𝑵𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅.

A week Later.

It's been two days since Akash was discharged from the hospital and three days since Arnav got the results from the lap and just like he suspected, he was indeed right about Mami being innocent but what alarmed him the most was why Akash will poison himself and frame Mami who could face the death penalty if found guilty.

He knew for a fact Akash poisoned himself because the two days after Akash was admitted, he went into his room to get some clothes when he found a bunch of syringes and a small glass tube half filled by a clear liquid.

This sent alarm bells into his mind and he immediately rushed to the kitchen, pulled out two zip lock bags and placed them into it and into his coat.

When he saw everyone busy, he excused himself and went to met an old friend who owned a crime investigation lab and had the liquid run and fingerprints retrieved from them.

He had received the results two days ago and as he suspected, Akash and him were the only handprints that was found on the tube and syringes.

He knew he had to make Akash talk but a part of him felt bad for hiding all of this from Khushi and at the same time, something in his conscience made him feel right about hiding his findings from everyone until he confronts Akash.

He stared at Khushi who was peacefully sleeping on his chest and gently lifted her up and moved away from her.

Khushi frown in her sleep making Arnav chuckle as he realised she has been deprived of his warmth and he took his pillow and tucked it into her arms and Khushi smiled as Arnav shook his head.

He quietly walked into his closet and pulled out a hidden compartment under his drawer containing his ties and cufflinks.

He took the zip lock bag and a brown paper containing the results of his investigation and sneaked out.

He prayed that everyone would be asleep and he was lucky they were as he moved to Akash's room.

He opened the door and entered only to find Akash's bed empty.

He heard noise coming from his walk in closet and he walked up to the entrance to find Akash frantically searching for something.

"Looking for this? "

Akash jerked but smiled seeing Arnav until his eyes fell on the zip lock bag with the syringes and arsenic and his eyes widened in shock behind his glasses.

"Akash explain yourself. " Arnav gritted his teeth with rage in his eyes making Akash gulp.

He slowly walked up to his bed and sat on it with his head bowed in shame.

The tapping of Arnav's feet to the floor was an indication Arnav was getting impatient and wanted answers from him.

"There is no denying you poisoned yourselves because this lab results indicates that the liquid is Arsenic and you and my handprint were the only ones on the bottle....... You framed Mami and now your father is not only divorcing her but doing everything in his power for her to get the death sentence.......do you understand that your mother will be killed." Arnav yelled shaking from the rage and disappointment that had engulfed him.

"She deserves the death sentence and much more worse. " Akash responded in a eerily calm voice as he lifted his head and his eyes locked with a stunned Arnav.

Shivers run down Arnav's spine seeing the lack of remorse or pity from his sensitive brother.

He wondered what Mami had done to deserve this from Akash but his wondering was about to be answered.

"She deserves it because she murdered Khushi bhabie and your child...... I lost Payal and our child because of my blind love and devotion to her." Tears streamed down AKash's cheeks but the pain in his eyes turned to rage as he continued and a stunned Arnav looked on. "We lost our children because of our blind devotion to Anjali and Maa therefore she deserves it....... As long as she is free, she will find a way to disturb our peace....... Maa is gone Anjali and Shyam are next. "

Arnav was not only shocked hearing Akash knew about the death of their child but he had lost Payal and his child with her and he was in for another shock as Akash continued.

"I came back just like you and Khushi bhabie. " Akash smiled looking up at Arnav.

Arnav jerked out of his shock and pulled Akash's recliner closer to him and sat on it dropping everything on the floor.

"Akash you also transmigrated into this timeline? "

Akash nodded and Arnav was stunned.

"I also know you and Khushi bhabie are seeking revenge against them for murdering her and your child. "

Arnav shook his head confusing Akash who had a frown on his face.

"Khushi doesn't know about the baby...... She knows I murdered Mami, Anjali and Shyam but not the baby...... Call me selfish but I can't bring myself to tell her because she will be broken that's why I have been mourning our child in silence. "

Akash nodded understanding his reasons as he also has been doing the same since he found our about his transmigration.

"Does Payal also know about the transmigration? " Arnav asked curiously and Akash shook his head.

"She doesn't and never will. " Arnav frown confused hearing this. "I researched about what happened to us and I found out not everyone will remember a transmigration especially when the person's soul never wanted or longed enough to want a second chance at life...... The night I and Payal including our baby died, she cursed the day she ever met me. "

Akash then narrated everything that happened to them the day they died.

"Bhai,we were fools and it cost us our children and the women we loved..... I won't make the same mistake again and I know you won't do that either. " Arnav sighed hearing this but nodded.

"But Akash don't you think framing Mami with attempted murder was too far? " Arnav tried to reason with Akash but he shook his head.

"She deserves it for everything she did...... She is more evil than you and I think and there is a reason she loves Anjali more than us. "

Arnav frown as he watched Akash pulled the cabinet beside his bed and pulled out an envelope and handed it to Arnav.

"Open it and read the content. " Arnav sceptically but curiously opened the envelope and was stunned reading the content and his head snapped back at Akash. "Yes bhai........ Anjali is my half sister...... She is maa's child...... That's why she could never do wrong in her eyes.......Anjali is neither a Malik or Raizada. ........ It's possible she is Maa's love child with another man."

To say Arnav was shocked will be an understatement.

As much as he was shocked,it finally made sense why Mami always favoured Anjali over them especially Akash.

"But how is this possible and how did maa pass herself off as Anjali's mother? " Arnav exclaimed in shock and confusion and Akash shrugged.

"There is only one person who can answer this question and it's unfortunately my egg donor. " Akash replied.

"God, just when I think everything is about to end soon, something comes up again........ If we don't find out the truth, I will go crazy soon. "

"Bhai we have to solve this mystery soon but unfortunately I won't reveal the truth about what I did and I know you won't...... Deny it all you want but Maa deserves what she is about to get...... It's better she rots in jail forever. " Akash exclaimed in an affirmative tone and Arnav nodded not having any choice.

"What have you planned for Anjali and Shyam? " Akash asked and Arnav sighed.

"I don't have to plan anything for them because they are about to destroy each other on their own. " Arnav proceeded and told Akash everything Anjali and Shyam had done and what Anjali was planning.

Akash didn't looked surprised or stunned and Arnav just like him realised Akash is desensitized by their past action.

"Like mother like daughter. " Akash exclaimed and it was followed by silence for a few minutes.

"There is something you need to know. " Arnav said breaking the silence. "Payal is my half sister. "

Akash was shocked hearing this as Arnav proceeded to tell Akash the truth about Garima and the origin of Payal.

"We have decided to take this secret to our graves to spare Payal and Shashi of any hurt...... As for Garima, Khushi and I had shipped her to a tea farmland in Kashmir where is made to work day and night as punishment...... She is under 24/7  supervision. "

"Wow...... I can't believe all this has been happening and we were all oblivious to it our whole lives in the past...... Am happy all this has come out. "

"Me too. " Arnav supported.

Arnav then instructed Akash to empty the bottle and throw the evidence away and they also decided to find a away to get Mami to confess about the origin of Anjali and how she got to Ratna in exchange for a lighter sentence.

Arnav stood up after their talk and walked to the door but halted and turned to Akash.

"Make my baby sister cry and I will beat the shit out of you. "

Akash laughed as Arnav chuckled and he walked out leaving a relieved Akash behind.

He was now light after telling his truth but was still shocked by Arnav's revelations.

"God please help us through and also bring back our babies to us soon. " Akash prayed as he entered the bathroom and carefully disposed off the arsenic, shredded the lab results and flashed them down the toilet together with the syringes.

The Next Day.

Everyone got ready to escort Nk to the airport for his new project.

Nk didn't want to leave his family especially after what happened but they assured him they will update him everytime to keep his mind at ease.

Anjali who thought Nk will come around soon was surprised when he left with the others except Payal who stayed behind to take care of Akash.

She sadly limped to her room and sat on her bed fuming at how everything was falling apart and in two days, they will be out of RM.

She was lost in thought when Shyam barged into the room and locked the door behind.

He was raging and this scared Anjali as Shyam threw the bag at her.

Her jewelry spilled out of the bag and she stared back at Shyam looking confused as she packed up the jewelry.

"What are doing with my jewelry? " Anjali asked angrily but Shyam responded with a slap sending Anjali onto the bed.

Before Anjali could recover, Shyam bounced on her and began slapping and punching her causing Anjali to scream alerting Akash and Payal who started banging on the door but it was locked.

"You bitch...... You ruined my life and when I am about to leave you and go away, I find out the rest of your jewelry is fake. " Shyam screamed as he got off a bruised Anjali who started snickering like maniac which pissed Shyam off.

"You think I don't know what you are about to do...... Let me guess, you tried to sell the house and you couldn't do that as Aman had put it in my name and without my verbal agreement and signature, you won't be able to do it without me knowing your intentions. " Shyam was shocked hearing her. " Don't be shocked...... I have read all your messages and know the truth....... My real jewelry are safe and hidden from you...... These ones are fake replicas I had made to fool you....... Thanks to you Shyam, I will stay in RM forever. "

Shyam stared at Anjali confused as to why she was whispering.

She moved to her drawer and pulled out a gun pointing it at Shyam who lifted his hand afraid.

"Akash and Payal are behind the door and will be my witness of your death being in self defense and after you die, I will fake a miscarriage and live in RM forever while you rot in hell. "

Anjali pointed the gun at Shyam's head with a devish look on her face.

Akash slammed his body onto the door and he managed to break the door but the loud sound of the door breaking was mixed with a gunshot.

Akash and Payal look on in horror as Shyam's body hit the floor shaking vigorously until it went numb after a few seconds.

They both looked up to find Anjali pointing the gun at them and panic engulfed the two.

Payal rushed in front of Akash spreading her arms ready to take a pullet for him but Akash held her and turned her around causing his back to face Anjali.

Another gunshot sounded in the mansion and it passed straight into a body.
