us except for the money we bring in from the shop and my tutoring jobs....... I am leaving forever and never returning again....... Come with me. "

Shashi was taken aback but understood Khushi is acting this way because she had reached her breaking point.

He had also suspected Preeto had told her all the insult that was rain on her by Abhishek's family and his.

He turned to the night stand, picked up his phone and sent a message to Khushi's phone which she saw.

"Call that number....... They are expecting you and will show you everything you will need to know about your inheritance and the other investment he had helped me make over the past years...... Go now my dear....... Live freely. "

Khushi cried and hugged Shashi who hugged her back.

A minute later, they pulled out of the hug and Khushi unlocked the door to find Buaji and Garima waiting by the door.

Buaji was about to speak but Khushi royally ignored her and walked to her room leaving Buaji fuming but she turned her attention to Shashi who had come out with his arms folded staring at them.

Buaji was about to speak but Shashi held up his hand stopping her.

"Your wishes will be granted today....... Khushi is leaving and never coming back........ Now she is free from having to pretend to be an illiterate so that she will be inferior to Payal........ You don't have to see her again......... From now on, I don't want to hear anyone cursing my daughter again......... But with Khushi now leaving, it means you are all going to start working if you want to dress fancy and buying yourselves all those expensive jewelry........ Your stay at home privilege ends from today." Shashi said in dead serious tone which shocked them.

They watched as he headed to the girls room.

"Finally." Garima exclaimed making Buaji turn to her angrily.

"Are you stupid or blinded by your envy and hate for your sister that you don't realize Shashi will be the only one working at the shop which means he will reduce the number of orders he takes....... We will be short on money and as Shashi said, we will all have to start working........ Your overreaction has ruined us. " Buaji chided and walked away angrily as the weight of Khushi's absence could cause a decrease in their income but I was too late as she saw Shashi walk out with Khushi with a small suit case and helping her into a taxi.

"What have I done? "

Khushi stared outside and smiled as she felt so light knowing she had finally taken the first step to change her life in her second life.

But she was confused not knowing where she and Arnav stood in their second life.

She decided to shake it off and focus on his healing.

Aman had called her to reveal he had arranged one of Arnav's penthouse for them to stay in.

She didn't want to do it, but she knew her heart will never be at peace to leave Arnav alone in this state.

She ordered the drive to turn back to the hospital and called Preeto to join her at the hospital and promised to explain later.

Khushi arrived at the hospital to find Aman nervously pacing back and forth at Arnav's door.

Aman halted and run up to Khushi with a worried look on his face.

"There is trouble ma'am........ Someone in the hospital who is friend's with Mami had called her informing her of Arnav's condition and the whole family including Lavanya are here. " Aman revealed but was stunned when Khushi looked extremely calm contrast to how her expected her to be.

"And my husband? " Khushi asked calmly as she walked towards Arnav's room.

"He woke up a few minutes ago and has been calling out to you....... The family seems confused hearing him call out to you........ He had to be sedated again in other not to worsen his condition...... They did question me about you but I kept quiet and run out...... I hope I did right? " Aman asked nervously and Khushi smirked at him as they both walked to the room but Khushi halted and said.

"Make the doctor know I want him discharged to the penthouse........ Call Mr Roy and have him meet us at the penthouse........ Leave the family to me. "

Aman nodded and watched as Khushi entered the room.

"Wow, she is just like the boss....... Lavanya is in for a surprise she will never forget. "

The Raizada family looked confused seeing Khushi enter but she stared at all of them and rage filled her seeing the people who were the cause of her pain and death but she immediately composed herself and ignored them walking up to Arnav and kissed his forehead and just like before, Arnav smiled in his unconscious state which shocked all of them.

"Excuse me who the hell are you and why are you kissing my boyfriend. " Lavanya snapped arrogantly.

Khushi glared at her making her shudder as she walked up to Lavanya and folded her arms staring at Lavanya up and down as the family looked on confused.

Khushi shook her head and scoffed which pissed off Lavanya.

"You must be the fake girlfriend Arnav hired to get his family off his back about getting married. " Lavanya looked stunned as the family looked on confused and shocked by the revelation.

"Hello hi bye bye........ What does she mean by fake girlfriend. " Mami exclaimed suspiciously and shivers run down Khushi's spine hearing the voice of the woman who murdered her but she was also stunned by her new ability to compose herself.

"Mrs Manorama Singh Raizada aka Mami. " Mami was shocked hearing the stranger say her name. "She is being paid by Aru to be his fake lover so that you together with Mrs Anjali Jha and Mrs Devyani Singh Raizada will get off his back about him getting married and if she dare denies it, Mr Akash Singh Raizada here can confirmed my words. "

The stunned family turned to an equally stunned Akash who smiled nervously but nodded and Lavanya looked pale seeing the look of disgust being thrown at her.

"They are still the same self centered and judgemental people they were in my first life. " Khushi thought staring at them.

"But who are you and how do you know us? " Anjali asked in her usual angelic voice which was so soothing to Khushi in her first life but in this life, she cringed which didn't go unnoticed by the family and Anjali who was taken aback by her reaction.

Khushi walked up to her with a face a few inches from her face.

"I am Khushi. " The family realized she was the woman Arnav was asking for but they were in for another shock with the bomb Khushi dropped a few seconds later. "Correction, I am Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada........ Arnav's wife and you bhabhi. "

The family looked astonished as Khushi smirked staring at them.
