Season One : Episode Five, Point Of Origin

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

February, 2018

On a call dispatch called and informed that downtown the floor collapsed at a wedding ceremony, soon members of the 118 and 122
arrived to the building.

"16 DOA so far. Mostly blunt trauma to the head
or crushed by falling debris or other bodies,
one victim impaled." Buck informed

"They fell through two stories I won't be surprised if
that number goes higher." Bobby Said, as Hen and Becca approached the two.

"Captain, the groom is devastated...his bride
hasn't been accounted for yet." Hen Said

"We'll find her. Buck, Becca I'm gonna need you to go up top. Access to the second floor is blocked,
we're gonna have to tackle this thing from both ends." Bobby Said

"Okay, Captain." Becca replied

She and Buck walked towards the steps leading to the third floor, they both start taking out their gear.

"So Evan, how's things going with your mystery phone friend?" Becca Asked

"Huh oh, things are okay she's good." He answered, "Things are okay." Buck Said

"So when do we get to meet her?" Buck looked over at her, "What are you embarrassed of us or something?" Becca Said, smirking.

"No it's not that, it's just we've gotten so comfortable just speaking on the phone. I don't if Abby and I are ready to meet in person yet." Buck Said

"Ahhh so her name is Abby," She smiled teasingly, "I love that every time I ask you about the phone chick, I get more and more out of you." Becca Said, as Buck shook his head.

"I really need to stop talking you sometimes." Buck Said, as Becca laughed.

"Yeah but who else would listen to you." Becca remarked

The two of them tightened their rappelling gear around two beams, and slowly moved down the wall.

"Help! In here!" A man shouted out from below

"Hey, we got you." Buck told him

"My leg...I think it's broken." The man groaned out

Becca and Buck both landed on the second floor, which was covered in debris.

"Okay, you hang tight sir we're going to get you out of here." Becca assured

Buck and Buck leaned down and started lifting and moving all the debris out of the way, to get to the man.

The two of them successfully rescued the man, Buck and Becca both lifted the man tossing one arm over their shoulders so they can safely get him down for the first level, where everyone is and they propped the man onto a gurney.

"Here we go." Becca Said

"We're good, we're good. All right." Buck Said

"Thank you." The man said weakly

"Buck, Becca get over here and give me a hand." Bobby called out to the duo

Becca and Buck rushed over to their captain to help, they made their way through some heavy debris as they spotted the bride.

"Savita!" The groom called out

"Wait she's not moving." Buck Said

"All right, is she breathing?" Bobby Asked

Bobby and Buck moved some more debris out the way, as Becca crawled her way through a small section and reached her hand out for the bride.

"Hey, she's coming to." Becca Said

"You got it?" Bobby Asked

"Yeah." She replied, "Here. Here. We got you. Give me your hand." Becca Said

"Okay." Savita replied, weakly.

"Can you move?" She Asked, as Savita nodded,
"All right. Come on. Slowly, all right?" Becca Said

Savita nodded and took Becca's hand and they both made their way from under the heavy wreckage.

"We got you. We got you." Becca assured

"Easy. Easy. Watch your head." Bobby Said, as the three of them helped Savita to her feet.

"Savita." The groom said, as Savita ran to him and the two of them embraced.

Bobby, Buck, Hen and Becca all let's out sighs of relief then looked around at the place and the destruction of it. Their captain looked down, and picked up a piece of the metal, which he instantly recognized.

"Is the owner here?" Bobby Asked, looking to Hen.

Hen pointed to the man standing near the door, "That's him right there. Why?"

Bobby looked over and walked to go address the building owner.

"Hey. When'd you put on the third floor?" Bobby Asked

"Excuse me?" The man replied

"When did you put on the third floor? You think I don't know what that is?" Bobby Said, tossing the metal

"What's the matter with you? What..." He Said, stepping back from him.

"That's KalPal!" He grabbed the man by his shirt,
"That stuff's been banned, you didn't reinforce
the concrete with steel. Instead you used that crap,
this used to be a twostory building. That floor that collapsed..that was the roof, wasn't it?" Bobby yelled

"I.." He Said

"Wasn't it?!" Bobby Said

"Bobby!" Hen called out

"You know what you did, you son of a bitch! you're going to jail. That's manslaughter!"

"Captain, Captain, Captain." Hen Said, pulling him off the man.

"What?!" Bobby yelled, turning back to her.

"Captain, Captain, come away. What is wrong with you?" Hen Asked

"Back off, Hen." Bobby replied bitterly

"Back off, really?" She raised a brow, "Not 24 hours ago, you were saying, "Help." What happened to that?" Hen Said

Bobby pulled his arm away from her and stepped out, as Hen shook her head at him while Becca and Buck approached him.

"Everything okay?" Becca Asked

"I don't know." Hen Said, sighing.

"So, this wedding...It's an arranged marriage.
That's a trip, right?" Buck Said

"Eh I guess, this thing is pretty normal in certain cultures." Becca replied

"Yeah but can you imagine committing to someone you don't even know?" Buck Asked

"Does anyone really know anybody?" Hen Said, looking at the two of them.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

After their shift ended, Hen invited Becca out for drinks and she didn't pass up the invitation. The next day the two them headed over to the bar, and was joined by Athena.

"So how long they gonna have you chained to that desk?" Hen Asked

"Well, the Creedys are ready to drop their complaint you know, so long as the department drops the charges on their daughter." Athena Said, taking a
sip from her glass.

"Are you okay with that?" Hen Asked, smirking.

"Not even a little bit." She shook her head, "That girl is wicked." Athena Said

"Well in my opinion you were just looking out for your daughter, Poor May..I can understand." Becca Said

"You we're bullied hun?" Athena Asked

"Mhm hell I was the pregnant 17 year old senior in high school in Texas of all states, definitely was the talk of the town..it was brutal, not only for me but my family." Becca replied, taking a sip from her drink.

"But hey you made it through, now look at ya." Hen Said, as Becca shrugged her shoulders.

"True. But How's May doing?" Becca Asked

"She's at home. I mean, it feels like we're back on solid ground." She replied, "If we ever were. I swear, it's like I don't even know these people I'm supposed to be the closest to." Athena Sighed

"There's a lot of that going around." Hen spoke up, as Becca and Athena looked over at her.

"Trouble at home?" Athena questioned

"No, no, no. Not at home. At least, not yet, no it's Bobby." Hen answered

"Clark Kent?" Athena Said, raising a brow.

"Is it about what happened at the wedding crash site yesterday, I thought everything was fine?" Becca Asked

"It wasn't, look after the plane crash Bobby went on a bender." Hen Said

"Meaning?" Athena Said

"He didn't answer his phone for, like, two days.
Buck, Becca and I went over there to make sure he was still alive. And can I tell you, there was not one single picture on the wall." Hen Said

"Oh." Athena Said

"Yeah nothing, no sign of a family or anyone." Becca chimed in

"It was just, it was weird. This guy's been our captain
for, like, over a year, and in all that time, he's never really talked about his personal life. It's like he's got
this invisible wall up." Hen Said

"What, you guys think his wife left him, took everything?" Athena Asked

"See, it didn't look like somebody had come and cleared out. It was more like..nobody ever moved in." Hen simply said

"It's like he's not even really there." Becca added, as Hen nodded in agreement.

"Well, if you want, I'll do a background check.
I got nothing else to do all day anyway." Athen offered

"Nah. Bobby already got trust issues I don't want those problems. Nah. And it's, you know..It's not like I'm saying that he's a bad captain. Hell...I think he's the best captain, I've ever worked under. But I'm starting to worry about him." Hen Said

"We all are, and we're not sure on how to help him." Becca Said

"I'm sure you'll find a way, so...what'd you mean by "not yet"?" Athena mentioned

"Yeah Hen?" Becca Said

"What?" Hen Said

"Before, when I asked if there was trouble at home,
you said "not yet." Athena Said

Hen remained silent for a moment, as Becca and Athena looked at her questioningly. She sighed and spoke up.

"I got a call this morning from Palmar Women's
Correctional Facility." Hen Said

As Athena and Becca both sighed, knowing she's only talking about her ex Ava.

"Hen." Becca sighed

"What does she want?" Athena Asked, raising a brow.

"To see me. She said it's urgent. I feel like I owe it to her." Hen Said

"You don't owe her anything." Becca pointed out

"Mhm In fact, you got credit in that account." Athena commented

"You're right. But she didn't fight us when we wanted to adopt Denny. I just don't want her making waves." Hen Said

"And what does your wife have to say about that...
you going to visit your ex at the pokey?" Athena Questioned

"I haven't exactly told her yet." Hen Said

"Look like Bruce Wayne isn't the only one with a few secrets." Athena sighed

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Later on that day Becca is back at home, she's busy washing the dishes while on FaceTiming with Violet who's cooking.

"I'm telling you Beck's the pencil was so jammed into the guy's eye, I thought he was going to loose the damn thing." Violet trailed on

"But he didn't, thanks to you." Becca Said

"And Trish, with her level of experience I don't know what I would do without her." Violet Said

"Come on Vi, you've been a firefighter for two years now. Give yourself some credit you're good." Becca Said, wiping some of the dishes clean.

"Thanks, so what's going on in your life..oh how's your friend Chimney doing since the whole rebar situation?" Violet Asked

"Chim's doing fine, he's recovering well I'm actually going to go and visit him tomorrow while the kids are in school and since it's my day off tomorrow." Becca Said

"Aw that's so sweet of you." Violet replied

"And how did Bryce enjoy his birthday gift?" Becca Asked

"He enjoyed it thanks to you, and he even made us plans to attend this brewery place for Valentine's Day." Violet mentioned

"Hm sounds romantic and fun." Becca smiled

"It does, speaking of Valentine's Day you know it's in two weeks, any plans?" Violet Asked, smirking.

"Violet you'll never stop asking me about my love life won't you?" Becca questioned

"Nope." Violet shrugged

"To answer your questions, no I don't have any plans. I'm pretty sure I'll be working that day anyways." Becca Said, as Violet stuck her tongue out her mouth.

"Boo boring, come on Beck's I know you really don't want to work on Valentine's Day. What about uh, that Buck guy you work with, you told me he was cute why not him?" Violet Said

Becca shook her head, "Oh Buck No, no he's not..I'm not into him like that, he's just a friend." She chuckled, "Besides he's occupied."

"Okay, what about that cute guy you saved at the cafe that day. The one that delivered you muffins for saving him." Violet mentioned

"He sent the fire house muffins," Becca corrected

"Whatever, what about him he's an eligible person?" Violet pointed out

"Vi-"

"Don't Vi me, come on Beck's you've been divorced for almost three years now. And I haven't seen you in a relationship with anyone since that zookeeper guy." Violet Said

"His name was Tyler, and he was really nice." Becca mumbled

"Look all I'm saying is that I just want you to be happy, and share that with someone that's all." Violet simply said

"Why do you care so much?" Becca Questioned

"Because I'm your best friend, and I love you." She hears the smoke alarm ringing, "Damn it, I gotta go I think I'm burning my chicken I'll call you tomorrow." Violet Said

"Bye." Becca Said

She pressed the red button and the call ended, Becca then leaned against the kitchen counter and thought over about what Violet said. And just as she took a moment for herself, her name was being called.

"Mom! I can't sleep." Dylan called out

Becca walked out the kitchen and over to the steps, where Dylan was standing at the bottom of the steps in his avengers themed pajamas holding his spider man plush toy.

"I just put you down 40 minutes ago." Becca Said

"I was sleeping but, I had a nightmare." Dylan Said

"Must have been some nightmare, you're sweating." She wiped the sweat off his forehead, "Okay, come on I guess you'll sleep with me tonight." Becca Said

"Okay." Dylan half smiled, as Becca bent down and picked him up

"Come on let's go to bed." Becca Said, as they walked up the stairs.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

The next day while the kids were at school, and it was her second day off Becca decided to get out and go for a jog.

During that afternoon after a twenty minute jog throughout her neighborhood, Becca then went to go grab a smoothie.

She thanked the woman behind the register who handed her the smoothie than paid for it. Becca walked out the door of the juice bar, she sat down
at the outdoor tables and enjoyed her smoothie.

Her phone soon vibrates as she got a text from Buck, before she could read the text a familiar voice called out her name.

"Firefighter Martinez?"

Becca looked up and her eyes met with Vince, who was standing near the entrance of the Juice Bar.

"Vince?" Becca Said, as Vince chuckled.

"Nice to see you remember me." Vince Said

"Well how could I forget the man that nearly choked on a blueberry muffin." Becca recalled

"Right, speaking of did the 118 enjoy the muffins?" Vince Asked

"Yeah, they sure did I mean we usually get treats delivered at the fire house but thanks." Becca Said, as she stood to her feet.

"No problem, but uh did you also get the card?" Becca looked at him confused, "I left a card on the basket." Vince Said

"Oh yes, yeah I read the card." Becca replied

"And there was also my phone number.." Vince Said, as Becca softly laughs.

"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't see it..you were expecting a call weren't you?" Becca Said

"Yeah I kinda was, I was hoping you'd call and I'd repay you for so kindly saving my life." Vince Said

"And by repay you mean?" Becca Questioned

"Dinner, the offer still stands." Vince Said

"Wow mhm, okay. Listen Vince, you seem like a really nice guy..but-" Becca Said

"But, what?" Vince Said

"My life is kinda, very hectic at times. I mean with my job and my personal life." Becca trailed on

"Hey, hey I get it I have a hectic job too I can somewhat relate." He mentioned, "But you know what I do to make it less hectic, I take sometime for myself and live it. Look Martinez-" Vince Said

"Becca." She Said, as Vince nodded.

"Okay Becca, look I'm not going to lie..I like you." Vince Said

"How you don't even know me." Becca Said

"I know but, it's just that day at the cafe I couldn't stop thinking about you." Becca gave him a look, as he walked closer towards her, "And I couldn't help myself, whenever I see something that I like..I always go after it." Vince Said

"Lucky me huh." Becca Said

"Come on Becca, let me take you out for dinner
just one." Vince suggested

Becca was trying to come up with something to say to Vince, she could admit to herself that he was a very attractive man and she knew even if she came up with another excuse, he wouldn't give up.

But she then looked past Vince and noticed something, she sees an elderly woman wandering around across the street, Becca had a feeling she looked very lost.

"What are you looking at?" Vince Asked

"That woman, she looks lost hold on." Becca Said

Becca and Vince walked across the street and carefully approached the woman.

"Hello Ma'am, are you okay?" Becca Asked

"I Um..who are you?" She asked, stepping away from them.

"Hey, it's okay we're not going to hurt you." She assured, "My name is Rebecca Martinez, and this is my friend Vince Samson." The older woman still looks a little frightened, "I'm a firefighter, okay I just want to make sure you're okay."

"I just wanted to go for a walk, get some fresh air." She said

"Okay, do you remember where walked off from?" Vince Asked

"No. I don't really remember." She answered,
"Where's Abby have you seen her?"

"Ma'am who's Abby is she your-" Vince Said

"She's my daughter, have you seen her?" She Asked

With that a light went off in Becca's head, she opened up her phone and looked at the last text from him. And there she saw it, a missing person flyer and the woman's face and name was on it.

"What is it?" Becca held up her phone, showing him the picture, "Oh." Vince Said

"Okay Ma'am, why don't we get you somewhere warm." Becca Said

"Are you taking me to my daughter?" Patricia Asked

"Yes." Becca replied, as Vince took off his jacket and covered Patricia with it.

"Hey do you have your car with you?" Becca Asked

"Yeah, why?" Vince Questioned

"Because we need to get her over to the hospital, just to make sure she wasn't harmed or anything and so I could notify her daughter." Becca Said

"Becca how are you going to find her daughter?" Vince Asked

"Because a friend of mines might be with her." Becca Said

"Okay, alright come on." Vince Said

"This way Patricia, we're going to see your daughter." Becca Said, as the older woman held her hand.

Vince and Becca both gently escorted Patricia to his car, he drove over to County General hospital and Becca informed the nurses of what happened to Patricia.

As the doctors admit Patricia, Becca took this time to call Buck and inform him that she's found Abby's mother. Becca walked out into the hallway where Vince was standing, pacing.

"So is your friend coming?" Vince Asked

"Yeah their about a couple minutes out, but they should be here soon." Becca informed

"Oh okay, that's good." Vince replied

"Oh you don't have to stay, Ms. Clark is okay." Becca Said

"No I rather stay, I've had experience with this before." Vince Said

"Really?" Becca Said, incredulously.

"Mhm this is bringing me back to my grandmother, my mom's mother. Yeah she suffered from Alzheimers, she would sometimes get out the house and be missing for hours." He mentioned, "It was really hard for my mom just see her going through that..all she wanted to do was help but there was nothing she could have done." Vince sighed

"I'm so sorry." Becca Said, as she sent a reassuring smile.

"No it's okay, it's been six years since she's been gone. I miss her dearly, but at least she's not suffering anymore." Vince Said, as Becca nodded as they shared a look.

A few minutes later Athena arrived as Becca informed her about the situation. Soon Buck and arrived and turned the corner, approaching Athena.

"Hey, Abby. Athena. Hey, is she, is she okay?" Buck Asked

"Doctor's looking at her now." She answered, then looked over at Abby, "You the daughter?" Athena Said

"Yeah. I'm Abby Clark." She replied

"You guys have actually met, Abby was the 911 dispatcher on that home invasion in Winnetka." Buck Said

"No fooling. Okay. Well, um, I'm still trying to get the story on what happened to her, but, um, seems like your mother made it all the way to Glendale, Becca and this gentleman brought her in." Athena Said

"Oh Abby, this is my friend Becca." Buck Said, as Becca and Abby shook hands.

"Oh um, hi and thank you guys so much." She approached them, "What happened? Was she hurt?" Abby Asked

"No I we were just talking and I noticed her, she was confused and agitated. She just didn't belong there, You could tell." Becca Said

"So we brought her here, I've seen it before with my Grandmother and I'm sorry to say, but it doesn't get better." Vince Said

"Yeah I know, but thank you so much." Abby Said, as she shook Vince's hand.

"No problem. No problem whatsoever." Vince replied

"Abby." Patricia called out

"Mom." Abby Said

"Abby." Patricia Said

Abby walked into the room and embraced her mother, letting out a huge sigh of relief.

"Mom." Abby Said

"I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry." Patricia Said

"It's okay, Mom. It's okay. Okay, Mom. Okay." Abby reassured, as her mom hugged her back.

Athena walked in the room to discuss with them while in the hallway Becca smiled over at the two, just happy that Abby's reunited with her mother.

"Hey Becca, thank you for finding her." Buck Said

"No problem Buck, hey I didn't find her by myself he helped." Becca Said, looking over at Vince.

"Right, thanks uh..." Buck Said

"Vince, Vince Samson." He Said, as he lended out his hand.

"Oh wait, Vince the guy who sent over the muffins. He shook his hand, "Nice to meet you man I'm Buck."

"Nice to meet you Buck." Vince Said

Abby then came out, "Hey, I think she's ready to go, you mind dropping us off at my place if it's not a bother?"

"No. No it's not a problem, sure I'll take you guys home." Buck Said

"Thanks Buck." Abby Said, she smiled then nodded to Becca and Vince.

Vince hears his phone ringing, and takes it out.
"Excuse me, I gotta take this."

"Yeah sure." Becca Said

Vince answered his phone and walked down the hall, as Buck walked closer towards Becca.

"So I see you gave him a call after all." Buck Said, smirking.

"No I didn't, we just happened to run into each other again that's all." Becca Said

"Well whatever happens, I could sense that Vince is a nice guy. Maybe you should give him a chance." Buck Said, as Becca shrugged her shoulders.

"I don't know yet," She and Buck both looked over at Abby, "So I finally got to meet the Abby, and I was the first out of everyone." Becca Said

"Yeah you were, this was our first time seeing each other as well." Buck pointed out

"Really? Wow, this was some first meeting. So are you going to see her again?" Becca Asked

"I'm thinking about it, but uh what do you think of her?" Buck Asked

"She seems really nice, and sweet, and older." Becca Said, raising a brow.

"Yeah but I don't mind the age, sure she's 41 but I don't mind. It's just we have a great connection, and that's all that matters right?" Buck Said

"Yeah. Alright then, don't screw this up Buckley." Becca Said, as she playfully punched him.

"Alright I won't." Buck smiled, and hugged her from the side.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

After everyone soon left the hospital, Vince offered to drive Becca home which she accepted. His car pulled up in front of the car, he parked the car.

"This you." Vince Said

"This is me." She nodded, then looked over at him, "Listen Vince, thank you for staying at the hospital with me and Ms.Clark even when you didn't have to." Becca Said

"It's like I said I didn't mind, and your welcome." Vince Said

The two sat in silence for a moment, until Becca cleared her throat.

"Hey Um before I get out, I want to speak with you about the thing you said earlier." Becca Said

"Yeah about that, look I get it. I probably and definitely did come on too strong earlier, but I meant what I said. I like you Becca, and seeing you helping Ms. Clark I don't know it just..it was really sweet that you helped her out." Vince Said

"Oh come on, you helped her too." Becca Said

"Yeah, but I all I did was just drove you guys over to the hospital." Vince Said, as they both chuckled.

"That counts in my book." Becca Said

"But yeah I completely understand if your not ready to date. I mean this was some hell of a first date." Vince Said

"Oh no this doesn't count as a date, but I hope the second one sure does." Becca Said

"What?" Vince Said, as he turned to her

"I know that earlier I said that I'm a busy woman, and I'm gonna be honest I was scared. But after spending half a day with you, even though we helped an old woman in distress..I didn't mind your company." Becca Said

"Okay, so what does that mean?" Vince Asked

"It means that I'm taking a friend of mines advice, I'm going to live my life and have some fun. So if the offer is still standing I would really like to take you up on that date." Becca Said

A smile came across Vince'a face and he nodded at her.

"Yeah, the offer still stands." Vince Said

"Great, now give me your phone." Becca Said, as Vince handed over his phone, she put her number in and saved his number on hers.

"Okay now what?" Vince Asked

"I'll let you know when I'm ready." Becca Said, then opened the passenger side door getting out.

"Don't have me waiting too long Rebecca." Vince Said

Becca turned and looked back at him, sending him a smirk.

"I wont, Vincent." She winked over at him, "Goodnight now." Becca Said

"Night." Vince Said

Vince watched as she walked to the door, and drove off once she entered the house. Becca leaned against her door with a smile over her face.

The next day it came for work, Becca was upstairs reading a book at the table while Hen was in the kitchen looking for something.

Bobby soon came around the corner and entered the kitchen, she couldn't help but notice the tension between the two after what happened three days
ago on a call. Then the sounds of footsteps are heard, as Buck rushed up the stairs with a bright smile on his face.

"It is a beautiful day, Henrietta. My love." Buck Said, cheerily.

"Call me Henrietta again, you're going over the balcony." Hen threatened, pointing a finger at him.

Buck backed away from her, and walked over to Bobby who's over by the counter.

"Okay, then. Bobby, Captain, my handsome captain." Buck smiled

"What are you, high?" Bobby Questioned

"No, I'm not high." He sat down on the counter, "I met a woman. Two, actually I met a woman and her mother. And I didn't have sex with either of them." Buck Said

"Well look at you, aren't you maturing." Becca joked

"Haha, tease all you want I'm proud of myself." Buck said in confidence

Becca, Bobby and Hen all shook their heads at him smirking. But once Bobby and Hen glanced over at each other, their smiles dropped and looked in the other direction. Buck soon caught onto the tension.

"Ooh, why's it so cold in here?" Buck shivered, looking between the two of them.

And just at that the siren rang, and they all got up to head down to the fire truck. Dispatched called in about a situation over at a gas station.

The fire engine soon arrived at the wonder twins gas station, they parked the vehicle and everyone piled out. The owner of the place, led them inside.

"I have told him a million times, wait for everything to be shut off before you hose down the place. But does he listen? No." He exasperates, "He doesn't listen, you know what happens? This. This is what happens." He Said

The four of them stopped once they saw one of the employees, young male, blonde stuck in between the brushes.

"Sir, can you hear me?" Hen Asked

"Um, yeah." He replied, groggily.

Becca leaned over to Buck, "Is it me or does he sound high?" She whispered

"Nope it's not just you." Buck Said, nodding his head.

"Does anything feel broken?" Hen Asked

Bobby took out his knife and went to go cut the bristles, but Hen stopped before so.

"You want to maybe wait until I decide he's okay to be moved?" Hen Said

"Be glad when Chimney gets back." Bobby replied, putting his knife away.

"We'll all be glad for that." Hen retorted

A few minutes later they all freed the young man from the brushes, and turns out she was right the man was stoned off his ass.

As Hen and Becca helped the man on the gurney, putting him into the back of the ambulance they all heard the sound of Buck laughing hysterically.

"Run it again!" Buck Said

Hen, Bobby and Becca all went back inside the station seeing Buck laughing at the camera.

"Hey." Becca Said

"Buck, what are you doing?" Bobby Asked

"This is a good one. You got to see this." Buck Said

"What is so funny?" Hen Asked

"All right, play the tape. Come on, one more time."He egged on, the owner rewind the tape, "Wait for it. Wait for it." Buck Said

In the video they could see the young man, holding the hose in his face. And the hose getting caught between the brushes, and led to him being wrapped around it. Buck bursted into laughter again, leaning on Becca's shoulder barely holding himself up laughing.

"Buck, that man could have been seriously injured." Bobby Said

"Yeah, I'm sure he could've." Becca Said, as she tried to hold her laughter in.

"Listen, this is so...unprofessional." Hen Said, as she bursted into laughter along with Becca and Buck.

"Come Cap, it's pretty funny." Becca Said, as Bobby tried to keep a serious face but let out a laugh.

"I'm not laughing. I'm not. Okay. I'm not laughing." Hen Said, as they all laughed.

A few minutes later as they were about to pull off from the station, Becca was putting away some gear as Buck approached her.

"So Abby and I agreed to just speak on the phone for now." Buck Said

"Aw why, you guys seemed alright yesterday?" Becca Asked

"No we are, it's just I think it'll be better I mean for our relationship." Buck Said, as Becca gasped.

"Oh my did you Evan Buckley, just utter the words relationship..wow you really are maturing." Becca Said, smiling.

"I guess I am." Buck Smirked

They looked over at Bobby and Hen talking to each other.

"Hm I wonder what they're talking about?" Buck Said

"My guess he's probably apologizing." Becca Said, as Buck nodded.

"Man. I have never seen you laugh like that." Hen Said

"Well, I wasn't always like this. So shut down." Bobby simply said

"What happened, Captain?" Hen Asked

"I made some mistakes, and I..lost everything I cared about." He Admitted, "And I moved forward
by never letting anybody get so important to me
that I had to go through that kind of loss again.
But apparently I'm not very good at it, because you,
Buck, Becca and Chimney have become that important to me." Bobby Said, as Hen looked at him.

"Just let us in, Bobby." Hen encouraged

"I'll tell you what. Let's get back to the house, I'll cook you a delicious meal, and I'll introduce you to someone." Bobby Said

"Who?" Hen Questioned

"Me." Bobby Said

Hen nodded and they both walked over to the other side of the truck, after everyone packed up they all piled back on the engine and drove off from the station.
