Alright so I was never one for K-POP, mmkay? I never really saw the appeal of the music, neither did I like the people on the stage ( >:T DON'T @ MEEEEEE T.T I HAVE A PERFECTLY GOOD EXPLANATION ) and I really was one of those people who thought K-POP was a bit. . . uhhh I don't know.

And then, early this year, my friend had made it her life mission to make me like a group 🙃

So I was staring at her weirdly and stuff like "aS iF" and then

but I love those idiots.

Dammit.

So this whole chapter is gonna be about SEVENTEEN appreciation because yes this is my spam book and I can spam anything here >:D

I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I just wanna pour out my adoration for these boys, because ( no offense or anything ) personally, I think that they're one of the best boy groups out there ( yes, sometimes I think they're better than BTS, armies are gonna come after me like 👊😔 💥 and I'm gonna be dead, but I think I know what I'm talking about. ), and here, I'll explain why.

First of all, SEVENTEEN is renowned in the K-POP world for their dancing, and you can see why in every single dance practice they upload in their YouTube. This is something most people can agree on, seeing as SEVENTEEN is one of the most detailed and dance-oriented groups out there. Even their slower, "easier" dances are hard to follow, especially since they have 13 members, and it takes a professional dancer to really know that those "simple" moves they pull off in just a matter of seconds are actually so much more difficult than they look.

Their new Japanese single, "Fallin' Flower", is honestly the best choreo I have ever seen in any video before, and the fact that they all execute it so well makes me feel all jelly inside. I may be biased, but look at the choreography by yourself - that isn't remotely easy to pull off, and their gentle yet sharp movements are all so fluid and graceful but done with the utmost of precision. Not only that, but the vocals during the hook just before the reff is just heart-wrenching.

The fact that this is a Japanese Single means that it won't be promoted as much as their entertainment company would with their Korean ones, but seriously? Even the music video is just pure talent and artistry.

Those vocals are no joke ( this is coming from a singer that has been training in classical music for about two years now ), their technique is impeccable, and they're such a well-rounded group, yet this video only has around 8 Million views and it's been up for 2-3 months. Can I also mention that SEVENTEEN produces, writes, and choreographs their own songs? They do everything from scratch, and sometimes, their entertainment group doesn't even give them enough promotion so they promote themselves through variety shows.

They even have a variety show that updates every single week called GOING SEVENTEEN and it's just them goofing off - we rarely get to see those kinds of things. They got me hooked with their comedy and made me stay because of their choreography. I can say that this is the very first time I've been so amazed at a group of people before, let alone a K-POP group. People sleep on them because they have 13 members and claim it's too many members - you'll find that if you actually watch their shows, you'll be familiar with all thirteen in a matter of weeks, maybe even days.

Not convinced? Let me provide some evidence:

^^that is a video from when they first debuted on 2015. That was around 4 years ago, but listen to the vocals. Even in the first minute of the song, they show so much talent. The harmonies on the line " You are my angel" are on point, and they don't outshine the other - they work together to blend the voices so they shine as a group. And this is just the vocal team. That was literally 4 years ago and they've gotten better.

I probably shouldn't be ranting this much about a group. I probably shouldn't. But their skills are top of the line and no one can convince me otherwise. They pay attention to the fandom so much it's actually crazy - their WeVerse is practically them in a group chat plus all of the fans. They make their choreos less difficult so the fans can dance along. Their dedication is literally off the charts and I can't help but wonder how these people are real sometimes. Dammit, why am I emotional over a group like this???

Even as individuals, they're all so talented and I just can't help but feel so sad because they have two years left - and then it's goodbye. And KAJSJSJJSJSDH THEIR SONG MEANINGS ARE SO BEAUTIFUL. THEY DEDICATED A QHOLE SONG TO THEIR FANS CALLED "THANKS" AND THE CHOREOGRAPHY - Ugghhhhhhhhhhhh someone kill meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ugghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
