Outskirts of Delhi.

Aman and Preeto entered a beautiful luxurious apartment to find two boy being chased by a toddler while she giggled.

"Welcome Mr Mathur and Miss Sinha. " The young mother of the children greeted as she served them tea and snacks.

Aman and Preeto happily took it and eat enjoying the delicious snacks and sweet tea.

"How are you Aditi? " Preeto asked friendly as she placed the empty cup down on the center table and Aditi responded saying she was okay but it dropped after a few seconds. "Is something wrong?...... If you don't feel comfortable here then we can move you out to a better place. "

"No Miss Sinha am happy here...... See how happy my children are........Compared to the slums are was living in, this is heaven on earth the reason why am sad is because I feel horrible for agreeing to be a surrogate to a monster like Shyam Manohar Jha who was going to use the baby for horrible things....... As much as am sad for aborting the baby, it's better this way....... I know you people wanted me to keep the baby for myself but I can't bring a child into this world like this....... I only agreed to do it because he made me believe he and his wife were good people....... Having the abortion is all on me." Aditi explained making Preeto and Aman sigh in relief.

"Don't worry about anything...... After we expose Shyam and his wife, we will help you and your children leave the country if you want to...... Their education now and in the future will be covered by us...... We will also find you a job when the time is right okay........ My boss which you would accept the monthly allowance instead of working but it's your choice and we respect that. " Aman smiled at Aditi who thanked them for their help.

Aman and Preeto then took their leave after giving the children all the toys they bought for them.

Aditi sat on the couch watching her children happily playing.

She was a divorcee who left her husband after her mother in law's guru claimed she and her children were bad omens and that's why her husband didn't have a stable job when the truth was he was disrespectful and harrassed women everywhere he went.

In the beginning she struggled to take care of her children until an agent approached her to be a surrogate for a lot of money.

She seeing this as an opportunity for a better future for her children didn't turn back especially when she spoke to Anjali on a video call.

She found her to be sweet and wanted to help her achieve her dream of becoming a month.

The insemination went on smoothly and she got pregnant but a week ago, she was approached by Preeto and Aman who revealed the true reason for Anjali wanting a child and the kind of person they both were.

At first she didn't believe them until she saw a video of Shyam and Anjali jubilating about how they will use the child to trap her family and get all her brothers properties.

She felt disgusted by them and agreed to leave Lucknow with her children to wherever Preeto and Aman wanted her to go.

They settled her in the rich neighborhood on the outskirts of Delhi where she has been living until now.

She couldn't bring herself to keep a child of such a man and even though the child was biologically hers, she knew Shyam will definitely take the child away since she signed the documents giving away her rights as the biological mother.

Aman and Preeto were against it and promised to help her leave the country to avoid Shyam and Anjali but she was adamant and went through with it as she didn't want the child to come into the world at all.

"Devi Maiya, forgive me for what I just did........ It was for the best. " Aditi whispered looking up.

On the road of Delhi, Aman and Preeto were driving back to RM but the memory of them discovering the truth about Anjali and Shyam played in their heads.

Flashback.
Two and half weeks into ther vacation.

Preeto accidentally walked in on Aman, Arnav and Khushi watching a video of Shyam and Anjali celebrating a pregnancy in what looks like their room.

"Why are you three spying on them? " Preeto asked and they jerked, turned only to find Preeto staring at them suspiciously.

She saw Khushi stare at Arnav who nodded as Aman stared at both of them confused and back to Preeto.

"Well Arnav asked me to install cameras in their room and bug their phone but he didn't tell me why....... My men are the ones supervising everything and are to send anything suspicious activities to them. " Aman explained his side and Preeto folded her arms staring back from Aman to them.

"Come with us. " Arnav exclaimed in a serious tone as he log out of his laptop and closed it.

The four of them walked out of the villa and onto the opposite side of the island away from the others.

They stopped under a small cluster of coconut trees and Arshi sat under one of the trees as Arnav signalled them to sit.

"Anjali and Shyam are worse than you two think they are...... They are leeches who will do anything to get money...... As you know Nani has given them three months to leave RM and made me cut them off......... They came up with a plan to get Nani to side with them....... Aman already knows Anjali in incapable of getting pregnant so they are trying to use a surrogate and Anjali would pretend to be pregnant and when the time comes, they will pass of the child of as Anjali's  and I don't want that...... For I and Khushi to be happy, I must get rid of not only them but Mami as well....... As long as the trio are not out of our lives, we will never be happy with the rest of the family. "

"Wait, then why didn't you know about the plot? " Preeto asked staring at Aman who shrugged.

"The boys reported directly to Arnav...... I only know about Anjali because I handled that part and just like you stumbled on us, I also stumbled on them and was about to ask what was going on but you beat me to it. " Aman explained and Preeto nodded.

"Well if you guys want to get rid of them then get rid of the source of their conspiracies........ We must find that woman and hid her and this will cause them to do something desperate enough for them to be ostracized from the family for good." Aman's jaw dropped staring at Preeto who glared at him as Arshi laughed. He was shocked at how vindictive Preeto was but Arnav who  knew Preeto wasn't surprised and so was Khushi. "I know you two are still hiding something from us and am not offended..... I know when you guys are comfortable, you will tell us but know I will always be here to help you guys. "

"Me too. " Aman exclaimed enthusiastically.

"Okay then...... To avoid any suspicions, first you will all including Babuji and Payal move to RM."

"Pause." Preeto stopped Khushi midway. "Why is your Babuji and Payal coming to RM with us? " She asked confused and Arnav and Aman also stared at her marring Preeto's confused expression.

"I see something in Payal that I haven't seen before and that's sincere change...... She and Babuji are more closer than before and I know for sure Garima and Madhumati will do anything to sabotage it because controlling Payal means controlling Babuji....... Babuji loves Payal and they know she is his weakness and will use Payal against him....... Babuji finally looks happy with his bonding with Payal which he has always craved for and same goes for Payal...... I want a safe environment away from those two toxic witches...... RM is the perfect place and besides it will save Nani the stress of having to go to Laxmi Nagar to always visit them....... We can use the cafe and it's opening as an excuse to force them to come live with in RM....... You two will also come to make our communication easier."

They all nodded at her explanation and were proud of Khushi for still caring for Payal after everything.

"Let not forget it's also the perfect opportunity for Akash and Payal to know each other more. " Arnav exclaimed smiling and Preeto's eyes widened in shock.

"Wait so you all see them stealing glances at each other and all. " The trio nodded smiling. "I thought I was being paranoid any ways they do make a good couple...... As much as I still have my doubts about Payal, I want her to be happy and if Akash will make her happy then so be it....... But we have to move fast in the plan to get rid of the Jhas and Akash's mother whom I know will do anything to sabotage them. "

They then planned to have Aman and Preeto meet the surrogate and get her out of the situation.

Thanks to the people hired to spy on Shyam, they were able to locate the woman and convince her to come with them.

She didn't believe them at first until they revealed the truth to her and she was stunned but believed and agreed to come with them.

Arshi decided to help the woman and her children after hearing her painful past but were shocked when she insisted on aborting the child.

Even though they were against it, they had no choice as it was her decision.

Flashback ends.

Aman's phone rang breaking his and Preeto's reverie and he received is on loud speaker as it was Arnav because he knew he was going to ask about Aditi.

"Aman, put me on loudspeaker." Aman the revealed to Arnav he was on loudspeaker." How is Aditi and her children? " Arnav asked.

"They are happily adjusting especially the kids but why does your voice sound cracked up? " Preeto who answered asked with concern.

"I discovered something shocking and I don't want to repeat my impulsive behavior of jumping into conclusion without knowing the truth...... Aman I know you are connected to people in the pharmaceutical industry...... I need you to get me a drug even though it's illegal. "

Aman frown and stared at Preeto immediately parking by the roadside.

"Arnav what drug do you need and what for? "

"I need a psychoactive drug. " Arnav replied but Preeto looked confused unlike Aman whose eyes widened in shock as he knew what drug he was asking for.

"Wait a psychoactive drug! As in a truth serum. " Arnav hmmed in response. "But what are going to do with a truth serum?. "

"I need someone to tell me the truth and they won't do it willingly....... I just found out a shocking truth." Arnav paused for a few seconds,sighed and continued."I have a half sister. "

Preeto and Aman stared at the phone stunned by the revelation.

"Come to Arnav's penthouse ........ We are staying there for a day ot two...... You and Preeto come to the penthouse and we will fill you in. " Khushi said and Aman agreed still in shock.

He cut the call and called a good friend who works in the pharmaceutical company that have access to it.

He promised to get it for Aman in a few hours for lot of money and Aman immediately transferred the money to him as they left for Arnav's apartment.

Half an hour later, they arrived at Arnav's penthouse and hurried to the top floor where he resides.

They were shocked seeing Arnav with reddish eyes, an indication he has been crying.

"Buddy what is going on? " Aman asked as they sat down staring at the couple in front of them.

Khushi narrated what the found out this morning and Preeto and Aman was shocked hearing Payal could be Arnav's half sister and Garima was a mistress.

"If this is true, Shashiji will never recover from this betrayal. " Preeto exclaimed concerned as she knows Shashi loves Payal as equally as Khushi.

"We need to find our the truth and the only person who will reveal this is Anant Malik because according to what Khushi knows about Garima,she was accused of being a promiscuous woman which led to her marriage to Shashi after she tried to seduce Khushi's father bit he rejected her for Khushi's mother....... There is more to this story than we know and Anant Malik is the only one who can tell us the truth...... I asked your boys to find him and they just did a few minutes ago...... He is being held at one of our warehouses. " Arnav said but everyone felt the fear in his voice.

"Stay strong my friend. " Arnav nodded and Preeto asked if they had eaten anything.

Khushi revealed they had lost their appetite due to the revelation.

Preeto seeing her friends weren't in the right sense took charge and asked Aman to get her some foodstuffs and but some clothes for her and himself which he happily obliged.

She made Arnav and Khushi rest in his room as she and Aman prepared dinner and making sure they finished it.

Aman also called Nani to inform the others they wouldn't be coming home as they had a meeting with some foreign clients.

RM.
Evening.

Payal and Akash sat on one of the swinging bench in the beautiful garden of the mansion with smiles on their faces as they stared at the night sky.

"Beautiful isn't it? " Payal asked smiling while staring at the night sky.

She turned not hearing any response only to find Akash staring at her intensely.

She blushed seeing this but was taken aback when Akash stood up, kneeled in front of her and held her hands.

"I love you Payal....... And I want to marry you...... I know we just met but I know you are the one. "

Payal was stunned hearing his confession and a part of her felt happy but she snapped back to reality and redrew her hands from his which hurt Akash and this didn't go unnoticed by her.

"Payal don't you like me? " Akash asked hurt. "If it's about my mother then you don't have to worry because I made a mistake once letting her control me and my life but no more...... Please give me a chance..... I beg you. "

Payal didn't like seeing him like this and held his shoulder helping him up as she smiled at him.

"I like you too Akash but I am not on the same level as you. " Akash tried to retort but Payal stopped him. "Let me explain, I want to make a name for myself no matter how small....... I want to be a confectionery and working hard will make me achieve my dreams........ My laziness and inferiority complex made me lose out on the good things and but now I want to do something I loved which I thought I didn't like in the past....... I like you Akash but I want to make something of myself before getting married...... It's a goal I set for myself and I want to achieve it........ How about we get to know each other more and have a long engagement until I'm ready....... For now we can be boyfriend and girlfriend"

Akash with tears in his eyes nodded and hugged Payal who reciprocated.

"Payal come with me. "

Payal nodded and Akash held her hand dragging her into the mansion.

They entered to find Shashi, Manohar and Nani chatting and laughing in the hall with Mami sitting at the base of the stairways sulking.

They were all surprised seeing them holding hands.

"Papa, Dadi, Shashiji...... I want to announce that Payal has accepted to be my girlfriend and also we want to have a long engagement. "

The trio rejoiced but Mami stood up shocked staring at a smiling Akash.

Manohar and Shashi congratulated them whereas Nani hugged them.

She was happy for them but wanted to know the reason for the long engagement.

Akash then revealed Payal's desires and goals for herself which she wanted to achieve before getting married.

Nani stared at Payal feeling so proud of her and so was Shashi and Manohar.

Mami seeing this wanted to object but realised this was her opportunity to get Akash and Manohar on her side.

She rushed to hug Payal who froze in shock but she halted seeing Akash pulled Payal behind him as he threw a murderous glare at her which sent shivers down her spine.

"My blind devotion to you and Anjali cost me Payal and our unborn child in my past life....... I won't be the fool I was in my past life anymore...... I will protect and love her like she deserves....... I don't know if bhai and Khushiji also came back but if they did, you,Anjali and Shyam are dead and I will enjoy every moment of your miseries. " Akash thought glaring at Mami.
