People went missing or were murdered VERY often in the small town of Oceanrow, Way too often, to the point that the city was known for its murders and crime cases, specifically with a certain killer. The people in the town called them 'The heartbreaker', the people on the news called them 'the heart killer', everyone else called them a disaster.

To the students at Oceanrow highschool it seems that the authorities never even try to do anything about the missing or  the murder cases! And some were getting fed up with it.. But when the death of someone who everyone loved shocks everyone, will they finally do something about it? Or will the close friend group of the late victim have to figure it out themselves? And more importantly, who will manage to survive living in this godforsaken town?
