THE NEXT MORNING AT THE SILVERTROPLIS NEWSPAPER INC. . . .

It's been two days since Super Knight has been comatose. Everyone is at their desks, barely working on their newspaper articles, coping with how Super Knight isn't there due to his current condition.

One specific newspaper article says with the headlines SUPER KNIGHT DEFEATED! COMATOSE.

On the TV monitor, news reporter, Inez Vasquez is reporting. But she is quite emotional.

And everyone watches the TV news channel.

Inez Vasquez (News Channel) Good morning Silvertroplis. It has been two days since our beloved superhero, Super Knight, has been defeated by the monster known as The Palladium Stone Monster. I know we all cope in our own way, but we must do what we can to get through this dark cloud. We send our prayers to our beloved superhero, Super Knight, and hope that he comes back to us. This has been Inez Vasquez, for the Silvertroplis morning news.

Mr. Cheetam walks out of his office and into the workroom where the newspaper journalists and newspaper article writers are.

           "Alright, everyone, get back to work. We can't let what happened to our small town's superhero deter us from getting our work done." Mr. Cheetam said to everyone.

Everyone resumes working at their desks.

Mr. Cheetam looks at Jayson Reynolds desks, which is empty. And he remembers that he's on vacation with his grandmother. At least, that's what Frankie and Mavis told him as a cover story.

Mr. Cheetam sighs to himself and walks back inside his office.

AT THE GOLDEN GRIDDLE DINER . . .

Pepper Bloom sits in a booth table, eating a plate of crepes with a fork.

Mavis sits in the booth table across from Pepper, who just looks at her.

           "Mavis Haddock? What the hell do you want?" Pepper asked with a stoic expression on her face.

           "I know it was you that sent that Palladium Stone Monster thing to hurt Super Knight." Mavis said.

         "I don't know what you're talking about. I heard about what happened to Super Knight just like everyone else did in this small town." Pepper said, eating on her crepes. "And now, the bad buys can roam around because Super Knight is gone and he's not gonna wake up."

            "You're wrong, Pepper. Super Knight will return and he will stop you." Mavis tells her.

            "You're ruining my breakfast time." Pepper said, still with a stoic expression on her face. "And maybe, you should go back to your Mommy and Daddy. You don't want me to set ablaze to the Haddock Tech Center."

Mavis slams her hand on the booth table, causing some attention from the customers.

            "Careful, Mavis. Don't make a scene." Pepper said.

           "You're fucking crazy." Mavis said to her.

          "My therapist said the same thing before I killed the bitch." Pepper said.

Mavs gets up and walks away and Pepper chuckles, maliciously, to herself, continuing to eat her crepes.

LATER THAT DAY AT THE SILVERTROPLIS POLICE DISTRICT . . .

Sheriff Susan Reynolds and Deputy Tammy Campbell have apprehended bank robbers, drug dealers and drug smugglers.

In her office, Sheriff Susan Reynolds sits at her office, looking at case files. She looks at a picture frame of herself, her son, Jayson, and her husband, General Jake Reynolds, smiling.

Sheriff Susan Reynolds sighs to herself, not letting herself become emotional.

A gentle knock is on the office door.

        "Come on in." Sheriff Susan Reynolds said.

The door opens, Deputy Tammy Campbell is there.

    "We have another building on fire." Deputy Tammy told Sheriff Susan.

Sheriff Susan Reynolds and Deputy Tammy Campbell arrived at a burning storefront and gets out of Sheriff's car.

The fire truck has already came and put out the flames.

      Flamestar is hovering in mid-air with her arms folded. "Sorry about the storefront, Sheriff. I got a little carried away." She spoke in her low-pitched voice modulator, added with a malicious chuckled.

        "Why are you doing this, Flamestar? Why can't you do anything else?" Sheriff Susan Reynolds asked.

          "It's too much fun." Flamestar replied, gently landing on her feet on the road. "I can do whatever I want and do so much damage now, that Super Knight isn't here to stop me."

         "Super Knight will come back." Deputy Tammy Campbell said.

        "You're so sure about that because it's been two days and Super Knight is still comatose." said Flamestar.

         "He will wake up." Sheriff Susan Reynolds said. "We all hope."

        Flamestar laughs, maliciously. "So much hope you have for your superhero. But that hope can easily be broken."

Sheriff Susan Reynolds and Deputy Tammy Campbell looks at Flamestar, angrily.

And Flamestar flies away.

THAT LATE AFTERNOON AT THE SILVERTROPLIS GENERAL HOSPITAL . . .

A comatose Super Knight (aka. Jayson Reynolds), wears his blue superhero mask, lays in bed. Mavis sits at his bedside.

        "Jayson? I need you to wake up. You're the strongest person that I know. If you don't wake up, Pepper Bloom will continue to wreck havoc in this small town. Your Mom can barely handle her. I miss you. We all miss you. Just wake up, Jay. I love you." Mavis said to her fiancé.

Mavis pecks a kiss on Jayson's lips and gets up and walks away, gently closes the door behind her.

A minute later . . .

Super Knight's comatose body lays in bed. Suddenly, a blue electric sparks his body and his fingers twitched.

A doctor named Dr. Bethany Yukon opens the door and walks into Super Knight's patient room, but he's gone.

             "Oh my gosh." Dr. Bethany Yukon said, shocked, and presses the 'Red Alert' button.
