Season One : Episode Four, Worst Day Ever.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

After the most stressful week that Becca and her friends had to go through with everything that happened with Chimney, it's a new week and he's doing okay and responsive and out of his coma which was a huge relief.

Later on that night, Becca is seen walking up the steps of her home carrying a basket filled with clean laundry up the stairs. As she arrived on the second floor, she stopped looked into the boys room and saw that Dylan and Bryan were fast asleep.

Becca smiled at this and closed their room door, she walked a door down and peaked into Aryana's room and saw she was asleep but nearly almost falling off the bed. She shook her head at this, Becca put the basket on floor and walked into the bedroom.

She gently adjusted Aryana back on the bed, tossing the blanket covers over her while tucking her in. Becca leaned down and kissed her daughter on the forehead, before leaving and closing the door quietly.

After putting away the clean laundry, Becca took this time to relax and get into the shower. She turned the shower nozzle to hot, quickly undressed and got inside.

With the hot water running down her body, was always therapeutic to Becca. But just as she was cleaning herself, the water all of sudden started leaking from the shower head pipe.

"Oh no, no, no," She turned the nozzle, shutting the water off, "What the hell..." Becca Said

She waited a few seconds then turned the shower nozzle on, and the water once again began to leak.

"Oh god, are you kidding me!" Becca yelled out, in annoyance.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

It was the next day at work and a few hours into the shift, Becca was busy setting up the table while Hen was in the kitchen cooking up some vegetables.

"So just how bad is it?" Hen Asked, stirring the vegetables in the pan.

"Bad I mean I've dealt with leaky pipes before, but it looks like I'm going to need some major assistance." Becca Said, placing the last plate on the table.

"Have you called a plumber?" Hen Asked

"Yes, but they won't be available till tomorrow. I
just need them to fix my water, because I barely showered last night..I had to shower here." Becca sighed

"Well at least you don't smell anymore." Buck chimed in, smirking.

"Shut it Buckley." Becca Said, walking back over to the counter.

As Hen continued to stir the vegetables, Buck reached down and picked up a red pepper tossing it into his mouth, causing Hen to groan.

"Really? If you want some, just ask." Hen Said, pointing her wooden spoon at him.

"I'm good. I already ate." Buck replied, chewing.

"You still owe me 20 bucks, Buck. Don't think I'm gonna forget." Hen Said, walking towards the refrigerator.

"For what?" Buck questioned

"For the damn cookie bouquet, that I delivered to Chimney. The one with the get well card that I personally watched you sign." Hen Said

"I told you not to let him hop on your gift." Becca Said, smirking.

"Please your just mad that I didn't want to hop onto your gift." Buck Said, as Becca scoffed.

"My get well gift to Chim was sweet." Becca defended

"Sure because people want scented candles and socks for when they get better." Buck Said

"For your information Evan, they were fuzzy socks, a cinnamon scented candle and..I bought him his favorite snacks." She noticed he wasn't paying attention, "What are you looking at?" Becca Said

"He's doing it again." Buck Said

Becca and Hen followed his gaze, which landed upon their captain who was sitting alone at a table looking inside his book.

"What? Eating dinner?" Hen Said

"Staring into that book." Buck Said

"Evan.." Becca Said

"Come on, you guys have worked here longer than me. You must have a line on the gossip around here." He trailed on, "What is it? Why-why is he so obsessed with it?" Buck Asked

"Mm-mm. All I'm gonna tell you about that book is to stay the hell away from it trust me." Hen Said, picking up her plate moving towards the table.

"I would listen to her, I made that mistake three
months into working here." Becca mentioned, as she fixed herself a plate.

"So you're saying no one here knows what he writes in it." Buck Said, as Becca shrugged her shoulders.

"Nope." Becca replied

"Well, watch this." Buck Said, as he hopped off the counter.

"All right, Buck. When he pops you in that pretty face, just make sure it's on the side that's already
got a mark." Hen Said, as Becca let out a little laugh.

Buck walked over to Bobby, who was eating his dinner.

"So, Bobby, I got to ask what's the deal with that book?" Buck Said

"It's none of your business." Bobby Said, as he got up from the table.

"I know it's a list of people you saved, all right? Right now, there are 46 names in it. But there's space for
148. Why that number?" Buck Asked

"You read my book?" Bobby questioned

"I mean, I-I peeked once or twi..." Buck Said, but got curt off by him getting slammed against the wall by Bobby.

"Don't ever do that again." Bobby Said

He let go of Buck then walked away, Buck looked over at Hen and Becca who shook their heads at him, giving him told you so look. Soon the alarm rang, signaling a call then everyone got up to their feet running towards the ladder and fire engine.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

The 118 soon arrived at the scene, once the group all piled out of the truck. Becca looked out at the scene upon them, there was a plane crash in the middle of the ocean with flames surrounding it.

"You guys ever seen something like this before?" Buck Asked, as the group looked at him.

The group then ran out to help a crew trying to pull a stowaway boat off the back of the truck. The crew grabs an end and helps them get the boat off.

"I'm Captain Nash. Who's got incident command?" Bobby Asked

"I'm Wally, you do now, Captain. It looks like the plane split in two on impact." He replied

"All right, I'm gonna need you to be my point man on the beach. All right, Hen, I need you to check on
the Coast Guard chopper. And, Buck, Becca I need you to check with the dive team, all right?" Bobby Said

"We got at least 20." Buck pointed out

"Hey, Buck. Just keep moving, Buck." Bobby Said

As they all carried out the stowaway boat out towards the ocean, Becca looked down and noticed a civilian dead, still strapped in a seat from the plane.
Moments later they got onto the boat, and drove out towards the wreckage.

"Wait the water's on fire." Buck Said

"That's jet fuel." Becca Said

"I counted 12 to 15 victims on the wing, and at least 30 in the water." She pointed out, "How long before that thing sinks?" Hen Said

Becca looked down at a man waving for help then she and Hen, helped a civilian pulling him out the water and onto the boat.

"Based on the timing of the swells, I don't think that
plane can take more than four or five sets before going down." Bobby Said

A man shouting is heard in the distance, they looked over at the plane and could see people jumping off landing in the water. Wally parked the stowaway boat which was soon loaded with passengers, then Buck, Becca, Bobby and Hen all got onto the wreckage.

"Cap, where the hell are we gonna evacuate all these people to?" Becca Asked, as they walked down the plane aisle.

"We have to get these people out of here and to the beach. This thing is going down in four minutes." Bobby Said

As they kept walking the plane began to shake, causing the split to break even more. Hen moved towards the emergency exit, pulling on the string which opened up the slide raft for when planes have to land.

"Swim to the raft! Swim to the raft the plane is sinking!" Hen shouted

The passengers listened and all climbed up on the raft, helping those who needed assistance getting on.
Back on the plane, Bobby looked around the area until he heard someone shouting for help.

He and Buck both lifted an object off revealing two passengers, pinned and still strapped to their chairs.

"Buck, Buck, we got somebody here." Bobby Said

"Help, please. I can't get my seat belt off, It's digging into me." He Said, as Hen and Becca leaned down to assist him.

"Stay with me, sir. Stay with me, okay? We're going to help you." Becca assured

"Look I'm gonna pull the thing right off, okay? We're gonna do this on three, okay?" Hen Said

"Okay." The man nodded his head, as Becca and Hen shared a look.

"One..." Hen Said

Hen pressed down and unbuckled the man's seatbelt, which caused the man to scream out in pain as his wound was exposed.

"Easy, easy." Hen Said, as the man started moving.

"You're okay, sir. You're okay." Bobby Said, as he and Becca tried to calm him.

"Let's get him up." Becca Said

The man continued to scream out, as Becca and Hen helped him to his feet.

"We're gonna get you off the plane." Hen Said

"You guys got this?" Bobby Asked

"Yeah, we've got this." Becca Said

Bobby and Buck nodded and stepped aside so Hen and Becca could get him off the plane safely.
Then Bobby and Buck continued to walk further down the plane, seeing some passengers who didn't make it through the crash.

"Come on, Buck, come on." Bobby Said

"All right." Buck replied

As they arrived to the back of the plane, Bobby and Buck stumble upon a mother, Tammy and her son who's trapped thanks to a seat pulled back.

"Mommy, come on, we have to go." The young boy pleaded

"Are you all right?" Bobby Asked

"No, my..." Tammy said

"Are you trapped?" Bobby Asked

"That's right, come on, let's go, let's go." Buck Said

He went to go and pull the seat back to free them, but this caused the mother to scream out in pain.

"Buck. Stop! Stop, Buck! her legs are pinned." Bobby Said

"Please save him." Tammy pleaded

"All right, take the kid." Bobby Said

"No, no!" He shook his head, "I'm not leaving without you!" He Said

"Okay, baby, listen. Look, look. The firemen are here, okay? I need you to get on their boat so they can do their job." Tammy explained

"No mommy I want to stay." He pleaded

"Honey If everyone is worried about you and your pretty face, how are they gonna do what they need to do to save me? Have I ever lied to you?" Tammy Said

"No." He shook his head

"Then you have to believe me, I will be with you again so soon. Mommy loves you so much. Do this for me." Tammy Said, tearfully.

"Okay." He Said

"Okay? Okay, baby." Tammy Said, then pulled him in for a hug.

"All right, got to go. I'm sorry." Buck Said

"Okay, okay. Go, baby." Tammy Said

The young boy held out his arms, as Buck lifted him up and moved towards the front of the plane where Hen and Becca.

"Come on. I got you, It's gonna be okay." Buck Said, reassuringly.

Buck handed the young boy over to Hen, and she safely placed him on the stowaway boat with a few more passengers.

"We'll take good care of you." Wally Said

"Okay, we're set." Buck Said

Buck lent out his hand to help Hen get back on the plane, as well as Becca. They watched as the stowaway boat sailed off, then moved towards the back of the plane.

In the back Bobby is still trying to pull the seat forward but it's just causing more pain to the mothers legs.

"Damn it." Bobby Said, as Buck, Hen and Becca approached them.

"Alright where do you need us?" Buck Asked

"Buck, Hen, Becca. Go check the back of the plane. We're running low on time." Bobby Said

The three of them nodded at their captain's order, and moved further back. As Becca approached the area, she could hear banging and screaming.

"Help Get us out of here!"

"It's filling up with water!"

Becca moved closer to the area, where the bathroom is only to be blocked off by a heavy piece of the plane.

"Hen, Buck there's people trapped in there." Becca Said

Hen and Buck rushed over to help her try and move the heavy piece, but even with the three of them using all their strength they still couldn't get it out the way.

"Damn it!" Becca yelled

"Please! Hurry, it's filling up fast. Please hurry! I don't want to drown!"

Buck stepped back for a moment and thought, his eyes lit up once his idea came then spoke into his radio.

"Wait, hold the boat!" Buck Said

"Buck what are you doing?" Becca Asked

"I have an idea, Hen, Becca tie the rope to the cart." Buck Said

"What?" Hen Said

"Give me the other end, come on." Buck Said

The two of them quickly caught on and understood his idea as Hen placed her medic bag down and passed the rope to Becca, while the two of them tied the knot Buck ran off with the other end of the rope to the opening of the plane, so the coast guard could tie it to his boat.

"Done." Hen Said

"Good to go!" Becca shouted, looking ahead at Buck.

"Now, go, go, go!" The coast guard started the boat, sailing off, "Everyone, stay clear!" Buck Shouted

As the rope started to be pulled, so did the large wreckage piece that was blocking the pathway.
Hen and Becca quickly ducked so they wouldn't get hurt, as well as Bobby and Buck as the plan successfully worked.

Becca and Hen quickly got back to their feet and walked through the water, over to open up the bathroom door and out came the young couple.

"Breathe, breathe it's okay." Becca Said

"We got you, we got you. Come on. There's a step." Hen Said

"Watch your step. Y'all walk ahead there's a boat up ahead." Becca Said

As she and Hen guided the young couple to the opening of the plane, and safely helped them on the boat. Wally lended out his hand, to help Hen get on as Becca noticed that the plane was sinking even more. she looked over her shoulder noticing Buck still standing in the aisle way, she rushed over to him.

"Come on, Buck, let's go now, now!" Becca Said

"We can't leave without Bobby." Buck Said

"You guys let's go!" Hen shouted from out on the boat

Meanwhile in the back, the water is rising rapidly as Bobby is still trying to free Tammy from her seat.
She's panicking and gasping, as Bobby tries to calm her down.

"Take a breath! Come on, come on. Just breathe, just breathe." Bobby said calmly

"Okay." Tammy Said, taking deep breaths.

"You're okay, you're okay." Bobby Said

"Come in Cap, Bobby, it's time to go." Buck spoke over the radio, "Time to go. Get out of there."

Bobby then spoke back, "Evacuate all rescue personnel. Everyone off the plane now."

"That means you too, Cap." Becca spoke over the radio

"I need a minute." Bobby replied

"A minute? In a minute, you'll die."

Becca sighed rubbing her forehead, "Evan, you heard him come on."

"No, Becca I'm not leaving him behind." Buck Said

"Evan-" Becca Said

All of a sudden the plane started to shift again, causing more water to enter inside, rising rapidly.

"Okay, this plane will be down any moment."

"Becca, you go. I'm gonna go back for him, go before the plane sinks even further, go!" Buck Said, moving towards the back.

Buck made his way through the water, Becca watched him as he went then took a deep breath before going under water, and swam over to where Hen and the coast guard captain on the boat.

"Do you have kids?" Tammy Asked

"Yes." Bobby nodded his head

"I died giving birth to my son, I had a seizure. And eclampsia, then my heart stopped. I remember feeling the life leaving my body, but I said no.
And I fought and I fought to come back
because a son needs his mother." Tammy Said

"You're not gonna die here. 'Cause I'm gonna get you out of here." He holds her hand, "I swear on my life. If you go down, I am gonna go down. Okay? Just keep fighting." Bobby Said, as he held her hand.

-"Hey, Bobby!" Buck shouted, as Bobby turned to look at him.

"I told you to leave, Buck, now!" Bobby Said

"You know I'm a terrible listener! Here, take this rope!, tie it to the seat. It works, trust me." Buck Said, holding out the rope.

Bobby reached out to get the rope, but more water came rushing in splitting the two of them apart.
Buck and Bobby both shouted for each other, he found the rope and managed to tie it around the seat. Buck came back up to the surface, gasping for air looking out towards the plane as it started sink.

"Bobby! Bobby!" Buck Shouted

"Buck!" Becca Shouted

Buck turned around to see Hen and Becca, still on the stowaway boat.

"Swim over now!" Hen Said

Buck looked back hoping to see his captain emerge from the water, but he did as such and swam over to the boat as Hen and Becca helped him get in.

"Where's Bobby?" Hen Asked

"I was right there, come on Bobby, come on." Buck Said

The sound of a helicopter flying is overheard, the three of them looked up as one of the rescue team members was let down wearing a harness.

The member attaches the hook, only to be pulled back from under water pulling out their captain who was holding on tight of Tammy who's now free. Hen, Becca and Buck all sighed in relief that they were both safe.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Once they arrived back to shore, and drying off for a moment. Becca immediately got back to her feet to help as many people she could, Hen went off to go and find Bobby after hearing he was dropped off by the helicopter. Walking over to one of the tents to grab some gauzes to aid a wound, the couple from earlier stops Becca.

"Excuse us." The girl said, grabbing onto her hand.

"Hey, it's you guys are you both okay?" Becca Asked

"Yes we're fine, thanks to you." He Said

"We just wanted to say, thank you. We owe you everything." She Said

"You saved our lives." He Smiled

"Oh, no it's-it's a team effort, you know?" She looked over at Buck, who's on his phone, "I couldn't have done it without them." Becca Said

"We're getting married." He Said, then kissed her temple.

"Oh wow." Becca smiled

"He asked me as soon as we made it to dry land." She Said

"That's, uh, that's great. Congratulations. You seem like a very nice couple, really." Becca replied

"Thank you." They said

"You take care of him, okay? Excuse me." Becca Said

Becca picked up the gauze pads, and walked off from them only to run into Buck.

"Hey." Becca Said

"Hey, you wanna help me with something?" Buck Asked

"Sure what is it?" Becca questioned

"I need to find a passenger, it's important..I need to find out if he's alive." Buck Said

"Okay, yeah sure let's go check." Becca Said

Buck nodded and followed after her, the two of them made it over towards the other side where more survivors are. Becca and Buck walks over to a guard, checking a list on her clipboard.

"Hi." Becca Said

"Hi." She Said

"So uh 52 survivors, that's pretty good..it's our first plane crash." Buck Said

"Mine too, yeah. Usually if there's one fatality it's a four percent survival rate." She mentions

"Hm. Well thank god some of them are here." Becca Said, as the guard nodded.

"Yeah, so is there anything I can do for you both?"She Said

"Yes actually." Becca Said, then looked over at Buck.

"Yeah, can I check your list, uh do you see a name Dale Marks?" Buck Asked

"Oh, no I think I remember that name." She looked at her list once more, then sighed looking back at them.

"What?" Becca Said

"I think that names on the other list, I'm sorry." She Said

Becca knew just by that look, the passenger didn't make it. She looked over at Buck, who looked devastated to hear that news. The both of them thanked the guard, and walked off.

After helping more of the survivors soon it came time to head back to the station, once the shift was over everyone went back home. As soon as she got in the house, Becca sat in complete silence to let herself breathe and take it all in after everything that happened on that tough shift.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

The following morning after getting a somewhat good nights rest, and clearing her head after what happened yesterday. While at work, Becca noticed that Bobby was missing and soon everyone else noticed as well.

A few minutes later Hen drove over to Bobby's apartment complex along with Becca and Buck.
They stood outside his apartment, banging on the door but there's no answer.

"Bobby? Bobby, open up!" Hen Said, as she banged on the door.

"He ever gone MIA like this before?" Buck Asked, as Hen sighed.

"No. Honestly, I don't, I don't know much
about his story before he took over the house." Hen Said

"Well what do you guys know?" Buck Asked

"Just that he, uh...he's in recovery." Becca replied

Buck takes out his phone and dials a number, then the sound of phone ringing is heard.

"You hear it? You guys hear that?" Buck Asked

"Yeah, he's still in there." Becca Said

"I'm gonna kick it down." Buck Said, as he stepped back.

"No, you're not." Hen and Becca Said

Hen reaches in her pocket, pulling out a key.

"He gave you a key?" Becca questioned

"Yeah, Bobby and I gave each other spare keys just in case one of us couldn't make it home one day." Hen Said

She put the key in the lock, unlocking it opening the door as the three of them entered the barley furnished apartment. They walked further in,
seeing four plates on the kitchen table

Hen walked towards the back opening the bedroom door, as the three of them only to find bobby passed out on the bed.

"Bob? Bob? Hey." Buck Said, gently shaking him.

"Come on, let's get him up." Becca Said

They managed to get Bobby up, bringing him into the bathroom. Laying him in the shower, as they turned on the shower. Their captain's eyes started to slowly open, and he looked up to see them standing over him and he sighed in embarrassment.

A few minutes later Buck grabbed Bobby a towel so he could dry off, they all sat in the living room together as Hen made him some tea.

"How long has it been?" Buck Asked

"546 days." He answered, "45 and a half if we're being picky. Days. 18 months." Bobby Said

"That crash was hard-core." Buck Said

"No kidding." Becca sighed

Hen approached them, handing Bobby the cup of tea.

"Thanks." Bobby Said

Hen sits down on the coffee table, in front of him.
"We all have our breaking point."

"Mm-hmm." Bobby Said

"Who were you cooking dinner for? There are four plates set." Becca Said

"I don't know. I was drunk."  He simply said, as Becca looked at him not buying it, "I am gonna be fine. This is a one-time thing, I promise, okay?
I'm good. I'm sorry I put you guys through this." Bobby Said

"You know why redwoods can grow so high? They move and bend with the wind. If you stay rigid,
eventually you'll break." Hen Said

"You calling me uptight? She's calling me uptight, isn't she?" Bobby Asked

"Maybe ask for help once in a while?" Buck suggested

Bobby nods and they can see that he's trying his hardest not to cry in front of them.

"Help." His voice breaks, "I'm sorry, you guys. I'm sorry." Bobby sobbed

Hen, Becca and Buck moved over to the couch to comfort Bobby as he cried.

"Don't be." Becca Said

"We're right here for you." Buck Said, as Bobby wipes his tears away.
