It's been a year later and Sofia still tried her best to stay strong for Nova and Cameron since Jamie's passing. But what she doesn't know is that from the night of what happened, Jamie's heart ended up beating again, and had put him into a coma.

Throwback to nine months ago and Jamie's doctors were relived when Jamie woke up, but he didn't remember who he was. But the doctors for in touch with Jamie's mother, Maureen and told her that her eldest son was alive and recovering.

Maureen and Edward was relived to find out that their son was alive, they both helped him remember stuff and about Sofia and the kids. Once Jamie got his memories back, he kept his distance away from his childhood sweetheart and his children because in the back of his mind he thought that they're all better off without him.

Again, Sofia doesn't know that this was going on. Until Tanya Rad saw Jamie in the streets of Los Angeles. She was confused but also happy to see Jamie again. Jamie caught her up to what had happened for the past year.

"Does Sofia know that your alive?" Tanya asked him as he shook his head at her. "Jamie she deserves to know,"

"Sof, Nova and Cameron are better off without me Tanya," Jamie hung his head down as he placed his hands into his pockets.

"Listen, if you don't wanna speak to her, then I could tell her okay?" She gave him a smile before he nodded his head. "Also, me and Roby are having a Christmas party at our new house, you can come if you want?"

"Sure, it'll be nice to see Roby again," both Tanya and Jamie exchanged their new numbers before they bid farewell.

Sofia was in the apartment, after putting Cameron for his nap. Nova was out with Laura and Paulina. Sofia sat down and ran her fingers through her hair as she stared at a picture of her and Jamie. A tear ran down her face as she remembered the memories what they had the good and the bad. A knock pulls her back to reality, she quickly wiped her tears as she got up and answered the door to see Tanya standing there with a smile on her face.

"Hey T," Sofia pulled Tanya into a hug as she stepped aside for Tanya to walk into the apartment.

"Where are Nova and Cameron?" Tanya asked as she took her jacket off and placed it on the chair as she faced Sofia.

"I just put Cameron for his nap, and Nova is out with my mom and Pau," Sofia sat down into the chair as Tanya followed suit.

"Sofia, I need to tell you something," Tanya says as Sofia had a worried expression on her face.

"Is everything okay? Is it sunny or Roby?" Sofia placed her hand ontop of Tanya's.

"Oh, no. Everything's fine...it's just that I kind of seen someone today..." Tanya told her as Sofia gave her a confused expression. "Jamie's alive..."

"You're seeing things.." Sofia's eyes filled with tears when she heard his name.

"Sofia..I know how it looks like but I promise it was him," Tanya says as Sofia shook her head.

"No, no...Jamie's gone...it could be someone who looks like him," Sofia's voice breaks as she stands up and paces the floor as she runs her fingers through her hair.

"I know what I saw, Sof..." Tanya stood up and pulled Sofia into her arms.

"N-no, you're wrong..." before Sofia could continue, Tanya pulls her phone out and goes on her contacts and presses Jamie's name and puts the call on speaker. It rings a few times before it got answered.

"Hello?"

The voice of Jamie's voice, made Sofia's go to numb. Her childhood love was alive and well.

It was the day of Tanya and Roby's Christmas party. Sofia was still left confused but also relieved that Jamie is alive.

Sofia was talking to Tanya and Paulina when someone catches her attention, it was Jamie walking in, as he shakes hands with Zac and Roby. Her breath hitches as she sees Jamie, her Jamie in front of her. Her eyes filled up with tears, as she watched Jamie's movements.

After a few minutes of Jamie talking to some people, he excused himself to use the restroom. Unknown to him Sofia followed him.

Jamie went over to the sink and started to wash his hands when he hears the door close behind him, he turns to see Sofia standing there with tears in her eyes. "Sof,"

Sofia walks over to Jamie, eventually having a pissed expression on her face. "You are so inconsiderate, selfish and I can't believe you!" she raises her voice as she begun hitting his chest. Jamie grabs her hands as he looked at her.

Sofia looked at his hand and noticed that he was wearing his wedding ring. "You didn't take it off?"

"No, shit Sherlock..." Jamie says in a satiric tone as he lets go off her hands and stepped back before Sofia slaps his arm for his response.

"This isn't the time for jokes Jamie!" Sofia raised her voice again, and watched Jamie lean up against the wall.

"OK, I'm sorry..." Jamie hung his head as he crossed his arms, avoiding Sofia's gaze at him.

There was a silence before Sofia broke the silence again as she slowly stepped forward to Jamie. "W-why didn't you come back..?" she asked quietly as more tears build up in her eyes again.

"I was scared..." Jamie spoke quietly but Sofia could still hear him.

"What about?!" Sofia raised her voice again as she crossed her arms across her chest.

"Hurting you, Nova and Cameron again..." Jamie looked up at her as Sofia's face softens.

"What do you mean...?" Sofia stepped closer again as she looked up at Jamie.

"I didn't wanna put you through the hurt of me coming back and then possibly leaving again. So I just stayed away so you could move on? because you're better off..." Jamie mutters as he started playing with his ring.

Sofia hits his arm again as tears streamed down her face. "All I've ever wanted is for us to be together. Please come home Jay...."

"You deserve better Sof..." Jamie stepped closer to her, sliding his ring off his finger and taking Sofia's hand in his and placing the ring into her palm. "I want you to have this...."

"W-what are you doing...?" Sofia's voice breaks as she looks down into her hand and then looking up to Jamie.

"Sof, you deserve more than what I'd ever be able to give you..." Jamie places a kiss on the top of her hairline before making his way to the door but before he could open it. Sofia backs him into it and pulls his face down to hers and smashing her lips onto his. Their lips moved in sync before Jamie pulled away.

"What are you doing?" Jamie pulled back as Sofia looked up at him and brushed her fingers across his faded scar on his eyebrow.

"I love you Jay, please come back home.." Sofia places her hands on either side of Jamie's face as he looked at her.

"You don't need me..." Jamie stepped back as he looked away from Sofia.

"Yes we do, we need you..." Sofia steps closer to Jamie again before she continued. "Nova and Cameron need you...so please come back..."

Jamie stayed quiet but he nodded his head and pulled Sofia closer to him, "I'm sorry, Sof....I love you..." He pulled away just to look at her and cupped the side of her face and leaned in and pressed his lips against hers, passionately.
