BYULYI specialises is taking care of the trainees. She makes sure they're all cozy, well-fed and, just, okay. She's fluent in Korean, English and Japanese and is currently trying to learn Chinese. BYULYI is also like a mini doctor on site and actually has a nursing degree!

HAEWON is in charge of managing makeup, hair and outfits. Now they don't have the main say in what styles and outfits will be used, people at mnet do that, but they are the one that makes sure the trainees have the right size, makeup that fits the look and that everything in the process goes smoothly. She's fluent in Korean and is currently learning English.

DOYOUNG is in charge of sound and music. He's the main sound- and video-producer of the show and he makes sure the right music and sounds play at the right time, that mics and speaker works. he also makes sure the editing and subtitling goes smoothly. He speaks Korean, English and Malay fluently and always has a water bottle with him.

HENRY specialises in food and animals. He makes sure that there's always food in the dorms and that the trainees eat - if you dont eat, trust me he will be after you. They also make sure that there are places to chill and safe places to hang out with pets - and ensuring nobody has any allergic reactions to these pets. He's Australian and is fluent in both English and Korean, but he'd like to learn more languages.

HENRY is the one to take care of any pets that the trainees have, and makes sure the trainees will be able to meet their pets during the duration of the show!

JISU is the mnet head of trainee management, and they speak Korean fluently. he's trying to learn English and Japanese. not much is known of them.

HYUNJIN is the person at mnet in charge of image and audio, they speak Korean and English fluently. she is the person at mnet in charge of image and audio, so she's basically the Kang Doyoung of Mnet. he is one of the main producers of the show, along with Doyoung and a few others, who are way higher in the "food chain" than he himself is.
