In the next day ... gerald was working on his project to see he's ready to get started with a new life... then after he finished ... he called maria to see her new "brother" .... Maria came to her grandfather... and...

Gerald: alright sweetheart are you ready to see your brother?

Maria: Yes! *feels so happy*

Gerald: alright go near the huge container

Maria: why?

Gerald: you'll see *smiles*

Maria: *went near the huge container...and then she saw a shadow behind it ... shadow appeared in front of her and went near her*

Maria: *shocked*

Shadow: *feels nervous* h-hi 

Maria: *gasps with star eyes* OH MY GOD!! You look taller than me! 

Shadow: uhh...

Maria: *runs to hugs him & look at his face smiling*

Shadow: !!??

Gerald: don't be afraid shadow she's just hugging you 

Shadow: ... *stares at maria* 

Shadow: *carry her* 

Maria: *giggles*

Shadow: ...

Gerald: alright now .. why don't we go outside the lab ?

Maria: ok!

Shadow: *nods his head & puts maria down*

Maria: *grab shadow's hand and went to the living room with him*

Gerald: *smiles*

Maria is so excited and happy ... she'll be no longer lonely anymore and well have someone to share her experience with ... Shadow is still confused and looking at the living room with confused eyes...

Maria: what's wrong shadow?

Shadow: what is...this place 

Maria: it's called a living room , here me and grandpa are having fun and do stuff together 

Shadow: ....

Maria: *gasps* wow you wear rings?!?!? I haven't seen any magical rings in my life as grandpa said .. they are rare to find ... 

Shadow: ....

Maria: hmm oh! Let's go there! I was drawing some stuff *grab his hand* come i'll show you what i drew!

Shadow: *goes with her*

Maria: here's a beautiful big star called "the sun" 

Shadow: what's a "sun"?

Maria: it's a huge star and it gives us sunlight and energy.. and it's a part of a system called "solar system"

Shadow: what's that thing *point to planet mobius*

Maria: it's the planet "mobius" there .. i was born but .. not for long .. my parents got killed and i don't know how ... but ... i wish i could see them again and ... see planet earth ... a-again *tears come out of her eyes*

Shadow: !!

Shadow: *he carry her and went to gerald*

Shadow: doctor ... is maria alright?

Gerald: oh dear .. *take her from shadow* what happened to her.?

Shadow: i don't actually know but she was telling me about something called "earth"? And then her eyes start to have some kind of a liquid ...

Gerald: *hugs maria to comfort her* Shadow.. this liquid from her eyes called "tears" and they come out of your eyes if you have something sad to cry about 

Shadow: oh— 

Gerald: don't worry , I'm sure you two well get along with each other soon 

Shadow: *smiles a bit*

After this situation ... 3 years later ... maria became 10 years old (she became the same height as shadow ) their relationship grew too .. also ..it was shadow's 3rd birthday for being outside from the lab and see the world .. Maria wanted to give her brother an "eternal gift" so if they got separated .. then they won't lose their memories with this gift ... she went to her grandfather to tell him about her gift and then they started to work on it ...

Shadow: MARIA!! MARIA WHERE ARE YOU?!?! *hope she's not doing anything that could hurt her*

Maria: *gives shadow a hug attack from behind him*

Shadow: !!! *surprised*

Maria: *laughs*

Shadow: you scared me banana girl—

Maria: I'm not a banana !! 

Shadow: yes you are!

Maria: no I'm not!

Shadow: then proof it *runs away*

Maria: HEY!! You were fooling me Mr Black cat!!

Shadow: I'm not a cat —

Maria: and I'm not a banana!!

Gerald: kids! Come here

Shadow/maria: Alright!

Gerald: alright then ... shadow i want you to open the door of the living room 

Shadow: but why doctor?

Gerald: you'll see 

Shadow: *opens the door* 

Maria: *gives shadow a hug* SURPRISE BROTHER!!!

Shadow: wow ... heheh *hugs maria* thanks guys 

Maria: *kiss him in his cheek*

Shadow: *smiles*

Maria: here .. here's your present brother!

Shadow: *looks confused* it's in a very small box?

Gerald: open it shadow ... i bet you'll love it 

Shadow: *opens the box* !!!!!

Maria: it's your gift! A necklace with a green chaos emerald medal!

Shadow: *gives a sweet smile to maria* thanks ... sister *wears the necklace*

Maria: and guess what?! *wears a necklace* now we are twins!! *hugs*

Shadow: you have the same necklace! *hugs*

Gerald: *smiles to see the kids are happy*

After that they had fun playing , dancing and also singing...and after 2 hours passed..

Shadow: hey .. maria..?

Maria: yes brother?

Shadow: as it's my 3rd birthday ... does that mean I'm 3 years old?

Maria: uhh.. I'm not sure about it ... but you know what? I got curios to know... let's go to grandpa and ask him about your age!

Shadow: alright 

They went to gerald in his lab to know about shadow's "real" age ...

Maria: hey .. grandpa?

Gerald: oh .. hey kids want something?

Shadow: doctor .. how old am i?

Maria: he said as its today his 3rd birthday for being outside the lab ... is that mean that shadow is 3 years old grandpa?

Gerald: *laughs a bit* actually .. no .. I created shadow to be a "teenager" and acting as a teenager ... 

Maria: wait.. is that mean that he's OLDER than me!!??

Gerald: you can say that maria ... I created him physically and mentally to be "18 years old" teenage boy 

Maria: *shocked* 

Shadow: so .. I'm 18 years old?

Gerald: it's complicated... I started creating you since maria's parents got killed then i took her with me to raise her instead .. she was 4 years old ... and before 3 years age when she was 7 .. she wanted someone to have fun with ... and in that time I finished creating you ... and made you out for the first time before 3 years ago... so now you were created 3 years ago ... but when we'll come to your age then you're acting like a teenager a 18 years old teenager .. I wanted you to be a teenager to learn about the world .. about yourself and about your family shadow..

Shadow: *smiles* thanks for telling me doctor

Maria: *got sensitive about the last part and hugs shadow* I love you ... shadow 

Shadow: *hugs* i love you too maria *smiles*

Gerald: *looks at them and smiles*

In the night .. shadow & maria were having a "sleepover" together ... but after some time they fall asleep and both slept in maria's room
